• You can achieve anything you want, as long as you use your imagination to set goals.

• The importance of setting goals.

• Setting the right types of goals.

• Using failure to help you succeed.

It is a bad thing not to reach a goal; but a worse thing not to have any goal to reach!

Great/Big goals inspire and small goals stifle. We will never be inspired over small goals.

Your future achievement will only be limited by the size of your goals that you set for yourself TODAY.

Never fear a failure, only fear not setting your goals HIGH enough today for tomorrow.

Failure is only feedback on what we have done wrong in the past; to do better in the future.



I would love to take this time to thank my Inner Circle, the very strong ladies that I am privileged to have in my life. I would not be who I am today if it were not for your love and support.

They know exactly how much they mean to me; and I know how much I mean to them because we support each other. We have each other’s back.

It has been a very bumpy ride for me, but it was this course that set me on the right direction in my life. I was forced to reorganise my entire life and make some very difficult decisions along the way.

There comes a time when the only way to move forward is to cut out that which no longer adds value; the things that will hold us back if we cling to them.

Once we change our attitude, release what we no longer need in our lives, we can then set clear intentions. Once we get to this point, the magic begins as the Universe steps in and begins to assist us by opening up the relevant doors to bring “NEWNESS” into our lives. Before you can walk through that door, you have to be courageous and bold enough to close that door behind you FOR GOOD without ever looking back.
