Core SpiritReferral Program Terms and Conditions

The Core Spirit Referral Program ("Program") allows registered users (“Referrers”) to invite new users (“Referrals”) to join Core Spirit and receive rewards in accordance with the terms outlined below. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as Core Spirit’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Program is open to all registered Core Spirit users.

Only new users who sign up using a Referrer’s unique referral link are considered valid Referrals.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Users may not create multiple accounts to benefit from the referral rewards.

Each Referrer receives a unique referral link, accessible from their Core Spirit account.

The Referral must sign up through this link, create an account, and engage with the platform by either booking a session (for clients) or offering a paid service (for experts).

Upon successful engagement of the Referral, both the Referrer and the Referral may be eligible for rewards as outlined below.

For Experts:

• $20 in PPC Ad Credits when a Referral registers and passes moderation.
• $25 top-up of internal balance if the Referral books or sells a paid session.

For Clients:

• $10 off the next booking when their Referral books their first paid session.
• $5 cashback bonus for both the Referrer and the Referral after the Referral’s first completed paid session.

Rewards are granted only for valid and eligible transactions. If a Referral cancels their session, refunds their payment, or violates Core Spirit policies, rewards may be revoked.

Users who successfully refer 10 or more people who complete a transaction will unlock VIP benefits:

For Experts:

• 50% off ad credits for a month.
• Featured placement of services on the homepage.

For Clients:

• 50% off three selected sessions.
• One-time $50 balance top-up.

Core Spirit reserves the right to change or discontinue VIP benefits at any time.

Each Referrer receives a unique referral link, accessible from their Core Spirit account.

The Referral must sign up through this link, create an account, and engage with the platform by either booking a session (for clients) or offering a paid service (for experts).

Upon successful engagement of the Referral, both the Referrer and the Referral may be eligible for rewards as outlined below.

Leaderboard Challenge: The top 3 referrers each month may receive additional balance top-ups, ad credits, or a featured profile spot.

Social Media Bonus: Users who share their referral link with #CoreSpiritReferral on social media may earn additional ad credits. Core Spirit will determine the eligibility of posts at its sole discretion.

Core Spirit reserves the right to monitor referral activity and disqualify any user engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior, including but not limited to:

• Spamming referral links.
• Creating fake accounts.
• Using misleading tactics to attract sign-ups.Using misleading tactics to attract sign-ups.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Core Spirit reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

Any disputes related to the Referral Program shall be handled in accordance with Core Spirit’s general Terms of Service.

If you believe your rewards were not granted properly, you may contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction.
