“I don’t know what I want, how could I manifest anything?” - Law of Attraction, get clarity first!
As you go by your day you have the opportunity to observe yourself, your emotions, thoughts, experiences and reactions. You will probably notice moments that brings you joy and pleasure, while other moments will bring you stress or discomfort. Everything you manage to observe is information that you can use for your own benefit.
My mission is to encourage you to use that information as your way forward in your personal development. Anything you dislike you can use as a point of reference, to ask yourself “how do I want to feel instead?” or “what do I want to experience instead?”.
Obviously, everything you enjoy you can observe in detail to understand, what parts in particular made you feel good? Was it the dynamics in relationships, or was it the environment you got to be in? Perhaps you had the chance to contribute to the world, or maybe you earned some money while having fun? Hence, ask yourself “what do I want more of?”, “what experiences or emotions do I want to feel stronger, more often?”.
The most important thing in this work is that you stay honest with yourself and add a sense of gratitude for every moment of honest reflection. Even in the most painful moments you can add gratitude. Gratitude for being aware and actually giving your pain some space. Because without awareness and emotional release, you do not have great chances of changing your life.
What I just offered to you is a great foundation to combine with practical “law of attraction”-practice, in order for you to succeed with your planned manifestations.
Law of attraction explained briefly.
1. Get clear on what you want to manifest.
2. Understand what emotion you will feel when that manifestation has become reality.
3. Learn to embody that emotion before your manifestation has come true. While you add gratitude for your dream when thinking about it, as if it already has become your reality.
4. Surrender – drop all attachment to your dream. Let your dream go. Live your life in the present moment. But stay, or actively come back to the emotion you had to learn to embody.
Do you see where I’m going with this article? If you practice awareness and therefore observe yourself throughout your days you will increase your clarity on your needs and desires.
One of the most common issues my clients express is “I don’t know what I want! So how can I manifest anything?”.
Believe me, I had the same issue.
The good news is that you are alive and are therefore capable of reflecting about your day. If you start to reflect about your days you will, gradually, enhance your clarity on how you would like your days.
Your day is a combination of small parts. Ask yourself about your morning routines, about your commute to your job, about your job, your coworkers, your food habits, your workout routine, your ability to relax, enjoy good music, time to connect with friends and family.
Choose one or two topics. Start small and allow your life to improve step by step. Reflect on what you don’t like and what kind of experiences you would like to try. Remember, if you manifest something you don’t like – grow from it and manifest a new reality. Observe, reflect and explore. There are no mistakes, only new information that you can use to your benefits.
Every journey begins with a step, every journey continues with a step, so start walking.
