Transpersonal psychology - what is it?

Transpersonal psychology is a field of psychological science that explores and finds the divine principles in the human experience. By divine principles, we mean the sense of Self that transcends your body and becomes one with nature and the cosmos. Unlike traditional, familiar psychology, which deals with the human mind and does not touch the very depths of the human soul, transpersonal psychology after therapeutic sessions will help you change your behavior and emotional state. Your soul needs to be heard and understood, like a relatively young child from elementary school, who wants to hear his answer to a question.

Why do women need transpersonal psychology?

In the modern world, women often face the problem of “not their goals”. They have a husband, children, and all the care and attention goes to them and the support of the hearth and comfort. As a result, this leads to depression, as the woman did not realize her potential and did not achieve her goals, putting them in a dark box along with her deep and authentic self. Transpersonal psychology helps to restore the connection between your spiritual Self and leads to the healing of the soul.

As we know, you are the leader of some women’s groups. What topics of discussion are raised by women most often?

Often women come to us to understand themselves and get rid of feelings of frustration. This is due to the fact that women are usually used to putting family, work and relationships at the top of their values. There are also those who simply carry with them a heavy grief that they cannot even express. They all want change in their lives, but they don’t know how to achieve it. These women feel something in their gut, a small voice from the depths of their soul, which they have carefully hidden for a long time and are no longer able to keep it in connection with their state of health.

How do women deal with this and restore their true nature?

There are various ways to solve this problem. The first is group communication with women who have faced similar situations. In a circle, they share their experiences and emotions, help and support each other. The second is individual coaching. Not all people are ready to perform in groups, someone needs to speak face to face. The third is hypnotherapy. Through hypnotherapy, you can listen to your true unconscious self and talk to it. As we all know, change is hard, but you have to go through it to achieve what you want.
