The very first day on retreat we start our morning practice with a Yoga for the Chakras session where we learn about our inner energy system; through yoga poses to engage each chakra, guidance how you can utilize this knowledge for your personal development, and an energizing meditation through each chakra.
On retreat you will experience energy healing hypnotherapy sessions to assist you to access your own power to clear and balance your energy field so you can move into a higher and better feeling vibration.
