The unveiling of deceit – A new forensic net

The need for a new forensic net

The big issue in our world is the abuse of so many things. Along with the perpetrators getting away with the most unspeakable things they do to vulnerable victims. If caught, there is a trawling through all of the evidence that supports the testimony. The focus lies with the recall of events and denial of the shocking details. As a consequence, it allows the loophole to widen and the abuser to slip through the net.

There is a necessity for a new forensic net to capture this type of fish; one that deals with the grip of misery and cruelty. Also, it can apprehend more than the few that swim near the surface. In some cases, many perpetrators are directly involved with the act of abusing a victim too. It is for these reasons that there must be a shift in how to catch and convict abusers. And thus, obtaining definitive evidence that makes perpetrators culpable for their crimes!

How can a new forensic net catch so many fish that swim under the sonar?

It is, indeed, a big question, but the answer is easy. Why? Because the forensic modalities to do this new way of evidence finding are already available. All it requires is to use existing equipment differently and therefore, quickly implemented. The procedures I propose are revolutionary and intend to bring a new dimension to the value of the evidence collected. It brings forth new science to catch and convict abusers.

Disclosure of the specific details of the new methodologies in my articles is not the right forum. But instead, they will be revealed to those who want to pursue the cause with me. Meanwhile, it is the collection of samples from keypoint on the body that will set the cat amongst the pigeons. They are the procedures that seem so simple and yet, crucial points for absorbing evidence from the victim and likewise from the perpetrator. The exchange of evidence is a vital clue of proximity and involvement in the act of abuse. Proof of this is analysing samples harnessed from specific areas of the body in a multitude of ways. The evidence that has been overlooked and missed for some time shall be made evident.

What about validity?

There is always the question of validity and acceptance of a new way of doing things. Unfortunately, for some, it takes time for trust to build across different scientific and judicial disciplines. There are probably thoughts like ‘ Making the impossible possible’, ‘ _finding the needle in a haystack_’, spring to mind. Be assured that the five crucial areas for evidence collection will open the door to countless possibilities of testing the samples, and get more than enough definitive evidence to catch and convict abusers. At this early stage, it is the desire and intuition that bring innovation to forensics. It does, indeed, have the potential to legitimise new ways to get justice and healing for abuse victims. And also, securing its place in the necessary protection of future generations of children and vulnerable adults.

Benefits of the forensic net

They were there

The benefits of having a different forensic net are its ability to sift out several loopholes. Firstly, because of the amount of circumstantial evidence, it enables doubt to creep in. It manifests itself in the disparaging of the victim and disbelief of what is alleged. The new procedures provide the surest evidence that the victim was there, and the perpetrator(s) was there.

The perpetrator

Secondly, when the fish swim into the net, their fate is sealed. The undeniable evidence will get the conviction, and so many victims get the justice they rightly deserve. The specificity of the new methods and accuracy of the forensic evidence will leave no doubt that this person was the abuser. And crucially, they played an active part in damaging the victim. If there is definitive proof that the abuser had to be there then doesn’t that answer the question of their whereabouts?

Giving an alternative view of what happened, where they were or were not will have less importance. In particular, when abusers vehemently deny their wrongdoing, another form of forensic evidence will solve that issue. The “I was there, but it was not me that did it” will not excuse them. The way their creative excuses get questioned will build further evidence that it was them that did the abuse. In the long run, trying to disprove what they did will be near impossible.

False accusation

Thirdly, it uncovers those who falsely accuse someone of abuse. Such as those who sensationalise displeasure with a particular person’s behaviour. The fame or fortune hunters choose to promote in life, dishonesty, pointing the finger and want for five minutes of celebrity. As for the fantasist who accuses someone of abuse, well their lies will be exposed very quickly indeed. All of this duplicity discredits a system that should be and could be helping the actual victims of abuse. Therefore, obtaining definitive evidence that abuse carried out by that perpetrator with that victim improves the integrity of the system. Not only will it get justice for so many abuse survivors, but it also removes perpetrators from society to put an end to their despicable ways.

Children

Fourthly, a shift to get significant forensic evidence in new ways means that children will not have to recall the terrible things that happened to them. Indeed, re-traumatising is never an option just because adults need to know every little detail. Let the definitive evidence speak for itself and then recall of the events does not have to be scrutinised to a degrading level just to get a conviction.

Unmask the wolves

There are, unfortunately, too many people hiding behind the victims’ shame, guilt and brokenness. Perpetrators know that intimidation, threats of violence, and plying of narcotics and alcohol will keep them quiet. But now is the time to unmask the wolves and give them what they deserve – a new forensic web! And by getting the innovative techniques in place, the net simply lies in wait for the perpetrators to swim into it. And then the forensic evidence shall unequivocally point the spotlight to catch and convict abusers. Only then can it bring reassurance they did abuse that victim beyond a reasonable doubt. How the wolf will cry and protest, but the definitive evidence will speak so loudly, they will know that they have, indeed, got caught.

You will find within the pages of stepping closer to healing from past abuse a powerful installation of metaphorical stories that bring a different perception to the hidden wounds within the body and in society.

Check Your Vibes! Find out how much Positive and Negative energy you have!

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

You’ve probably taken personality tests, like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, but this is different. And transformational.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that you learn to make change happen in real-time when you encounter a moment of self-doubt, fear, or frustration.

With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, you have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes and worldview and transform your life into the one you envision.

Our worldview is the result of a combination of many different aspects: our past experiences, level of consciousness, perception of situations. Each of us has a unique combination of all seven levels of energy which, in turn, creates your typical viewpoints, perceptions, and beliefs about life.

Learning about your energetic makeup can help you to reframe your perspective, shift your consciousness, and increase your energy level as a result. Discover your unique energetic makeup by taking an ELI Assessment!

This comes with an hour debrief - As an FYI the price is what it is because there is a price to me- I have to pay the institution for the assessment and the scoring. Then I'll walk you thorugh your results.
