Devotion in Addiction.

Taking drugs to get a high produces an artificial happiness or escape that is a cheap substitute for the true joy of being happy.

Who in your right mind?

What is your thoughts?

Let me not ask your own questions something that you already know and always craving to get it done.

Why would volunteer to become a slave?
What is good in choosing prison over freedom?
Those are chains to a different personalities in your life.
I know how to free you from bondage?
Cutting off the chains of craving.
Starve them they will adapt.
Make them understand you are in control of everything.
By doing this the body understands to withstand that kills you slowly.
Why choose to prison over being able to live.
Why choose cell over family.

Now that’s what addiction is.
Self-imposed slavery.
Selling oneself into bondage to habit or a substance.

Often, we typically think of addiction as a problem related to drugs or alcohol.

Yet, there are other addictions that can also be destructive than those drugs.

We may become addicted to work. Addicted to soft drinks like tea, coffee, chocolate, food, lies, negativity, and many more.

Addicted to gambling, or addicted to pornography.

We all have our addictions.

Whether they are “minor or major” bad habits or good habits that might be dangerous dependencies.

One thing we are all dangerously addicted to is simple like sin.

When it comes to rejecting the true way of living and doing what seems best to us.
Well, we are hooked.
We are all engaged to things that do not matter.
We all team up in building walls instead of bridging those neighborhoods and add value.
Our deeds can be so misguided and destructive.
We tend not to follow rules and regulations.
Yes it is true the body needs those substances that enhance performance and production.
I know we get those headaches.
When we fail to give what the body is asking for the headache continues to ache.
Some addictions are dependant on others.
Just like that person who is struggling with tea, soda, coffee and addictions can be messy at times.
It's what we consume that guides our addictions.
What you don't know has no harm in your body.
body understands it should operations.
That headache is a sign of something bothering or lacking in your body.
So the body will settle once you take what is lacking.
Sometimes try and deny the body request.
Give it some time.
Understanding the needs and wants.
Take control of those advances early before it become a catastrophic burden.

How do we break the chains of addiction?

Ironically, it is by submitting to the control of the urge to refill the dosage.

We are still controlled.

Taking control is always for our benefit and health, not our destruction.

Can addiction involve more than substance abuse?

The key to addiction is letting your power to control.

What controls you?

Whenever we have a master,

We become enslaved by our own desires.

Addiction is relinquishing ourselves to the control of something or someone else.

Substance consumption is deeply ingrained addiction of every human being.

You can’t go to a clinic to overcome what you eat or drink isn't helping.

But you can go to a person, mentor, friend, or an expert.

To help you resist the addiction in your life and to completely stay free from what’s left eating you from inside.

You can be addicted to your own habits, which can dominate your thoughts and actions.

Possessions can be addictive.

Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other.

And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other.

Sexual perversions can be addictive.

Pleasure, a luxurious lifestyle, and wealth can be addictive.
Work can be addictive.

Make sure you find time to rest and refresh your body and spirit.

The Bible doesn’t specifically mention the kind of drug addiction common among many people today.

But it does address putting things into your body that are harmful and that impair your ability to function.

When there is controls in your life.

Your joy is authentic and contagious.

“I am I allowed to do anything”

Yet having understood that not everything is good for life.
And even though..
“I am allowed to do anything,”
I must not become a slave to anything.

Devotion and addiction are different.
Both devotion and addiction can lead to unhealthy life.
You can be devoted to family and friends and to helping other people.
You can be devoted to a worthy cause.
This shows you care.
Devotion becomes addiction when it so absorbs you that You no longer your first priority and distracts you from spending time with him.
You must evaluate who or what is most important to you.

A clue to determining this is to see where you spend most of your time.

Submission is a choice.

On daily basis we stand at the crossroads.
Choosing ways or direction.
Choose wisely.
Freedom from addiction comes as you change your focus and the way you think.
You do this by trusting to transform yourself and empower you to resist temptation.
While it is healthy and important to seek the help of others.
You have the ultimate power to overcome addiction.
It’s hard to focus on things when your eyes are fixed on this world.
It’s hard to focus on worldliness when your eyes are fixed on material things.
Taking control what we consume is the only key to control that produces completely negative or positive results.

Yeah, I always believed that addiction is mainly what goes into your system, not behaviors. Fine work here men.
