ASTROLOGY IN ACTION: THE ECLIPSE SPREAD AND NUMEROLOGY FOR DECODING BEHAVIOUR

Greetings Core Spirit Family;

I have decided to remedy my own life and go after that, which my heart desires; no matter what other people may think about my decisions . My passion is to be a Practitioner and help lead others through this maze called life; but more than that, I want to prove to you, that you can get through the maze with some very valuable tools, a lot of faith, and most of all by not allowing yourself to listen to any negative comments from anyone!

I am putting myself out there from this point on because life is short and this is my heart’s desire. I am using “MY LIFE” circumstances as an example of how to overcome all obstacles by facing my fears head on; and moving forward, one step at a time in order to achieve my goals.

PART A:

If you are dealing with an issue that seems clouded or confused, this simple spread can quickly provide enlightenment:

We pull the Sun and Moon cards out of the deck and place them side by side with some space in between them. We then shuffle the rest of the cards, and deal a single card between them to show you what part of your life is being eclipsed. I don’t deal any of the cards; I only use the jumper cards as clarification, because it comes straight from the Universe. We then request another card to show us how to bring light back into our lives, illuminating the issue, and resolving our problems. I am using the Wizard Card Tarot for interpretation.

My question: What is clouding my success with regards to becoming a successful practitioner?

The Sun Card represents the Sun: Our source of light, heat, and radiant, life-giving energy. We measure our days by the rising and setting Sun.

The Moon Card: reflects the light of the Sun, it’s often perceived as a mate or companion to the Sun.

Which card is eclipsing my success?

_The Page of Pentacles – The Personification of Earth:_ My Moon is in Taurus and the Page of Pentacles is the personification of earth, she embodies the steady, dependable energy of all three earth signs, Taurus being one of them, and her grounded energy connects to the suit of Pentacles to the world of matter and physical existence.

Like all pages, the Page of Pentacles is young, which means that I am in the beginning stages of my practice, but I have the patience and perseverance to achieve a solid foundation, for what I require to achieve.

Despite her high level of skills, however, she’s usually extremely careful – even cautious – and she doesn’t take many risks. She is consistent and conscientious, diligent, and deliberative. It’s in her destiny to safeguard and protect the physical world.

The message in this card is simple. I must stop being afraid to take chances, and put myself out there. It’s time to get out of my comfort zone and think out of the box.

How can I bring light back to my life, illustrate the issue, and resolve my problem:

Two of Swords: Moon in Libra - Lord of Peace Restored: The lunar goddesses merge in the Two of Swords, a card of deep reflection, contemplation, and intuition. When the Moon steps in to serve as sub ruler, she merges with Justice, the archetypal goddess assigned to the sign of balance and equanimity.

During the first ten days, of the month, Libra is ruled by the Moon – the heavenly orb of intention, and reason. So while the woman in the card (that would be me, as I am Libran) is focused on a rational and balanced discernment, she’s blindfolded and forced to rely on her intuition in order to come to a decision. This makes it a card of carefully considered decision-making and discrimination so it symbolises a difficult decision or choice between two paths.

I also have the Six of Wands: Jupiter in Leo – Lord of Victory as the overall energy for this reading (The card at the bottom of the pack, after selection of cards.)

This card is telling me that if I am looking for a guarantee of honour and acclaim, I have found just that in the Six of Wands. Like the Lion, Leo’s signature creature, the hero of the Six of Wands can overcome quarrelling, ignorance, and pretenders – and step into the spotlight as a confident, optimistic, and inspiring leader. Jupiter, the great Benefic, gives the young hero of the Strength card a forum for leadership and acclaim.

CONCLUSION.

I am in a dead end job. Have been there for almost 22 years and they have done their level best to hold me back, regardless of my qualifications due to political reasons. I live in Cape Town, South Africa. My self-worth and self-confidence has taken a knock because they tried everything in the book to beat me into submission, but failed dismally. The Covid 19 lock down gave me all the ammunition I need to turn myself around and I found myself wanting to share this with other like-minded individuals.

During this time, Core Spirit was monitoring how I was responding to people’s requests for answers to very difficult issues they were experiencing. They approached me to become a Practitioner with them. Even though I have done an Astrology and Numerology course; I have been doing readings and natal charts for all my nearest and dearest for over three years now, but this is a whole new ball game to me.

I do have a huge decision to make, because I really want to make a difference in the world; doing what I am absolutely passionate about. I want to add value to other people’s lives. I also realise that with great power, comes great responsibility, and that my life will change completely; which has caused my indecisiveness.

The outcome of this reading is simply asking me if I am ready to receive all that I have been working so hard towards . I have been trusting and following my intuition in all my undertakings, no matter how bleak my current circumstances appear to be. I have been given the opportunity to put myself out there, and it is now up to me to reach for the stars, and go after what my heart desires by thinking outside the box!

PART B:

Now I take my quest for finding peace in my life a little further through Numerology for Decoding Behaviour, by looking at my Achievement Number and Core Issues in my life. Until I become aware of and resolve the issues associated with my achievement number, its negative aspects will rule my life.

My achievement number is: 19⁄1

Issues Involving Selflessness.

Am learning to do what I love, rather than trying to be loved or to maintain control. By doing what my heart desires, I will become more compassionate, able to give unconditional love; able to deal with emotions and to use life experiences to help others; able to be of service to others and to let go of the past in order to embrace the future because my life lesson is to “be in the world, not attached to it!”

Issues of the Ego Self

Low self-esteem is the main issue, which can sometimes appear as arrogance, or bullying rather than timidity. Some individuals with this achievement number may be confrontational toward authority, while others may be withdrawn.

I must learn to stand on my own and not let others define my identity or make my decisions. I will encounter situations that will test my courage and faith.

Positive: Centred, confident, innovative, a paradigm shifter, leader and explorer.

Now I have all the pieces of the puzzle to navigate my way forward, as I have looked at my own flaws, as well as finding the solutions to overcome my weakness.

My next step is that of ACTION: I have taken that step by writing this Article, which is my leap of faith…

Blessings, love, and light.

SIX LIFE CHANGING STAGES OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING - THE JOURNEY OF THE "LONE WOLF"

Greetings Core Spirit Family

As you are already aware, my mission in life is to find self-fulfilling answers, to help me map and navigate my life to my highest and best through this maze called Life. I am grateful for stumbling upon these very important words of wisdom from Christina Lopez - The Heart Alchemist; and would love to share them with you.

For those out there who are of a mind that we think we are better or more superior than the rest, you have sorely been misguided. An “Awakening” is the most painful process the soul has to encounter. The pain of separation from all that we once held onto for dear life, is the most excruciating pain of them all. The feeling is akin to that of the Sun leaving your body and descending into the deepest, darkest pit of despair, because you soul is going to break through, no matter how much your fight it!

I was born “Awake” being an Indigo Child, but I deliberately switched myself off too embracing that which I have always know to be true. I would urge you not to fight it, because the ascension process will take place in the manner that it should, whether you want it, or not! If like me, you push against the transition, then the Universe takes charge and what happens, comes through that which we call an Act of God .

Believe me, you don’t want to push it that far! On January, Monday, 16th January 2017, after saying goodbye to one of my friends in the office; my parting words to her was, “there is no power on this earth, that can take me down!”. I left the office and made my way to the bus station . The wind was blowing at gale force (the South Easter) and a gust, literally picked my up off my feet and blew me into a traffic light between 70 - 100 km an hour. I went down, HARD!!

That was just the very beginning of my anguish and am very grateful to have come across these steps, which I hope will shed some light on the process called “Awakening.”

STAGE ONE - THE WAKE UP:

1. Chaos awakening: an external trigger; your life falls apart; an Act of God; the rug gets pulled out from under your feet. Our ego completely loses it’s grip on us! It dawns on us that the ego has never been able to control anything!

2. Spontaneous awakening: no external trigger, just simply waking up. Not all of us awaken through pain. When we wake up, we begin to ask deep, meaningful questions (there has go to be more to life than this.)

We wake up from the matrix, the slumber we have been in. The majority of us on the planet are still in slumber. We start to see things as they really are.

This stage usually lasts days or weeks in the wake up phase.

STAGE TWO - BLISS:

Comes right after the wake up call. We feel connected to God, we come alive. We feel one with Mother Earth. The heart is starting to awaken. This may be the first time that our heart comes online. The heart is being guided by Spirit. We start to feel synchronicities from the Universe and see this in ” Number Sequences;” we tap into the quantum world (things we cannot see with the naked eye).

This stage usually lasts for days or weeks. As your heart starts to awaken, you start to feel more deeply intuitively. “The heart is the portal of intuition”.

We start to discover Spiritual Gifts that we never have never utilized before.

STAGE THREE - THE DARK NIGHT:

The great purge! The spirit brings up all of those things from deep inside us that needs be be released in this lifetime. This is the most difficult stage because the Soul may be pulling up things within us, not of this lifetime for healing. Can also be healing from past lives that need to be addressed in this lifetime. The soul is trying to move us out of the “Circle of Karma,” because these things hold us back.

The dark night of the ego, releases so many things from the past that need to be released. We have feelings of depression, despair, anxiety, feeling completely lost: feels like we are dying - in a way we are; the old self dies. Not all people go through this stage.

This stage usually lasts from between months to years. We need to have a lot of patience if we are to get through this: the soul has programmed this on purpose, so that we can purge everything that is holding us back. Will become what we were born to be!

STAGE FOUR - THE VOID:

Life just stops. No man’s land. The dark night is over so we are now between our old self and new self. The void is the place where we feel lost which causes anxiety. The Universe closes all the doors on us! This forces us into a cocoon, so we can emerge as a butterfly later on. We are now without the bliss phase but are never disconnected from God; this is just an illusion. We need great rest in this period because we have do so much work coming through the dark night of the soul.

This stage can last for months to years.

Once you understand you are in the void, you start learning to work with the energy. May be exhausted because we have undergone much healing. We also start to step into our authentic soul power. All the old garbage that was holding us back has been purged through the dark night of the the soul. We have no baggage here; we meet “ourself,” for the first time and start to stand in our own authenticity. Will feel and know the real self.

STAGE FIVE - GROUNDEDNESS:

Things start to stabilize. Growing our roots deep into the ground, after being pulled up into the sky (like a very tall tree.)

We feel like we have grown up, a little bit more mature. Are become grounded in our “Knowing”.

We need to have our roots very deep to live our lives with beauty and fulfillment. We need to bring them into everyday life. We are ready to return to civilization. We are ready to hold the lessons and energy of our spiritual awakening in our everyday life because we are more grounded. We no longer feel the need to run away from dense energy any longer.

The grounded phase is a beautiful phase. As our roots are going down into the earth, our energy becomes more powerful. We become a more powerful at manifesting within this grounding stage. Much more magnetic. The deeper the roots, the higher your tree can grow up.

Things might start happening for us now, really quickly because our energy is becoming super powerful and super magnetic. Connection returns, the state of bliss feelings start to feel the oneness, the deep connection with God. The difference between the bliss energy from stage two is the energy here is way more grounded, so it feels more real. The heart is continuing to open. We feel more compassion for self and for others.

This stage lasts for years.

STAGE SIX - PURPOSE AND LIFE MISSION:

Joseph Campbell - Gone Through the Whole Hero’s Journey…

The whole energy system has rebuilt itself here, the soul has purged all of the crap from the past. We are literally new people. We are now grounded and powerful. Have a deep connection with life and life purpose on earth. We start to live our life’s purpose with a lot of confidence, a sense of “knowing”. Our life’s mission is something that we will only understand when we look back at where we came from.

We need to walk the path of our mission with a deep purpose, one step at a time. We are here with great purpose and we start to remember who we are; what we are doing here! We commit to following our soul’s path no matter what. We are no longer influenced by anything that happens in our lives. We will no longer let any of life’s circumstances/challenges sway us off our path.

We will never know all the details of our mission but need to be strong and committed to following our soul’s path as our soul reveals itself to us.

This stage last until the end of our lifespan on planet Earth.

Blessings, Love and Light…

SEEING MYSELF THROUGH THE SCIENCE OF ASTROLOGY AND TAROT

For Centuries, the art of Tarot and the Science of Astrology have been closely linked. I am utilising a combination of the Tarot and Astrology as tools needed to combine the Science of Astrology with the Art of Tarot, to bring my natal chart to life with the visual imagery of the cards.

I have bought the book written by Corrine Kenner titled Tarot and Astrology – Enhance Your Readings with the Wisdom of the Zodiac. I would like to utilise this system moving forward. I have used the information from the Wizards Tarot deck by Corrine Kenner and artist John Blumen. They designed this deck with Astrology in mind; and since it pictures teachers and students at a school of mystery and magic, they are of the opinion that it makes for an excellent teaching guide for the marriage of Astrology and Tarot.

MY SUN SIGN IS IN LIBRA – JUSTICE

We relate to the Sun as we relate to the God Himself. The Sun is our source of light, heat, and radiant, life-giving energy. We measure our days by the rising and setting Sun. It’s a metaphor for life and death, and a symbol of our hope for rebirth.

The Sun is an important focal point in any astrological chart: It represents the “Ego And The Self.” It symbolises confidence and enlightenment. It is a depiction of our “Inner Light” and it describes the way we shine.

The Sun’s energy is masculine and direct.

LIBRA – JUSTICE

The goddess of Justice is almost always depicted with the scales of balance – the emblem of the sign of Libra. The iconographic imagery links the card to Libran’ concept of balance. Libra is skilled at solving problems, compromise and arranging diplomatic solutions for any conflict. Occasionally, Libra’s need to see both sides of any issue can make them seem indecisive. Their charm, however, makes up for it!

Libran’s have an innate need to balance themselves through relationships with others. They are typically friendly, gregarious, and charming. They are exceptionally social creatures, with visionary, social and humanitarian ideals.

They tend to express themselves through artistic pursuits and have a keen appreciation for the beauty and harmony of art.

LIBRA’S ELEMENT IS AIR – ACE OF SWORDS: THE POWER OF AIR

From our first breath to our last, air is the invisible force that keeps our spirit linked to our physical form. Air is the invisible whisper and spirit that maintains the pulse of life. Air is the realm of thought and communication. Our thoughts and ideas travel through the Air, both literally and symbolically. We transmit our outbound broadcasts, and we receive inbound messages and bulletins.

Air is an intellectual concept. The Element of Air is mental, light, elusive, uncontainable, conversational and sociable. The Ace of Swords symbolises all the power of Air. Swords move through the air, like words and unspoken thoughts.

LIBRA IS A SECOND DECAN CARDINAL SIGN – THREE OF SWORDS

In astrology, a decan is the subdivision of an astrological sign; each sign is allocated a Triplicity, consisting of three of the four classical elements, air, water, earth, and is therefore subdivided into three equal parts of 10 degrees each; these parts are referred to as decans.

Saturn in Libra – Lord of Sorrow! Second Decan of Libra is ruled by Saturn, the ringed Planet of boundaries and limitations and at this point, Libra is forced to recognise its restrictions as well.

That explains the grief and sorrow associated to the Three of Swords. Despite the fact that Libra is at the Height of its power and potential, it’s not free to float among the clouds as its airy, intellectual nature would like. Instead, Libra is weighed down by worldly restrictions that Saturn imposes.

Libra’s emphasis on relationships also generates its own fair share of sorrow. Even the best relationships demand to be constantly weighed, balanced, and adjusted! Justice is assigned to the entire month of Libra and the Three of Swords is vaguely reminiscent of the Scales of Justice.

The card illustrates mental anguish as Libra comes to terms with two seemingly irreconcilable differences and points of view. Both extremes are piercing, but the sword in the middle demonstrates that a painful compromise is usually possible.

SUN IN FIRST HOUSE – THE EMPEROR CARD

The First House is the entrance into a chart because it represents the first thing we notice about anyone we meet. The First House is ruled by Aries, The Emperor card. He is the “King of The Castle”, and he is perfectly at home in the First House, guarding the front door and deciding who will gain admission to the “Inner Chambers”

MY MOON IS IN TAURUS – THE HIEROPHANT

The Moon is the ruling Planet of Pisces and is changeable. It is sensitive, compassionate, selfless, and intuitive. It can also be restless, self-destructive, self-pitying and secretive. Throughout myth and history, the Moon has usually been a feminine symbol, since it reflects the light of the Sun, it’s often perceived as a mater or companion to the Sun.

The Moon is also the Earth’s companion, a partner in time and space. She reveals herself in bits and pieces. She hides the dark side of her nature.

Taurus plays for keeps, especially when it comes to matters of spiritual value. That’s what makes this sign a perfect match for the Hierophant, the card of time-honoured values and beliefs. Taurus is a sign of stability and convention, while The Hierophant is a traditionalist who values faithfulness, monogamy, and procreation.

Both Taurus and the Hierophant are committed to structure and prosperity, along with creative comforts and objects of beauty that represent spiritual treasures. The word “hierophant” shares the same name as the world “hierarchy”, which means an organisation with varying levels of authority; a hierophant is the final authority on matters of faith. He has the power to speak on behalf of God, to explain the teachings of divine wisdom, and to serve as a bridge between this world and the next.

The glyph for Taurus looks like the head of a bull, or a ring in a bull’s nose. Like bulls in a meadow, Taurus and The Hierophant are committed to creature comforts. Both can be bull-headed: stubborn, immovable, and almost impossible to placate. Both can be bullish when it comes to their beliefs.

But both can also be a rock of solidarity and comfort in difficult times. They are determined and loyal, dedicated, and enduring. In a sense, the Hierophant is a spiritual best of burden.

TAURUS IS THE ELEMENT OF EARTH – ACE OF PENTACLES: THE POWER OF EARTH

We are the children of the earth. We spend most of our lives held fast to its surface, tethered to our mother planet by the sheer force of gravity, and we rely on the earth to support our weight. Earth is solid, practical, supportive, reliable, physical, tangible, and material.

Earth, however, is more than just our foundation; it is the very substance of our physical makeup. We rise from the ashes and return to the ashes, and transition from dust to dust. The Earth is also our vantage point for our vision of the stars; it’s our ride through outer space.

The Ace of Pentacles symbolises all the power of earth as well as Taurus. They correspond to the coin-shaped Pentacles. Like money, Pentacles serve as a reminder that the tangible objects we prize have significance and meaning far beyond their monetary value.

Pentacles are receptive, and they make an excellent counterpart to the “Airy Energy of the Swords”. So the complexity between my Sun sign and my Moon sign are in perfect harmony with each other.

MOON IN THE EIGHTH HOUSE – DEATH CARD

Believe it or not, Death card is not a bad omen. It is a card of transition. The Death card heralds the completion of one chapter of life and the exciting new start of another – it may call for the release of old habits, old patterns, and old relationships that have served their purpose and now should be relegated to the pages of history!

Scorpio is the eighth sign and it rules the eighth house of the zodiac, where astrologers look for information about sex, death, joint resources, and other people’s money.

CONCLUSION:

Together with my Life Path Number 7 and the information I am able to gather from the placements of my Sun and Moon, I have been able to begin to map my life. I personally have found all of this information about myself to be about 90% accurate, because I am still a unique individual with my personal brand of uniqueness.

LIFE'S BLUEPRINT - NUMEROLOGY FOR DECODING BEHAVIOR

Greetings Core Spirit Family

I have been working around the clock for these past few months, looking for more secrets and enlightenment in order to make sense of the world that we find ourselves living in today. I have bought and studied some books in order to upgrade my knowledge; and have been experimenting with this new found knowledge on myself, and on my nearest and dearest. I always try something first, before sharing with others.

LIFE’S BLUEPRINT (Numerology for Decoding Behavior – Your Personal Numbers at Work, with Family, and in Relationships, by Michael Brill.)

Each of us is a compilation of GOD (or Gathering of Deities) energies, represented by the combination of the numeric frequencies 1 through 9. In fact all of creation is composed of combinations derived from the purity of these numbers. The core energy of the GOD energies is also described as Spirit, Source, Cosmos, All That Is, Oneness, Creator, and God.

Whatever we call it, this core energy needs to be stepped down to be used. We can use a lightning bolt as an analogy. In its pure state, the electricity locked within can kills us. However, when we harness this power through transformers that can lower its charge, it becomes useable. It can heat our homes, run our factories, cook our food, or light our cities.

Similarly, the GOD energy needs to be modified so that creation can take place. When the nine numbers combine their essences, they form a tenth energy, the energy of 0 (zero). This tenth energy is the energy of creation/potential and is usually recognised by humans as “the little ‘g’ god energy.” For science this is the source of the big bang.

In between lifetimes, we choose to be a part of the creative process by melding our potential energies with the energy of the cosmos. We review our lives with the god energy before consciously deciding what we will do in our upcoming life. We look at what we have mastered, avoided, refused to release, screwed up, done to excess, and completed.

We then decide on the challenges we still need to work on. One of our final acts prior to entering the earthly realm is to verify that we have more than enough grace to succeed: we do. Prior to entering the transition between the celestial realm, and the earthly realm, we create a psychological / emotional blueprint of what we intend to experience when we reach our birth destinations. This blueprint is composed of the letters of our name, the numbers of our birthday, and the family we choose to join.

Cosmic Numerology enables you to “read this blueprint,” using the letters of your name, and the numbers of your birthday, to interpret the emotional and psychological characteristics you chose to experience in this lifetime and their (soul chosen) solutions:

MY LIFE PATH NUMBER = 7

Members of this personal number are rational, well-read, educated, and enlightened. They are very analytical and see everything realistically. They observe the world from a different perspective; their attitudes are based on a personal view, which is different from the view of others. Their attitude earns them respect and inspires people. They are meticulous: nothing will escape their eyes. What no one else notices, Number 7 will spot instantly. Keep this in mind when you intend to lie to Number 7. You will need to try very hard, and it’s unlikely you will succeed. They like practical solutions, clear question and short answers.

Usually they are educated and professional, however it is not uncommon for them to have problems expressing themselves and conveying their ideas. It’s hard for them to find common ground with the people around them. In the worst-case scenario, they are misunderstood. Sometimes they aren’t entirely clear about what the ideas they put forward themselves, but they feel it intuitively, which is something many numbers lack.

They are interesting and unusual personalities. Those who don’t get to know Number 7 will consider them to be weird. This is understandable, because the interests of Number 7 aren’t very common, which makes them appear original and mysterious. In their youth, they realise they have different interests to others.

This makes them feel rejected by society and they spend many days alone, analysing and looking for answers to a wide variety of questions. This is reflected in their suspicion of others that they develop over time; they don’t trust anyone because they believe people don’t understand them. It isn’t easy for those who live with them, but it’s even more difficult for them.

It should be said that Number 7 represents the bridge between the physical and spiritual world. They have one foot in one and one foot in the other; they don’t entirely belong to either. No wonder they feel rejected and different, not realising their importance. Strong intuition is one of their strongest gifts. Ironically, many of those whose number is 7 neglect their intuitive side because they choose to completely live in the rational world, which is a shame because this gift wasn’t given to them without a reason.

Number 7 should try to unite the physical world and the spiritual world. Spirituality will give them faith in themselves, strength and self-confidence.

Number 7 is a good friend, although often naïve, which later causes them many disappointments and scars. They help their friends and family members who always come first. Some recognise this and take advantage of them. They are impressionable, which leads to situations that end badly, and as a consequence make them feel disappointed, lonely, and rejected all over again. On these occasions, Number 7 reaches out to spirituality and esoteric sciences for salvation. They retreat into themselves, seeking deliverance.

Their soul is pure and misunderstood. They need to find themselves in this space and tome to work on inner development, which is highly important to Number 7.

They despise injustice as Number 7 has a brilliant mind; their ability to analyse is unsurpassed. They search for many answers and go into the core of a problem in their quest for understanding, seeking perfection whilst focusing primarily on what is bad and finding the silver lining for all to share in.

WHAT IS ASTROLOGY?

The word “astrology” comes from the Greek “astrologia”, which means star study. In it’s early days, astrology was used to predict weather patterns, primarily for agricultural purposes. Gradually, it began to be used to forecast natural disasters, war and other events. As time went on it became commonplace to use astrology to advise kings and emperors and finally began to be used by people in general.

Astrology was for many centuries inseparable from astronomy; it was the aspect of astronomy involving interpretation. It is the art of studying the movements of the planets and other celestial bodies and the connection they have with life on Earth.

Not all forms of astrology are based on the zodiac or casting horoscopes, but this is the most common form throughout history.

The zodiac (from the Greek word meaning “circle of animals” developed in ancient Mesopotamia. It was noticed that it took twelve lunar cycles (months) for the Sun to return to its original position. Therefore, twelve constellations that were linked to the progression of the seasons were assigned the names of certain animals and persons and used to track the progress of the Sun. This gives us the modern Sun Signs.

The apparent path of the Sun through the skies is known as the ecliptic (a great circle on the celestial sphere representing the Sun’s apparent path during the year; so called because lunar and solar eclipses can only occur when the Moon crosses it). From our point of view, the paths of the Moon and visible planets remain close to the ecliptic, within the belt of the zodiac, which extends 8-9 degrees north or south.

The zodiac is a coordinate system which uses the ecliptic as the origin of its latitude and the position of the Sun as the spring equinox as the origin of its longitude.

Although the constellations used in the zodiac are ancient, the zodiac of twelve signs did not appear fully-formed. Different zodiacs with different sign boundaries were used in ancient times, and early zodiac had eighteen, not twelve signs. Also the signs have been known by different names, notably Libra (my Sun Sign), which used to be known as “Scorpion’s Claws”.

Over time, two zodiacal systems of signs came into being. One was the “sidereal” (star) zodiac, based on the constellations of fixed stars. The other is now known as the “tropical” because of its relationships to the tropics.

However, because of a phenomenon known as the “precession of the equinoxes”, the slow shift of the equinoxes along the ecliptic where they move west at a rate of one degree every seventy-two years, the two zodiacs began to separate.

Ancient Greek astronomers decided that the seasonal issue was more important than the constellation one and this led to our modern zodiac. This is why modern zodiac signs do not match the constellations.

However, in India and some other locations, a sidereal zodiac is used meaning that currently there is about twenty-nine degrees differences between the signs (in other words, a planet at 15 degrees of Cancer in the tropical zodiac will be at 16 degrees of Gemini in the sidereal zodiac.)

A “horoscope” is a map of the zodiacal circle with Earth at the centre. The top of the circle shows where the Sun is at its highest point during the day. On the left and right are the eastern and western horizons.

The Sun, Moon, and planets are placed on the map according to their positions in the zodiac. Each of the planets (the Sun and Moon are planets in astrology) have distinct meanings associated to them. Mars, for example, appeared to be red and therefore has long been associated with aggression and bloodshed.

The word “Horoscope” comes from the Greek word “Horoscopos”, which means “hour watcher”. Originally it defined only the Ascendant or the sign that is rising on the east for the time and place that the horoscope is cast.

Today the word horoscope is used to describe the Sun sign forecasts that appear in the popular press. A horoscope can be calculated for a person, business, city or nation – anything that has a defining starting place and date.

The chart is further divided into twelve segments known as “houses.” The division of the houses is based on Earth’s daily rotation and each sector relates to an area of life.

An individual horoscope represents the position of the planets at a particular place and a specific time. Therefore your horoscope is unique to you. Interpretation of the chart allows the astrologer to describe your characteristics and help you understand yourself better.

Although a horoscope shows the likely path you take through life, this doesn’t mean every action you take is fated. You have the free will to make your own decisions and astrology supplies you with information so that you can make the decisions that will best suit you.

This is why most astrologers only make forecasts for a short period of time (not all astrologers make forecasts.) The decisions you make will change your path through life as you progress, adjusting the possibilities open to you.

There is a wide variety of theories that attempt to explain how astrology works. In modern times, the most popular theory is that of Carl Jung’s who suggests the idea of “synchronicity”. Simply put, this describes the “meaningful coincidence” of planetary patterns tending to occur at the same time as types of events. There is no casual relationship between the two.

Fields of Astrology:

Electional: Choosing the best time to go ahead with an activity.

Decumbiture: A chart cast to give medical diagnosis.

Esoteric: Used to anaylyse spiritual factors.

Financial: Predicting cycles on the stock markets with planetary cycles - it’s often illegal to give financial advice based on astrology alone.

Horary: A chart is cast for the moment a question is asked and the answer is derived from the chart.

Local Space: Similar to feng shui, and tells where the best and worst areas are for a person. Also known as astro ‘carto’ graphy.

Medical: Determination of bodily strength and weakness – it’s usually illegal to give medical advice based on astrology alone.

Mundane: Application of astrology to world affairs.

Psychological: An approach based on modern psychological theory.

Rectification: Astrological method for ascertaining an individual’s time of birth.

Sun Sign: Assumes the sign the Sun falls on the date of birth is the first house of the chart, and used for writing daily horoscope columns.

Synastry: Comparison of horoscope to determine compatibility.

Vedic: Eastern astrology system used in the Indian subcontinent based on the Vedic texts. It uses the sidereal (star-based) zodiac.

THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE - GOING BACK TO BASICS: DAY ONE

Am quite certain that most of you are feeling exactly the way that I am feeling right about this point in life.

If you are not sharing in this feeling; then these few days of what I am going to be sharing will be an added bonus.

WE ARE GOING BACK TO BASICS…

I n the beginning, when there was only Heaven and Earth (no humans), a perfect system was put into place; which requires Outer Worldly Laws. Most times these laws cannot be seen with the naked eye.

Along came Humans; and in the beginning there was no electricity, telephones, social media, trains, planes, etc. They were dependent on the Sun, Moon and planetary movements together with their instinctual knowledge.

They flourished and evolved.

Here we are decades later (which human on this planet actually has a clue?). We have so much technology around us, yet we are in “De-Evolution” mode. We have every available resource, yet we have allowed ourselves to be become more Ignorant!

I have searched far and wide to find what I am looking for and am going to be unpacking a pdf file that I have found on Google:

http://www.desarrolloconsciencia.org/eng/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/2_The_Laws_of_Universe_and_Life_PROTEGIDO.pdf

Firstly, I am not plagiarising any content in my Articles. I am merely sharing profound information to further that which I am very passionate about. The person who put this thesis together has answered every single one of the questions as to what on Earth I Am Doing Here!!!

I in turn would like to share my experience and wisdom with others who frequently ask this question but cannot find the results to what they are looking for.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE?

The purpose of human experience is to EVOLVE, develop our own consciousness and so be filled with wisdom and love!

EACH and EVERY person has come to this world to work on our Spiritual development, a process in with the Universe teaches us. Planet Earth is a Spiritual School, and each life experience is like one academic year!

Spiritual development is internal – nobody can do if for anyone else – yet nor can we do it “without another”. We need to interact and share experiences with other people to achieve our own development!

Sometimes instead of getting on with our own development, we try to interfere with other peoples, and instead of learning from them, we try to change them. All this does not distort the learning, or attempt to distort it, and this complicates life itself!

Only when we understand this can we be efficient by asking ourselves what life wants to teach us in each situation, because each is part of a learning process.

WE HAVE TO LEARN TO TURN IGNORANCE INTO WISDOM

In order to LAY foundations for A NEW CIVILIZATION that will bring a greater level of satisfaction for everyone, we must start by harmonizing ourselves. To do so is essential to study the UNIVERSAL LAWS and apply the principles that led to wisdom.

ONLY BY SUSTAINED PRACTICE AND BY DISCARDING THEORIES AND IDEAS THAT PROVE TO BE MISTAKEN, CAN WE REALLY ACHIEVE WISDOM!

All we need to achieve efficiency is to STOP ARGUING WITH THE PERFECT ORDER OF THE UNIVERSE. Mental inefficiency is necessary to discover, through saturation, that the LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE exist. When we reach the point when we have suffered enough, we are ready to UNDERSTAND THE LAWS.

INTERNAL opposition must stop before EXTERNAL opposition can, and for this to happen, we have to accept that everything that exists, that happens is perfect and necessary, because its purpose is one of love.

Studying and understanding why things exist and why they can happen can lead us to recognize the Laws, which in turn make it possible to create a better future for Mankind.

There are seven Laws that govern all the Universe’s processes of creation, administration and evolution. Of the seven, four are fundamental, for they control the development and evolution of the consciousness of the human species anywhere in the Universe.

These four Laws form the lower triangle of the Laws, while the LAW OF EVOLUTION is the Superior Law that governs the inferior triangle, which is known as the TRIANGLE OF HELL, because it is the lower part of the Universal Laws.

We will be within the Law when we love, enjoy and value what we have.

EVERYTHING WITHIN THE LAW FUNCTIONS WELL AND FLOWS ON ITS OWN.

Anything that brings suffering, anguish, pain and illness, happens because we are going against the Laws, and that is how we are able to recognise them! The results we obtain when we go outside the Laws enable us to recognise their existence.

We have to make mistakes to discover the Law.

MISTAKES ARE NOT THE PROBLEM – THE PROBLEM IS NOT LEARNING FROM THEM!

The Law is designed so that we ourselves make a change, not so that we try to change others.

REACHING OUR HIGHEST POTENTIAL- REFLECTION FOR 07-14 MAY 2020

Greetings Core Spirit Family

I have spent many hours deliberating this message for the week ahead; as my own heart and soul is feeling extremely burdened.

The entire world is showing cracks. At this point in time, notcountry is actually better off than another!

I live in South Africa, and am certain that if you Google about the current political statusinf our country you will see how it is impossible to be optimistic about anything. I have worked for an organisation for 21 years (Railways).. This is my third month under “lockdown”. I have not received one message from my place of employment to see how I am doing or where what I will be returning to. Current status, there is nothing to return to. Our current regime has brought our Country to a complete standstill (State capture). They have defrauded this beautiful country of billions or rands and are now seeking to use the people of our country’s pension funds to stabilise the economy after lockdown!

They have already bought their million rands cars with what funds they have utilized and still they are clowning around with what does not belong to them.

The reason why I am sharing this with you is that there is a huge crack in the entire world order. Every country in the world is showing signs of corruption. This system is falling whether we want to acknowledge it or not. There is going to be a huge shift in 2020, and it is going to be extremely tough on all of us.

I am aware that a lot of people are going to be returning to their place of work tomorrow and they are feeling extremely overwhelmed. I haven’t been called back to service in my workplace as yet (don’t know if I will be again), but I refuse to lie down and play possum!!

We have all been removed from “A System” for a few months, and here’s the truth! Not all who have been at home will return to the workplace with newfound knowledge and wisdom.

This is a time of trial and tribulation (we are in the Tower energy on the greater scheme of things; and it is collapsing at an alarming rate). We are going to be put to the test to see what we have learnt as individuals during the lockdown. How are YOU going to make the difference in YOUR life and in the lives of those around you?

The cards that revealed the message this week are mostly in reversed position. When in reverse that means we have to work from within ourselves; to change our perceptions of the current circumstances.

We should live our lives of being in the world, and not of the world; we are a part of the Universe and the Universe is a part of us.

“Lift your energy higher than the current situation which will sort itself out whilst you are concentrating on sorting yourself out”.

READING FOR THE WEEK: FIVE OF CUPS

A card of disappointment, setbacks – a very sad energy, but we are encouraged not to wallow in self-pity. Let’s allow ourselves to go through the motions as this is the process to allowing healing. We are to allow this to be a time of Transformation. Five (5) is the number for change and freedom!

We are halfway there. Hang tight. We can do this!!

King of Pentacles Reversed.

We may have been placing too much emphasis for too long on our financial security. Who we are has very little to do with what we do for a living. We may benefit greatly from exploring some different spiritual traditions and undertakings now. Our minds will be opened as a result, if we allow it.

For myself personally, this card is asking me to weigh up what is the most important in my personal journey on Planet Earth. I have come to realise that My Wealth is not materialistic at all! I fully trust in the Universe to provide for my daily needs and I continue to live my life doing what I was born to do, with absolute faith in myself and My Creator Of All.

Eight of Cups Reversed:

“All that Glitters Is Not Gold”. A card of introspection, searching for a deeper purpose. A card of helplessness, feeling like we cannot cope one more day in our current situation. The truth is; we can! We need to engage more with like-minded people. In fact we need to engage with other humans and learn walk away from that which no longer serves our long-term goals.

The Hanged Man Reversed together with the Judgement Card Upright

We need to pause and see things from a different perspective. Reversed this means that we are busy with things that are distracting us from the actual issues in our lives that need attention.

We are currently in a position where everything has been put on hold, due to other people’s actions! We need to let go of what is as well as what is blocking our progress – letting go of what was.

We will find absolution once we have evaluated and reflected dire circumstances. Judgement is a karmic card. We need to make life altering decisions now! This is a time of Transformation; a time to evaluate our thoughts and to speak our truths.

Let’s remain positive and be brave and strong. We will get there, eventually.

Blessings, love and light

JUNE 2020 MESSAGE: FOR ALL INDIGO WARRIORS AND LIGHT WORKERS - TIME FOR THE LONE WOLF; TO LET GO AND LET GOD

“You hurt, yet not with blood, yet still you breathe, at least you breathe, Keep breathing, please! You shake and shiver, a fearful lone quiver, yet you still breath, at least you breathe, Keep breathing, Please!”written by Anthony Mayfield.

I have begun my reading with an excerpt from a short poem that caught my eye and resonated with how I was feeling. I am not your usual social media guru. I only concentrate on the content that lifts my soul to the Heavens. I love positive articles where I can feel at one with others, who are working so hard to rise above this dark cloud that has gotten a grip on the majority of human beings.

We are working through an epidemic but this is not one that is visible to the eye. Social media is one of the biggest culprits in broadcasting fear, hate and negative propaganda because they know how quickly their messages of mass destruction will be dispersed and that their messages will intensify these negative feelings.

I wonder how many people know that this dark energy has a pulse. The more attention given to the energy raises its vibrations. Those vibrations make people like myself (Indigo and all others whom this resonates with) sick to the depth of our souls. We literally become crippled by these intense feelings radiating from this dark cloud.

On the other hand, there is a light in the darkness as social media has also made it possible for our group of humans to have a platform in support of each other. We have been meditating all over the world at the same time once a week, to counteract the wave of dread and fear.

Never before have I witnessed so many people from all over the world, uniting in prayer and meditation. This in itself is a miracle out of epic proportions, and The Creator of All is acknowledging our manifestations and prayers on a daily basis

There are great lessons to be learnt by all who inhabit Mother Earth this year.

MESSAGE FOR THE MONTH AHEAD

As for all the movement in the heavens this month, we can expect a bit of an emotional rollercoaster ride. It is time to remove our rose tinted glasses, see the truth for what it is, and adjust accordingly!

We can expect a degree of conflict because we are going to have to re-establish ourselves in society. It’s more like finding our position in the greater scheme of things.

One of the reasons that the Indigos have come to Earth, is to speak our Minds (the truth). For so long people have not spoken up for themselves. As a result, humanity has lived under the tyrannical control of those with power.

Now is the time for change, and we are the Spiritual Warriors in charge of initiating this shift.

Always speak your mind whilst gauging how others react to your declarations.

We need to call on the “Spiritual Realms” to guide and support us ensure that we communicate in a manner that others can relate to.

SHIELDING:

This specific card keeps make an appearance whilst I have doing my daily reflections.

Even though we have strong hearts, our energy still remains the most sensitive on this planet, which is why we feel so intensely in situations where others feel calm.

We need to learn how to energetically shield ourselves from all this negativity.

Calling on our Guardian Angels when we are in need of support will ensure that they are at our disposal for energetic shielding; and be rest assured that we are being spiritually and emotionally protected.

FREEDOM:

As Indigos, we can sense when someone is being controlled or manipulated. We have an innate ability to see through unnecessary restrictions and rules, yet we have the innate ability to unknowingly impose our own restrictions and rules upon ourselves.

We are being asked to release control over our desires.

Perhaps this comes from releasing something that no longer serves you.

Our prayers are being heard. The Universe will bring change into our lives.

Freely dream big for yourself and this planet with confidence of being guided and supported by our Spiritual Family.

EXPLORE:

It is time to be open-minded when thinking about our place in this world.

If you feel guided to go in a certain direction in life, then give it a try. Remember, there is nothing wrong with changing your mind at any given time through the course of your life.

Your powerful Indigo energy will work for you instead against you if you shift your mood and energy.

I hope my message will reach out to those who are stuck in a place of absolute despair.

If you are in a place where you have managed to close and shield yourself so tightly, against the world, especially those around you. When you feel like there is not another person who could ever understand you. When you are feeling so lonely because you cannot resonate with anything that is going on around you; nothing makes sense anymore. When you have built a mote around you and you cannot escape, no matter how hard you try…

Breathe, just breathe. Listen to your breath… Please.

You will hear a whisper in the deepest parts of your soul that will throw you a lifeline. Go within to find your inner light and turn it on…

WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE 2020 - "OPTIMISM ON LARGE-SCALE ACHIEVEMENTS

Wow, we are already halfway during the year! Yet, at the same time, it feels as if I have lived a lifetime during these turbulent few months.

As much as I am aware of all the stresses that we have had to endure, I remain very optimistic towards the future. So many people have seen right through this “epidemic”. They know exactly what steps to take to in order turn this energy in the right direction. They have been taking the appropriate action!

Never before have I witnessed so many people from all over the world, uniting in prayer and meditation at the same time on a weekly basis. This in itself is a miracle and The Creator of All will acknowledge our manifestations and prayers.

There are great lessons to be learnt by all who inhabit Mother Earth this year.

As for all the movement in the Heavens this month, we can expect a bit of an emotional rollercoaster ride. It is time to remove our rose tinted glasses, see the truth for what it is, and adjust accordingly!

THE ASTROLOGICAL CALENDAR FOR JUNE 2020

03 JUNE 2020 SUN CONJUNCTS VENUS IN GEMINI

Brings with it; love, peace, harmony and beauty, with a focus on your love relationships, creativity and finance. However because Venus is retrograde, this will be focused on the past.

05 JUNE 2020 FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE IN SAGITTARIUS - A sign of significant beginnings and endings. It is not a good time to make any big life changes or plan any important events.

06 JUNE 2020 SUN IN GEMINI SQUARE MARS IN PISCES - An angry and super competitive aspect that could waste your energy, so do not go on the offensive because your strength and courage may be at a low point.

11 JUNE 2020 SUN IN GEMINI SQUARE NEPTUNE IN PISCES- This annual aspect could cloud our judgement and bring confusion, disappointment, and delusion, as this transit has a weakening effect on our vitality, making it hard to get motivated about anything. We need to be above board with all our dealings.

17 JUNE 2020 MERCURY GOES RETROGADE IN CANCER - The next three weeks are ideal for making repairs and renovations at home. However, this energy could make us overly sensitive and could cause some miscommunication and tensions between family / relatives / friends.

20 JUNE 2020 SUMMER SOLSTICE / SOLAR ECLIPLSE IN CANCER - The Sun enters Cancer on the first day of Summer / Winter (depending on geographical area), making it the longest day of the year.

NEW MOON IN CANCER - Not a good time to start something new. This lunation is better spent reflection and focusing our attention on our home.

22 JUNE 2020 NEPTUNE GOES RETROGRADE IN PISCES - For the next five months, the rose coloured glasses could come off, opening our eyes to unwanted realities and fantasies. This is the point where we have to face our truths, regardless of whether we want to or not.

25 JUNE 2020 VENUS GOES DIRECT IN GEMINI - Relationships are back online as the planet of money and finances start to move forward. We have had ample opportunity to lay the past to rest and to make the most of this very favourable transit.

27 JUNE 2020 MARS ENTERS ARIES - The planet of action is at its maximum firepower and together with Venus moving direct, this is exactly the type of energy that we need to get going at full steam..

30 JUNE 2020 JUPITER CONJUNCT PLUTO IN CAPRICORN - This is the second conjunction this year. This is a big deal as the last time Jupiter and Pluto met up in Capricorn was in 1771 during the Russian Plague (info found online). It signals optimism on large-scale achievements, possibly in relation to something from the past. This alignment is a power boost of sorts. It can serve to magnify our ambitions to better ourselves and our circumstances.

TAROT READING FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2020:

What we are trying to accomplish this month:

The Page of Swords talks about being a good communicator, who is very transparent, but can also a little naïve at times. We need to question everything, gather more evidence and not be accepting of “here say”.

What we are currently experiencing in our attempts to accomplish our goals:

The Six of Pentacles talks about giving and receiving; being in the flow of prosperity. This is a card of generosity; a need to share our wealth with others. Seeing that we are moving into recovery mode after Covid-19; the only way to gain momentum is to share with others, be it sharing our energy, knowledge and skills or donating to charity

What may be a challenge to us this month (our unconscious hurdles):

This is a time of Transformation, so the Judgement card has made an appearance. Judgement speaks about absolution, evaluation and reflection. We need to elevate our thoughts and continue to speak our truths.

The Seven of Cups is an indication of illusions, temptations and having rose tinted glass on. This is a card of feeling overwhelmed, having a lack of direction or being faced with several different opportunities at once. We may become overwhelmed. We are to take a deep breath because we do not want to rush into anything that we may later regret.

These two energies will ensure that we focus on making the correct decision, based on all the lessons of the past. We need to ensure that all our dealings are conducted in an ethical manner; and that what we are trying to achieve, is for the greater good of all concerned.

The type of action need in order to achieve our goals this month:

The Six of Swords is a reassurance that we are definitely moving away from an emotional situation, but may still be carrying the burdens with us.

The Queen of Cups speaks about emotional satisfaction. She is sympathetic, owns her own compassion and is all about matters of the heart. When she makes an appearance, she talks about reciprocation of feelings. Finding emotional stability.

The Five of Wands talks about confusion and chaos, this is an indication of dealing with conflict and rivalries (differences of opinions).

Even though we are moving away from the results of our epidemic, there are a lot of scars due to numerous personal reasons. We are being requested to deal with our baggage. To look at our current situation for what it really is. We need to make decisions based on our intellect, our emotions and by using our intuition.

We can expect a degree of conflict because we are going to have to re-establish ourselves in society. It’s more like finding our position in the greater scheme of things.

The Outcome if we put this plan into action:

The Seven of Swords is a very sneaky energy. This is a, clear indication of people around us being deceitful, keeping secrets from us, lying and backstabbing. This is an egotistical person who is underhanded and not telling the truth.

We have the Wheel of Fortune as the overall energy to this reading. This together with Judgement is an indication of Transformation. This message is two-fold.

For those who are reading this message, if you are the Seven of Swords, your time is up and justice will be served accordingly! The wheel has turned and you are going to find yourself at the opposite end of the spectrum.

If you have been on the receiving end of this energy, the wheel has turned and you will have the upper hand over this person / situation.

You will now have the power to remove this energy from your life, once and for all and make better changes for your highest and best and for those around you!

Blessings, love and light.

THE JOURNEY OF THE FOOL THROUGH THE TAROT - THE WORLD: DAY TWENTY TWO (FINAL)

And So, we have arrived at the of the Fool’s Journey…

I hope that this journey enriches your life as much as it has mine.

Blessings, love and light.

The Fool re-enters the World, but this time with a more complete understanding.

He has integrated all the disparate parts of himself and achieved wholeness. He has reached a new level of happiness and fulfilment.

The Fool experiences life as full and meaningful.

The future is filled with infinite promise. In line with his personal calling, he becomes actively involved in the world. He renders service by sharing his unique gifts and talents and finds that he prospers at whatever he attempts.

Because he acts from inner certainty, the whole world conspires to see that his efforts are rewarded. His accomplishments are many.

So the Fool’s Journey was not so foolish after all. Through perseverance and honesty, he re-established the spontaneous courage that first impelled him on his search for self, but now he is fully aware of his place in the world. This cycle is over, but, the Fool will never stop growing.

Soon he will be ready to begin a new journey that will lead him to ever greater levels of understanding.

The World card shows a naked woman wrapped in a purple cloth, dancing inside a large laurel wreath. She looks behind her to the past, while her body moves forward to the future. In her hands are two wands or batons, like the one the Magician holds.

It is a symbol that what was manifested with the Magician has now come to completion with the World.

The wreath is circular, symbolising a continual cycle of successful completion and new beginnings because, as the woman steps through the wreath, she is completing one phase but beginning another one almost straight away.

Around the wreath are four figures (a lion, bull, cherub and eagle), similar to those in the Wheel of Fortune.

Both the World and the Wheel of Fortune speak to the cyclical nature of your life and your progression through its cycles. The four figures represent the four fixed signs of the Zodiac—Leo, Taurus, Aquarius, and Scorpio. They are symbolic of the four elements, the four suits of the Tarot, four compass points, four seasons, and the four corners of the Universe.

They are here to guide you from one phase to the next, bringing balance and harmony to your journey.

When the World card appears in a Tarot reading, you are glowing with a sense of wholeness, achievement, fulfilment and completion.

A long-term project, period of study, relationship or career has come full circle, and you are now revelling in the sense of closure and accomplishment.

You have finally accomplished your goal or purpose. Everything has come together, and you are in the right place, doing the right thing, achieving what you have envisioned. You feel whole and complete.

Now, the World card invites you to reflect on your journey, honour your achievements and tune into your spiritual lessons. Celebrate your successes and bask in the joy of having brought your goals to fruition.

All the triumphs and tribulations along your path have made you into the strong, wise, more experienced person you are now. Express gratitude for what you have created and harvested.

If you have not quite reached this point of completion, then you are very close! You may still need an added level of understanding to graduate to a higher level and enjoy real success.

Look back at your past experiences and acknowledge how far you have come and what you learned along the way. It may surprise you to look back at your progress and see how much you achieved.

If loose ends still remain, the World card asks you to bring them to completion. In doing so, you will clear the space for new beginnings and opportunities to emerge.

The World also relates to travel, particularly on a large scale. You may be lucky enough to embark on a six-month overseas trip, or are working, studying or living overseas for an extended period.

This card reinforces Universal understanding and global awareness, and you will find a new appreciation for people and cultures from across the world.

NUMEROLOGY OF CARD 21:

(2+1=) 3 – The number for luck, progress, and promotes success through charisma, wit and being a good communicator.

ASTROLOGY OF CARD:

Saturn is the planet of testing and challenge. It’s said to be the planet where we work through our karma so that we can evolve in this lifetime.

Saturn points out where we’re restricted or held back.

It is associated with The World Card, and shows us that we’ve broken through our barriers.

We’ve been tested and have successfully graduated with full honours!

THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE TAROT - JUDGEMENT: DAY TWENTY ONE

The Fool has been reborn.

His false, ego-self has been shed, allowing his radiant, true self to manifest. He has discovered that joy, not fear, is at life’s centre.

The Fool feels absolved.

He forgives himself and others, knowing that his real self is pure and good. He may regret past mistakes, but he knows they were due to his ignorance of his true nature. He feels cleansed and refreshed, ready to start anew.

It is time for the Fool to make a deeper Judgement about his life.

His own personal day of reckoning has arrived. Since he now sees himself truly, he can make the necessary decisions about the future. He can choose wisely which values to cherish, and which to discard.

The angel on the card is the Fool’s Higher Self calling him to rise up and fulfil his promise. He discovers his true vocation - his reason for entering this life. Doubts and hesitations vanish, and he is ready to follow his dream.

The Judgement card shows naked men, women, and children rising from their graves, arms outspread and looking up into the sky. Above, Archangel Gabriel – the Messenger of God – blows his trumpet. The people respond to his call, ready to be judged and to find out if they will be accepted into the heavens or not.

In the background is an extensive mountain range, signifying the insurmountable obstacles and the impossibility of avoiding judgement.

The Judgement card is calling you to rise up and embrace a higher level of consciousness for the service of your Highest Good.

You are experiencing a spiritual awakening and realising that you are destined for so much more. This is your cosmic up-levelling! You hear the call and are ready to act.

Tune in to a higher frequency. Let go of your old self and step into this newest version of who you really are.

The Judgement card often indicates that you need to make a life-changing decision, but unlike those associated with the logical Justice card, this decision requires a blend of intuition and intellect.

You may be at a crossroads, aware that any choice you make will bring a significant change with long-lasting effects. Tune in to your Higher Self, trust your judgement and know you are on the right path.

If you still need clari ty on the situation, look to your past and life lessons to guide you.

Judgement appears when you are close to reaching a significant stage in your journey.

You have reviewed and evaluated your past experiences and have learned from them. All the pieces of the puzzle of your life are finally coming together to form one, unified picture of your life story.

This integration has healed deep wounds, and you are now able to put the past behind you. You have found your absolution, having cleared any wrongdoings or regrets, and releasing any guilt or sadness about the past.

This purging process will leave you refreshed and ready to take on any new challenges.

NUMEROLOGY OF CARD 20

The number 20 (2+0) 2 = Signifies great compassion, caring and affection.

This number refers to sensitivity, love and diplomacy. We have come to a place of evolution, and spiritual growth.

0 = Our stronger connection to God Energy.

The Creator Of All if helping us every step of the way. Our optimism for the future is completely warranted.

NUMEROLOGY OF CARD:

Pluto is the known as the Planet of Transformation. When it comes into our world, things are likely to change; and change quite dramatically at that!

Just like the Judgement card, Pluto comes along to push us to attain greater heights. We can be reborn so that we can be even more than we were in the past.

TEEZ REEDZ FOR THE WEEK OF 27TH MAY - 03RD JUNE 2020: LUCK AND PROGRESS THROUGH CLEAR COMMUNICATION

Greetings Core Spirit Family

The Energy available to us this week is that of luck and progress – promoting success through charisma, wit and being a good communicator.

We are in Gemini season, so the focus is that of forming new relationships, strengthening current relationships and putting to rest old relationships.

We need to polish up on our communication skills and speak from our hearts to ensure that we are always fair to ourselves and also to those who matter in our lives.

The Astrological influences this week:

Mercury enters Cancer on the 28th May, shifting our minds to our feelings, allowing us to be guided by our intuition. We are being encouraged to make rational decisions using both our mind and our heart!

Sun Conjunct Venus in Gemini on the 03rd June is a promising combination that adds charisma to both our love and business relationships.

A word of caution, Venus is retrograde which means that the past comes around again to give us the opportunity to put things to rest and move in a new direction.

We need to be sure that we let go of people, and out dated modes of thought and deeds.

Our focus should be that of moving forward, not being stuck in the past!

Let’s focus on creating a new chapter, with a fresh pag,e to write about new experiences.

R EADING OF THE WEEK: HAVING DIFFERENT OPTIONS, PATHS AND MAKING A DECISIVE DECISION!

With the Two of Wands we are being guided to create a firm foundation (laying out the groundwork) before we take any form of action.

We need to be confident about the path we wish to follow because this will require us to leave our comfort zone.

Be ready for personal growth and a chance to rediscover yourself!

We need to let go of the Past by adhering to the advice of the Page of Cups:

This card is about trusting our intuition and being open-minded about new experiences. This is a “young energy” so we need to be guided by our gut-instincts.

Where we are right now, The Present: Ten of Cups:

We have come full circle and we are in total harmony with life. This card speaks about absolute abundance, wholeness and connection with life itself (our relationships and career – material world is in sync).

We are reminded that while everything in our bubble is cosy and sweet, we need to step out of our comfort zone to create newness and to expand our horizons.

We need to strive for long lasting gratification.

What to look forward to The Future: Four of Cups

This card is an indication of being bored and indifferent. Some type of “emotional opportunity” is being offered to us but not being received.

We must not allow ourselves to be closed off to new opportunities that present itself to us.

All the cards this week is from the suit of Cups, which defines our emotions (love, mutual consciousness, psychic and spiritual consciousness.) These are about our relationships and internal forces.

The overall energy of the reading is the Two of Wands (creativity and action, related to our ambition and dreams and our spirituality); remind us to make clear decisions based on both our intellect and our heart.

THE FOOLS JOURNEY THROUGH THE TAROT - THE MOON: DAY NINETEEN

What effect could spoil this perfect calm?

I s there another challenge for the Fool?

In fact, it is his bliss that makes him vulnerable to the illusions of the Moon. The Fool’s joy is a feeling state. His positive emotions are not yet subject to mental clarity. In his dreamy condition, the Fool is susceptible to fantasy, distortion and a false picture of the truth.

The Moon stimulates the creative imagination.

It opens the way for bizarre and beautiful thoughts to bubble up from the unconscious, but deep-seated fears and anxieties also arise. These experiences may cause the Fool to feel lost and bewildered.

The Moon card shows a full moon in the night’s sky, positioned between two large towers.

The Moon is a symbol of intuition, dreams, and the unconscious. Its light is dim compared to the sun, and only slightly illuminates the path to higher consciousness winding between the two towers.

In the foreground is a small pool, representing the watery, subconscious mind. A small crayfish crawls out of the pool, symbolising the early stages of consciousness unfolding. A dog and a wolf stand in the grassy field, howling at the moon, representing both the tamed and the wild aspects of our minds.

The Moon represents your fears and illusions and often comes out when you are projecting fear into your present and your future, based on your past experiences.

You may have a painful memory that caused emotional distress, and rather than dealing with the emotions you pushed them down deep into your subconscious. Now, these emotions are making reappearance, and you may find yourself under their influence on a conscious or subconscious level.

The Moon can indicate a time of uncertainty and illusion, when nothing is what it seems.

Be careful of making fast decisions when the Moon appears because you may later realise you only had half the information you needed. You need to listen to and trust your intuition so you can see beyond what is in front of you.

Feel into situations rather than thinking what they mean. Let go of your conscious mental blocks or negative self-talk and allow your intuition to guide you.

Your dreams, intuitions and inner guidance l ead you forward toward higher levels of understanding if you listen and use your judgement to help interpret the messages of the subconscious.

NUMEROLOGY OF CARD 18

1+8 = 9 The number for the old soul and humanitarian.

9 Promotes reaching our highest potential, and also carry the scars from the original family. This number often revisits the past.

ASTROLOGY OF CARD

This card is ruled by Pisces, a very psychic, sensitive and spiritual sign.

In astrology, Pisces rules the 12 House of the Zodiac; the house of unseen or hidden knowledge.

However, Pisces is the most intuitive of the signs and can help us come to know that which has been unknowable up until now!

THE FOOLS JOURNEY THROUGH THE TAROT - THE STAR: DAY EIGHTEEN

The Fool is suffused with a serene calm.

The beautiful images on the Star attest to this tranquillity. The woman pictured on the card is naked, her soul no longer hidden behind any disguise. Radiant stars shine in a cloudless sky serving as a beacon of hope and inspiration.

The Fool is blessed with a trust that completely replaces the negative energies of the Devil.

His faith in himself and the future is restored. He is filled with joy and his one wish is to share it generously with the rest of the world.

His heart is open, and his love pours out freely. This peace after the storm is a magical moment for the Fool.

The Star card shows a naked woman kneeling at the edge of a small pool. She holds two containers of water: one in her left hand (the subconscious) and one in her right (the conscious). She pours the water out to nourish the earth and to continue the cycle of fertility, represented by the lush greenery around her. The other container pours the water onto dry land in five rivulets, representing the five senses.

The woman has one foot on the ground, representing her practical abilities and good common sense, and the other foot in the water, representing her intuition and inner resources and listening to her inner voice. She is naked, representing her vulnerability and purity under the vastness of the starry night sky. Behind her shines one large star, representing her core essences, and seven smaller stars, representing the chakras.

As the Star follows the Tower card in the Tarot, it comes as a welcome reprieve after a period of destruction and turmoil.

You have endured many challenges and stripped yourself bare of any limiting beliefs that have previously held you back. You are realising your core essence and that no matter what life throws your way, you know that you are always connected to the Divine and pure loving energy.

The Star brings renewed hope and faith, and a sense that you are truly blessed by the Universe.

You are entering a peaceful, loving phase in your life, filled with calm energy, mental stability and more in-depth understanding of both yourself and others around you. This is a time of significant personal growth and development as you are now ready to receive the many blessings of the Universe.

With the Star card, anything is possible and the magic is flowing around you.

Your heart is full of hope, and your soul is being uplifted to the highest of highs as you realise that your dreams really can come true. Allow yourself to dream, to aspire, to elevate in any way possible so you can reach the stars. They are right here waiting for you.

You are making some significant changes in your life, transforming yourself from the old you to the new you and, in doing so, you are bringing about a fresh perspective: “Out with the old and in with the new!” You are choosing the highest version of yourself.

The Star also suggests a generous spirit.

You want to give or share your wealth with others to help transform their lives. Yours is an open heart, and you now want to give back the blessings you received so that others may benefit.

NUMERLOGY OF CARD 17

1+7 = 8. The number 8 is for authority, power, ambition and financial lessons, both good and bad. Most of what we have put out into the Universe is now being returned to reward us.

ASTROLOGY OF CARD

This card is ruled by friendly, future-minded, and humanitarian-focused Aquarius. This is a visionary sign that can see the possibilities of the future – not just for themselves, but for all of humankind.

THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE - GOING BACK TO BASICS: DAY TWENTY NINE

Further to my article on day 28… 14. THE LAW OF UNDERSTANDING

This is the Law that makes it possible to evaluate whether life’s tests have been transcended. Life never repeats a destiny situation that has already been understood.

There is no negative situations or circumstances, not bad people who want to cause us harm, these are often just situations, circumstances and people with whom we are correspondent for carrying out our learning processes, although we do not yet understand them or take advantage of them efficiently.

The only way of overcoming suffering, grudges, trauma, resentment, pain, illness and death once and for all, is by understanding what life’s experiences are teaching us.

The different situations that we face and the circumstances that surround them are designed by destiny to induce understanding and the development of consciousness; therefore when we succeed in understanding what a situation is teaching us, it immediately begins to disappear from our lives and will not happen again.

In any difficult situation we should ask ourselves: “What can I learn from this situation?” We may not find the answer immediately, and therefore the situation will continue to be present. But when we understand what life is really trying to teach us with difficult situations, we can use the tools of love, which will enable us to transcend personal destiny and all of the difficulties arising from it.

Understanding gives us the ability to use the seven tools of love.

We suggest using he tools of Love in order not to slip into the behaviours of the ignorant.

THE IGNORANT

• Try to change others in order to feel good.

• Hide their incapacity behind their aggression.

• Run from the best opportunities that life offers them.

• Suffer in the face of the possibilities of learning to be happy.

• Blame others for their own results.

• Criticise and judge all that is different about them.

• They complain about what they have and suffer because of what they don’t have.

In contrast, people with wisdom enjoy learning, and see learning opportunities in difficult situations, and therefore they begin to experience a new life in which happiness, inner peace, and the capacity to serve and enjoy are independent of any event that happens around them.

Understanding the true meaning of life enables us to completely rearrange our memories of past experiences, as well as all of the processes of current existence, and create appropriate conditions for having an extraordinary future, filled with happiness, peace, abundance, prosperity, love and a state of total personal satisfaction and peaceful co-existence with all other beings in the Universe.

Anyone who is happy with what they have can be happy with everything.

There are no negative situations in the Universe, only learning situations, which are positive. All that is negative is the mental interpretation that the ignorant make of a learning opportunity. When a person faces what they consider “a problem”, in fact what they have before them is an opportunity to learn something about life, to find a solution to that difficulty.

In the world of matter and form there are no “bad” or “good” things, everything is neutral and necessary, and nothing happens to anyone that is not meant for them. The drama occurs when we face situations from emotion and ignorance, instead of understanding.

Destiny is an opportunity for us to develop spirituality, but if we do not seize it we will make dramas and tragedies grow around us.

The Laws of Life that have been explained here form part of the Laws of the Universe, but they are closer to us. The seven Laws of the Universe act constantly and simultaneously, whereas we can be governed or not by the Laws of Life depending on our understanding or lack of understanding.

However, ignorance of the Laws does not exempt anyone from the result; besides which, it is not enough to know them; we must be able to manage them through training.

Tania Padley
THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE - GOING BACK TO BASICS: DAY TWENTY EIGHT

Further to my article on day 27… 13. THE LAW OF THE OPTION OF LOVE

The Option of Love makes it possible to pass the tests that life presents. The option of pride makes it impossible to pass through the gate to the realm of love, peace and happiness.

Life is continually subjecting us to tests to measure the state of our spiritual development. All human beings, with greater or lesser frequency, face different situations with differing degrees of difficulty associated with relationships, health, finances and the places where we are, which confront us with our deepest fears.

In these situations what manifest are the mental limitations that we have not yet overcome, which trigger in us states of anxiety, suffering, aggression, defensiveness, stress, guilt, anger, resentment, hate, vengeance and violence so common to human experiences.

When we understand the day-to-day difficulties we encounter, are opportunities to learn what we do not yet know, and that subsequently we will be presented with tests to verify what we have now learnt of the Laws of the Universe and of Life, we are ready to use the option of Love in the face of any type of difficulty that life presents us with.

When the ego – which contains pride – is stronger than understanding, an individual is not yet able to use the option of love and therefore cannot obtain satisfactory results. Freeing oneself from inner conflict and finding peace, harmony and satisfaction in life requires ridding oneself of pride, which is a poor counsellor because it is rigid, does not recognise mistakes, is not willing to compromise, does not know how to apologise, does not make the first move, never asks for help, does not forgive, does not insist…

The Law of Option makes it possible to give love an opportunity, particularly in situations in which there seems to be “no way out” and we do not know what to do.

It is then that it is necessary to gather up one’s courage to accept the situation, setting pride aside in order to apologise if appropriate. Even if we feel that we are the losers, wishing the one who has defeated us all the best. Or otherwise give way in our aspirations in order to give someone else the opportunity to find their own happiness; and even learns to be happy with the happiness of others. And be thankful to those who attack us with their mistakes or ignorance, because they give us the opportunity to learn to love and to transcend our own egoism by wishing them wholeheartedly prosperity, happiness and health.

Every time we compromise a further learning of love we are closer to achieving a life filled with happiness, peace, service, harmony, health, abundance and prosperity. When we learn to love there is nothing left for us to learn from difficulties, and one by one they will gradually disappear. There is always an Option of Love in any situation.

Everything we do with love goes well. The Option of Love never fails.

We must not limit our capacity to love on the grounds of external circumstances, because what is happening around us is generated by us; although we may justify our behaviour, it is often the consequences of our ignorance. We need to dismantel justifications, because it is not things or people that upset us, it we who are upset with them.

When we realise that the problem is ours and not someone else’s, anger immediately disappears, because the justification that was maintaining the bad temper leaves the mind. Consider this example:

You’re the company accountant. You go to look for a document in the files and it’s not there. Your usual reaction might be to get annoyed with your secretary, who’s responsible for filing everything; you’re furious and your tell her off. Your secretary calmly says: “Don’t you remember? You’re the one, who took the document out, then I gave it back to you, and you forgot to put it back in the filing cabinet…”

The anger and irritation disappear right there, because there is no justification.

Justifications are a type of archive that makes us suffer and get upset, it damages our relationships and prevents us from being successful in life. Justification lead us to have negative reactions, blame others, not take responsibility for our own processes and enter states of crisis, bitterness, frustration and depression, resulting in total blockage of our lives.

We learn justifications through dreadful pedagogical systems or inappropriate information, and with phrases such as: “When someone doesn’t greet you, be cross; when someone misses an appointment, be cross and tell them off; when you see your partner with someone else, feel ill, jealous and distressed; when your son or daughter goes out without permission, punish them…”

This is how we generate the archive of justifications.

The option of Love consists in being happy that someone else is happy, not in wanting to be right. We suggest taking advantage of all the opportunities that life presents to with to free ourselves from pride. To achieve this we can do the exercise of not contradicting anyone who disagrees with us – in simple, unimportant things, to start with –

Pride wants’ love understands and accepts.

As explained, the ego is a weapon that we use to fight against life, which does not allow us to establish good relationships or achieve success. Once we effectively replace the ego’s weapons with the tools of love, we are ready to become human beings of peace and love, and to train ourselves in the use of the tools.

TOOLS OF LOVE

Accepting: We accept situations and people as they are. We are happy that others are happy. We accept that everything that happens is neutral and necessary.

We give up: Trying to change others; arguing with a trying to change the perfect order of the Universe; trying to interfere with the life experiences of others.

Acting: We act with total efficiency and calmness in any circumstance that arises, giving the best of ourselves. Doing is the key to having. Instead of reacting, we act.

We give up: attacking anything or anyone in thought, word and deed. We will be absolutely firm and loyal to the agreements and commitments that we freely establish.

Adapting: To the place where we are meant to carry out functions to achieve a life filled with satisfaction.

We give up: Fleeing from where we are and the situations we have to experience. Believing that happiness is outside: it is a false illusion.

Thanking: We are grateful for everything that we have and all the difficult and painful situations, because they are opportunities that life gives us to learn and improve in our spiritual development.

We give up: Suffering with difficulties, by understanding that they have a deep purpose of love for us to recognise the Law and free ourselves from suffering.

Taking responsibility: We take responsibility for the result of our decisions and our life experience. We are the cause of our thoughts, feelings and emotions, not what is happening around us nor what others think, say or do.

We give up: Blaming anything or anyone for what does or does not happen to us. There is no one to blame. Others may make mistakes, but they are not to blame.

Respecting: We respect everyone in their ideas, customs, behaviours and their right to take their own decisions. We need to understand that each individual is doing the best they can, even if they make mistakes.

We give up: Criticising, judging, condemning and punishing anyone for any reason, because we understand that each individual is doing the best they can. We will give information of wisdom only to those who accept our offering.

Valuing: We all value and enjoy immensely all that we have and all that we do. We always have what we need.

We give up: Complaining about what we have. Prosperity is the result of valuing.

THE FOOLS JOURNEY THROUGH THE TAROT - THE TOWER: DAY SEVENTEEN

How can the Fool free himself from the Devil?

Can he root out his influence? The Fool may only find release through the sudden change represented by the Tower.

The Tower is the ego fortress each of us has built around his beautiful inner core. Grey, cold and rock-hard, this fortress seems to protect but is really a prison.

Sometimes only a monumental crisis can generate enough power to smash the walls of the Tower. On this card, we see an enlightening bolt striking this building. It has ejected the occupants who seem to be tumbling to their deaths.

The crown indicates they were once proud rulers; now they are humbled by a force stronger than they.

The Fool may need such a severe shakeup if he is to free himself, but the resulting revelation makes the painful experience worthwhile.

The dark despair is blasted away in an instant, and the light of truth is free to shine down.

The Tower shows a tall tower perched on the top of a rocky mountain. Lightning strikes set the building alight and two people leap from the windows, head first and arms outstretched. It is a scene of chaos and destruction.

The Tower itself is a solid structure, but because it has been built on shaky foundations, it only takes one bolt of lightning to bring it down. It represents ambitions and goals made on false premises.

The lightning represents a sudden surge of energy and insight that leads to a break-through or revelation. It enters via the top of the building and knocks off the crown, symbolising energy flowing down from the Universe, through the crown chakra.

The people are desperate to escape from the burning building, not knowing what awaits them as they fall. Around them are 22 flames, representing the 12 signs of the zodiac and 10 points of the Tree of Life, suggesting that even in times of disaster, there is always divine intervention.

When the Tower card appears in a Tarot reading, expect the unexpected – massive change, upheaval, destruction and chaos.

It may be a divorce, death of a loved one, financial failure, health problems, natural disaster, job loss or any event that shakes you to your core, affecting you spiritually, mentally and physically.

There’s no escaping it. Change is here to tear things up, create chaos and destroy everything in its path.

Just when you think you’re safe and comfortable, a Tower moment hits and throws you for a loop. A lightning bolt of clarity and insight cuts through the lies and illusions you have been telling yourself, and now the truth comes to light.

Everything you thought to be true has turned on its head. You are now questioning what is real and what is not; what you can rely upon and what you cannot trust.

This can be very confusing and disorienting, especially when your core belief systems are challenged. But over time, you will come to see that your original beliefs were built on a false understanding, and your new belief systems are more representative of reality.

After a Tower experience, you will grow stronger, wiser and more resilient as you develop a new perspective on life you did not even know existed.

The Tower can indicate a spiritual awakening or revelation if you are highly in tune with your inner guidance system (intuition).

The Tower card is a golden opportunity to break free from the old, out dated modes of thinking.

NUMEROLOGY OF CARD: 16

The number 16 is karmic in nature and speaks of restlessness, our challenges in our lives that compel us to make changes. This number drives us to seek a deep purpose in our lives.

(1+6) 7 = The number for the lone wolf, seeking God, and developing faith. This card promotes us to “Let Go and Let God”!

ASTROLOGY OF CARD

Associated with Mars, a planet that is bold, courageous, and daring.

Mars is always ready to take a chance or head out on a new quest.

This passionate planet encourages us to be the very best that we can be, to accomplish all we can, and to fulfil our life purpose.

If we are feeling confined by our situation, Mars can help us break out of whatever is constraining us.

THE JOURNEY OF THE FOOL THROUGH THE TAROT - DAY SIXTEEN: THE DEVIL

The Fool has his health, peace of mind and a graceful composure. What more could he need? On everyday terms, not much, but the Fool is courageous and continues to pursue the deepest levels of his being .

He soon comes face to face with the Devil.

The Devil is not an evil, sinister figure residing outside of us. He is the knot of ignorance and hopelessness lodged within each of us at some level. The seductive attractions of the material bind us so compellingly that we often do not even realize our slavery to them.

We live in a limited range of experience, unaware of the glorious world that is our true heritage.

The couple on the card are chained, but acquiescent. They could so easily free themselves, but they do not even apprehend their bondage.

They look like the Lovers, but are unaware that their love is circumscribed within a narrow range.

The price of this ignorance is an inner core of despair.

The Devil card shows Baphomet, or the Horned Goat of Mendes, a creature that is half man, half goat. Baphomet originally represented the balance between good and evil, male and female, and human and animal; however, more recently, this figure has been linked to the occult and has become a scapegoat for all things considered ‘evil’.

The Devil has the wings of a vampire bat, an animal that sucks the lifeblood out of its prey, symbolic of what happens when you give in to your raw desires. He has a hypnotic stare which ‘magnetises’ and entrances those who come near him, bringing them under his power.

Above him is an inverted pentagram – a sign of the darker side of magic and occultism. He raises his right hand in the Vulcan Salute – a Jewish blessing, later made famous by the film series, Star Trek. In his left hand, he holds a lit torch.

At the foot of the Devil stand a man and a woman, both naked and chained to the podium on which the Devil sits. They appear to be held here against their will – but look closer, and you will notice that the chains around their necks are loose and could be easily removed.

Each has small horns on their head, like the devils, a sign that they are becoming increasingly like him the longer they stay here. Both have tails, a further symbol of their animalistic tendencies and raw instincts, and the grapes and the fire on their respective tails signify pleasure and lust

The Devil card represents your shadow (or darker) side and the negative forces that constrain you and hold you back from being the best version of yourself.

You may be at the effect of negative habits, dependencies, behaviours, thought patterns, relationships, and addictions.

You have found yourself trapped between the short-term pleasure you receive and the longer-term pain you experience.

Just as the Lovers card speaks to duality and choice, so too does the Devil; however, with the Devil, you are choosing the path of instant gratification, even if it is at the expense of your long-term well-being.

In effect, you have sold your soul to the devil!

The Devil card often appears when you have been tricked into thinking you have no control over your shadow self or these negative forces, and that you can never break free from their hold.

To break free of these negative patterns, you need to acknowledge the hold they have over you and the impact they are having on your life.

When the Devil shows up in a Tarot reading, see it as an opportunity to bring these negative influences into your conscious awareness, so you can then take action to free yourself from their hold.

On the positive side, the Devil can also show a powerful attachment between two people. Be careful, though, because, with the Devil card, this healthy attachment can turn into an unhealthy, co-dependent relationship if you lose connection with your inner guidance or don’t protect your personal boundaries.

The Devil can also represent sexuality and your wild side. You may be exploring bondage, fetishes and your deepest, darkest fantasies. If you can do this within a safe, sacred space, it can be a very enriching experience.

However, it has the potential to turn into something that may be unsafe or detrimental to your well-being in the long-term, so again, set clear boundaries, choose your partners wisely and have your ‘safe words’ ready to go.

NUMERLOGY OF CARD 14

Another karmic number. It is one of balance and peaceful coexistence with others. It can also be a bit restless, and therefore needs to evaluate choices carefully.

ASTROLOGY OF CARD

Represented by Sagittarius, a sign of spiritual understanding and optimism, even when it’s been through adversity.

Sagittarius is blessed with great faith and hope. It’s also a mutable sign of the zodiac, which means that it has the ability to easily adapt to any situation and relate to almost any person.

It’s difficult to feel down when the energy of Sagittarius is present!

THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE - GOING BACK TO BASICS: DAY TWENTY SEVEN

Further to my article on day twenty six…12. THE LAW OF EMPTY SPACES

Any empty space tends to become filled with something new, which means that everything that leaves our lives our minds will be replaced with something new.

With the exception of the Absolute, everything in the Universe is replaceable, and nothing is indispensable. However, there is never any empty space, everything is always full of something, even if it is innocence.

For this reason, when something is removed from somewhere, very soon that place will once again be full of something new that will replace what was there before. The new things may be the same or similar to the previous ones, or totally different.

Under the Law of Empty Spaces we are always accompanied, never alone; the feeling of loneliness is no more than a mental limitation, because it is impossible to be alone. Attachments, dependencies, the feeling of loneliness or abandonment that many people experience are the result of not recognising or accepting the need to manage Law of empty spaces.

Human beings can learn to be happy, peaceful, helpful, respectful, healthy, abundant, prosperous and adaptable, understanding that with the exception of the spiritual plane, everything else is temporary and therefore completely replaceable.

In addition, we can take advantage of this characteristic to totally renew the way we live and the things we use on a daily basis, such as the body, the mental field and the way of interacting with people and other beings in the Universe, should any of these aspects currently not be satisfactory.

Let us remove from the mind everything that is not satisfactory to makes space for the new. By allowing the thoughts and attitudes of the ego to leave our lives, we are opening up space for the energy of wisdom to enter.

Tania Padley
ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS - PERSONAL SUCCESS TRAINING PROGRAME: DAY NINE

UNIT TEN: AVOID THE CAUSES OF DISORGANISATION

Sometimes getting organised means more than just making sure that everything has a place or we check off our to-do list. Often becoming organised is mainly about avoiding the things that cause us to become disorganised, especially after we have already started the processes of changing our ways.

When we make ways to stay organised part of our natural habits, we won’t have a need to give in to disorganisation!

“KEEPING EVERYTHING”

We are all guilty of trying to keep the thing that we don’t necessarily need. It is usually contributed to the thought of “well, I might need it one day”.

When we keep old or expired items or paperwork, we don’t realise that this can actually contribute to further disorganisation rather than helping us in the future.

Although we feel we have to keep everything, we can actually throw over half of our saved items and documents away without consequence.

Avoid building up the clutter, also known as hording by examining what you are trying to hold on to and pin point its purpose in your office area.

If it doesn’t serve an immediate purpose, throw it out!

HOW TO DETERMINE IF IT NEEDS TO BE KEPT

• When was the last time I used or needed this?

• What purpose does this serve me?

• If I get rid of this, what will happen?

• Will I need this in the near future?

• If I get rid of this, can I access this later somewhere else (online, office copy, etc.)

NOT BEING CONSISTENT

Repetition is the key to learning, and these repeated and consistent behaviours are the key to developing good habits. When in the process of getting organised, we set ourselves to-do lists and actions that we take to keep ourselves organised (such as sorting email right away and keeping office supplies close by).

When we become inconsistent, such as forgetting to turn off our cell phone before starting a project or just throwing our unopened mail on our desk one morning, we are leaving room to become unorganised again.

After one slip, it becomes easier to forget what we have learned and begin to fall into our normal pit of excuses or procrastination.

Once we have established good organisational habits, it is important to stick to them and be consistent in our actions.

NOT FOLLOWING A SCHEDULE

For many people, not sticking to some sort of routine and schedule can cause them to become disorganised and procrastinate. Ask yourself why you need to follow a schedule, and what is that schedule meant to help you accomplish?

A schedule can be more simple and flexible such as creating yourself a to-do list and sticking to it, or schedules can be more definite and set, such as outlining specific tasks or timelines. While schedules are not set in stone, they are supposed to provide a sense of structure when completing tasks, projects or activities.

If schedules are ignored or forgotten altogether, it can lead to wasted time management or prolonged duties.

BAD HABITS

Being organised is all about creating good habits that we can stick to in the long run. Unfortunately, we all have bad habits that can steer us away from getting on the right path. Habits such as leaving unused supplies on our desktop ‘for later’ or keeping every employer newsletter you receive ‘to go through’.

Sometimes we do not even recognise when we have developed a bad habit that is keeping us from becoming more organised.

Take a look at some of your everyday actions and determine if you have, or are developing a bad habit that keeps you disorganised at home or at work. Once we discover that we do have a problem, we can work to correct our habits and change them for the better.

By slowing down and making incremental changes, we begin to gain more confidence in ourselves and feel more empowered to kick bad habits once and for all!

CHARACTERISTICS OF A BAD HABIT

• Doesn’t offer an immediate benefit.

• Creates more work to do later.

• Doesn’t make us feel more confident.

• Contributes to procrastination or disorganisation.

Tania Padley
LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE - GOING BACK TO BASICS: DAY TWENTY SIX

Further to my article on day twenty five…11. THE LAW OF AFFINITY

All beings of similar character tend to convene in the same place. Our personal mental condition creates affinity that attracts what is similar to it in the outer world.

In order to develop internally the characteristics that are in tune with places, situations and people with a high level of satisfaction, it is essential to keep constant watch on our thoughts, because they are the tool that programs the mind and maintains or transforms the personality, which is the source of all the human attitudes and behaviours that may determine our success or failure in our life experience.

The art of personal attractiveness is an inner characteristic of the individual that has nothing to do with the concept of beauty, but with their spiritual development. That is why it can be said that everyone, without exception, can become highly attractive if they cultivate their inner virtues.

These are developed by using the techniques of wisdom thinking, directing it in a voluntary and sustained way and understanding the principles of the Laws of the Universe and of Life and order to be able to use the information of wisdom. It will be this information that makes it possible to cleanse the mind of its acquired limitations, learning instead to fill with the principles of trustworthiness, commitment, loyalty and loving service.

The best always associate with the best. Everything that we choose to feed internally produces situations, people and places in line with that energy.

We can attract the following principles of wisdom by thinking the best:

Abundance: that we correspondent with abundance.

Joy: that there are many reasons for being joyful in life.

Harmony: that we have the capacity to express harmony.

Commitment: about the value of our capacity for commitment.

Trust: that we are able to generate total trust.

Enthusiasm: that everything we do fills us with enthusiasm.

Happiness: that we have what we need for our happiness.

Loyalty: that our agreements require our loyalty.

Peace: about something that brings us peace.

Prosperity: that we have the virtue of prosperity.

Respect: that every living being deserves our respect.

Health: that we were created with a perfect pattern of health.

Satisfaction: about events that make us feel satisfied.

Service: That our service is available to others.

THE FOOLS JOURNEY THROUGH THE TAROT - TEMPERANCE: DAY FIFTEEN

Since embracing the Hermit, the Fool has swung wildly back and forth on an emotional pendulum.

Now, he realizes the balancing stability of temperance. He discovers true poise and equilibrium. By experiencing the extremes, he has come to appreciate moderation.

The Fool has combined all aspects of himself into a centred whole that glows with health and well-being. How graceful and soft is the angel on this card compared to the powerful but rigid ruler in the Chariot.

The Fool has come a long way in realizing the harmonious life.

The Temperance card shows a large, winged angel who is both masculine and feminine. She wears a light blue robe with a triangle enclosed in a square on the front, representing that humans (the triangle) are bound by the Earth and natural law (square).

The angel balances between one foot on the rocks, expressing the need to stay grounded, and one foot in the water, showing the need to be in flow. She pours water between two cups, symbolic of the flow and alchemy of life.

In the background, there is a winding path up to a mountain range, reflecting the journey through life. Above the mountains hovers a golden crown encased in a glowing light, a symbol of taking the Higher path and staying true to one’s life purpose and meaning.

Temperance is the card for bringing balance, patience and moderation into your life.

This card calls on you to remain calm, even when life feels stressful or frantic. Maintain an even temperament and manage your emotions.

Temperance asks you to take the middle path and accommodate all perspectives. Now is not the time to be highly opinionated or controversial.

There is alchemy within Temperance. This Tarot card is about blending, mixing, and combining diverse elements in a way that creates something new and even more valuable than its separate parts..

The Temperance card shows that you have a clear, long-term vision of what you want to achieve. You are not rushing things along; instead, you are taking your time to ensure that you do the best job you can.

You know you need a moderate, guided approach to reach your goals.

Finally, this card reflects higher learning. You are learning a great deal where you are now, and are at peace with what you are doing – it is all coming together well. Your inner voice is guiding you to the right outcome, and you are patiently listening and following.

NUMEROLOGY OF CARD 14

The number 14 is another karmic number. It is one of balance and peaceful coexistence with others. It can also be a bit restless, and therefore needs to evaluate choices carefully.

(1+4) 5 = The number of change and freedom. Five promotes the seeker to try new things and to have the freedom to choose; being free from restrictions and limitations.

ASTROLOGY OF CARD

This card is represented by Sagittarius, a sign of spiritual understanding and optimism even when it’s been through adversity.

Sagittarius is blessed with great faith and hope. It’s also a mutable sign of the zodiac, which means that it has the ability to easily adapt to any situation and relate to almost any person.

It’s difficult to feel down when the energy of Sagittarius is present!

ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS - PERSONAL SUCCESS TRAINING PROGRAM - DAY EIGHT

UNIT EIGHT: ORGANISING YOUR INBOX

If your inbox is cluttered and unorganised, it can make it difficult to find email or message you need or notice when you have a new one waiting.

Many systems have tools you can use to help sort and organise emails and appointments in order to go through them easier.

When your emails are in order, you are better able to stay on top of your incoming and outgoing mail; and always have the information that you will need.

SETTING DELIVERY RULES

Many email systems allow you to create rules that you can apply to email being delivered to your inbox, which can help you better sort and organise certain messages.

These rules use ‘filters’ that you choose and will either flag or highlight an email for your or reroute it to another folder for you to access later.

For example: any mail from your manager’s email address can be highlighted in yellow for your immediate attention. Or if you have been speaking to a friend about adopting their new kitten, any email with the word ‘kitten’ can be rerouted to a folder with her name on it.

These filters and rules can help you organise your long lists of messages into appropriate folders and selections to help you access your information faster and with more ease.

FOLDER AND MESSAGE HIERARCHY

To better organise email messages, a good folder structure should be put in place and ready to use. Once these are established, a folder and message hierarchy system can be put into place.

This hierarchy system allows you to sort folders and messages by priority and importance and can be done in several different ways, such as using colour code or relocating them to the top of the inbox for better viewing.

Establishing hierarchy among your many emails will help you identify the most important messages first and reduces the risk of you scheming over it to read and handle something less urgent.

TIPS TO CONSIDER WHEN HANDLING INBOX HIERARCHY

• Sender of message.

• Urgent tops / subjects.

• Upcoming deadlines / projects.

DEAL WITH THE EMAIL RIGHT AWAY

Your inbox is not meant to be a storage area for your messages. When you receive an email, you don’t necessary have to respond to it right away, but the message should be filed away to an appropriate location to retrieve later.

If it needs to be handled by the end of the week, re-file it to another folder that can be reopened later. If the email simply isn’t needed, then delete it right away instead of holding on to it any longer. Taking a few more minutes to deal with the email once you have opened it will not only save you time in the long run, but it will help better track your emails that require your attentions and which one’s do not.

ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS WHEN HANDLING YOUR EMAILS

• Does this email need my immediate action?

• If not, when does it need to be addressed?

• Will you need this information at a later date?

• Does this information pertain to me or my department?

FLAG AND HIGHLIGHT IMPORTANT ITEMS

Important emails should not be forgotten or lost, so you can assign these emails to a flag or even highlight them in a different colour to call attention to them in your inbox or subfolders.

Flags can be used to remind you of an upcoming event or project, including meetings and deadlines. Various types of flag categories can be set up, so you can flag some message for a follow up while some can be flagged as an appointment reminder.

If you don’t want to flag every message, highlights can also be set up to highlight messages from certain senders or that contain key words such as ‘meeting’ or ‘appointment’. For instance, all emails from your boss can be highlighted in red for urgency, but emails from your friends can be colour coded in blue for a later time.

Flags and highlights can be used individually if desired or can be used together to work in sync and organise your growing inbox.
