Witnesses of the visitor

Once upon a time in a small village nestled among sprawling forests, there lived a man whose spirit burned bright with an insatiable thirst for life's experiences. His name was Mhambi, a rugged soul with weathered hands and a heart that yearned for adventure.
Mhambi roamed far and wide, venturing deep into the woods, guided by an unyielding desire to gather firewood from every tree that stood in his path. With each step, he sought out different kinds of wood, big and small, recognizing the unique qualities they possessed. Oak, sturdy and reliable, symbolized strength and resilience. Pine, with its aromatic scent, evoked a sense of serenity and peace. Birch, delicate and smooth, represented purity and grace. And so, Mhambi tirelessly collected these diverse pieces, understanding that their amalgamation would lead to something extraordinary.
Returning to his humble abode, Mhambi meticulously stacked the wood, layer upon layer, until a towering pile stood before him. He marveled at the amalgamation of shapes, sizes, and textures. He saw in this grand stack of firewood a reflection of his own existence—a life lived to gather the myriad experiences that enriched his soul.
As twilight embraced the sky, Mhambi struck a match, gently igniting the bottommost piece of wood. The flame danced and crackled, casting a warm glow that illuminated his weary yet contented face. With each addition of wood to the fire, the blaze grew in intensity, illuminating the night and bringing forth a brilliance that rivalled the stars.
In the flickering light, Mhambi saw his life unfold before him. The firewood represented the countless experiences he had accumulated throughout his journey—a tapestry woven with triumphs and tribulations, joys and sorrows, friendships and solitude. Each piece played a vital role in shaping the man he had become, and now, in this moment of revelation, he understood the significance of it all.
As the fire roared and sparks ascended into the heavens, Mhambi saw his mortality transcended. The flames became a metaphor for his immortality, for the memories and legacies he would leave behind. Just as the fire consumed the wood, transforming it into ethereal embers, so too would his spirit continue to burn brightly, even after his time on Earth had passed.
Mhambi's tale serves as a testament to a life well lived, a life dedicated to gathering the diverse experiences that enrich the human spirit. Just as he gathered firewood from the forests, we, too, must gather the moments that define us, that shape our very being. For it is through the accumulation of these experiences that we ignite the fire of our own immortality—a spark that continues to illuminate the world long after we have departed.
So let us be like Mhambi(Visitor), valiant seekers of life's richness, embracing every opportunity and savoring every encounter. Let us gather our own firewood, piece by piece, until the time comes to ignite our own grandest fire—a testament to a life lived to the fullest, casting a radiant glow upon the tapestry of human existence.

Reflections of a Sinner

Through my time under God's stewardship, I have come face to face with unsettling patterns of thought, attitude, and conduct. The realization dawns upon me—I am a sinner, and my every duty falls short, weak and imperfect. In God's presence, my acts struggle to find a place.
Reflecting on the chronicle of my life, I witness a tapestry woven with struggles, a ceaseless battle against inner conflicts, fears, immaturity, and self-righteousness. Each phase marked by its own trials. Yet, the recent struggles have intensified, leaving me raw and vulnerable.
Yet, even in the midst of my flaws, God's grace shines upon my soul. I stand as a monument of divine mercy and goodness, humbled to the dust. My sins, countless in number, weigh upon me heavily. I confess my negligence in the Lord's work, failing to advance His cause, seeking His glory and honor with inadequate fervor.
Bound by guilt, I turn to Christ, the bearer of my iniquities, the one who sanctifies my feeble offerings. He gathers and absolves my transgressions, making them acceptable to my Maker. In His presence, He intercedes, adding incense to my prayers, lending them a holy fragrance.
Despite my shame, God has spared me until this moment, allowing me to persist in His work. And as I tread this mortal realm, I trust that when my days are complete, I shall be embraced by the divine favor of His love, welcomed into eternal grace.
In this introspective journey, I embrace humility, recognizing the enormity of my flaws. I find solace in the redemptive power of God's mercy, seeking forgiveness and redemption through Christ. It is through Him that my prayers gain resonance and my sins find absolution. And as I continue to walk this path, I hold on to the hope of eternal acceptance in the divine embrace of love.

To my children with love

You have been bestowed with an extraordinary opportunity – an invitation to script a remarkable chapter within the sacred pages of God's Holy Book. Imagine a chapter brimming with tales that resoundingly affirm the boundless power and might of the Divine. By living as a testament to His glory, you shall etch your name into the annals of eternity. Immortality awaits, for it is in the very essence of your existence.

Listen intently, devoid of the expectation to assert your own voice. Walk with the assured stride of one who knows their place in this grand tapestry of life. Speak with conviction, fully grasping the weight of your words and the profound impact they can wield. Today, seize the opportunity as though entrusted with the revelations of tomorrow. Disregard the distractions that lie beyond your sphere, for the only temporal realm that matters is the present moment. Be attuned, and you shall discern the divine whispers that permeate the fabric of existence.

Just as nature fills every crevice, pulsating with life, so too does your very being embody the essence of creation. You are the conduit through which God's Word takes form. In the genesis of your journey, mysteries unfold, invisible to those who lack the vision to perceive. Life flits by like a fleeting shadow, ever evading the light. Yet, your existence, a cherished blessing, is never meant to be hoarded selfishly. Give abundantly, for in the act of giving, you unlock the hidden chambers of your soul.

Behold the stars that adorn the heavens – they were never meant to simply shine. Our eyes may marvel at their beauty, but it is the mind that peers beyond the surface, envisioning the boundless possibilities. Ignite the flame within that perpetually thirsts for spiritual fulfillment. Seek wisdom fervently, for it is the knowledge that has been forgotten, beckoning you to delve deeper into its unfathomable depths. Engage in relentless contemplation, expanding the horizons of your consciousness.

Never withhold or diminish your essence out of fear for tomorrow. Such actions offend the very Provider who graces you with abundance. Seize the moments that unravel before you, for they hold the potential to alter the trajectory of your journey. Discover your cardinal direction, and in doing so, brush against the resplendent rays of the Sun. Until the salted waters of the sea ferment into honey, never relinquish your pursuit. Remember, your existence serves a purpose far greater than your ambitions.

Let truth prevail, for truth is the premier casualty in times of conflict. My children, remember that your identity rests upon what you choose to be recognized for. Never forget that a life well-lived hinges upon the virtuous utilization of the gifts bestowed upon you. As long as your mind remains steadfast in its belief, your body shall invariably manifest the desires that reside within.

Heroes are birthed from the depths of the soul. Unearth the hero that resides within you, and watch as the world awakens to your resplendent presence. Even in the midst of darkness, the light finds its voice. Amidst your struggles, shift your focus to the abundant goodness that envelops you, and you shall witness its pervasive influence. By illuminating the path of others, your own radiance shall forever endure.

Desperation is a somber state, leading the wandering soul astray from its true purpose. I implore you, my children, to absorb these sacred secrets. They are secrets not for their elusiveness, but for the profound comprehension they demand. Amidst the treasure troves of life, honor and cherish these profound truths, for they guide you towards the ultimate fulfillment of your being.

The musings on a wandering skeptic

In the stillness of the night, as I gaze up at the stars above, I cannot help but contemplate the mysteries of the universe. Is it possible that our existence is merely a figment of a higher being's imagination, our lives but mere dreams in the mind of a god? And if so, what purpose do we serve in this grand scheme of things?

Some say that time is money, but as a once-broken soul who had nothing but time, I know better. Time is a precious commodity, more valuable than any currency or material possession. It is the one thing we cannot buy, and yet, it is the one thing that we often take for granted.

I am not of this generation; I am a wanderer who roams through the ages, seeking answers to questions that have plagued humanity for centuries. I am a messenger, sent to guide the generations to come towards a greater understanding of the world around them.

I have seen a blind man being led by a homeless beggar, and it has made me ponder the true nature of our existence. Would the blind man still hold on to his guide's hand if he knew how dirty he was? Does it matter if our guides are clean or dirty, so long as they lead us towards our destination?

I have witnessed a grown man spending his entire day playing with a troubled child. The child's eyes shone with joy, mirroring the love that the man had for his playmate. In that moment, I realized the importance of human connection and the role we play in each other's lives. Not everyone can afford the luxury of time, but for those who can, it is a priceless gift.

As I walk through the streets, I see the homeless and the destitute, and I cannot help but see myself in their plight. It is a reminder that we are all vulnerable, that life is but a fleeting moment in the grand scheme of things.

I believe that there is more to our existence than what meets the eye. There is another dimension, a world beyond our own, where the answers to the ultimate questions of human suffering can be found. It is a world that transcends our finite intellectual capacities, and yet, it is a world that we must strive to understand. For it is only in the pursuit of knowledge that we can hope to achieve true enlightenment.

Somhlolo: The wise King of EmaSwati

Somhlolo, the wise King of the EmaSwati, stood in contemplation as he watched the white man spread his paper money on the ground, offering it in exchange for the land. "This is what the white man trades with; this is his buffalo robe," he said. "Just as you trade skins of the leopard and the lion, we trade with these pieces of paper."
As the white man boasted about his riches and offered a sum of money for the land, Somhlolo took a handful of clay, made a ball out of it and put it on the fire. It did not crack. Then he said to the white man, "Now put your money on the fire and see if it will last as long as the clay."
The white man refused, admitting that his money would burn because it was made of paper. Somhlolo smiled, "Oh, your money is not as good as our land, is it? The wind will blow it away; the fire will burn it; water will rot it. But nothing will destroy our land. You don’t make a very good trade."
With a deep wisdom that only the elders possess, Somhlolo explained that their land of the EmaSwati was more valuable than the white man's money. It was a sacred land that had been put there by the Great Spirit of Mvelinchanti, and could not be sold because it did not really belong to them. It would last forever, as long as the sun shines and the great waters of Ngwavuma, mkhondvo, Usuthu and Luphohlo flow. It would give life to men and animals through all the years to come.
The king continued, "You can count your money and burn it with a nod of a buffalo's head, but only the Mvelinchanti can count the grains of sand and the blades of grass on these plains. As a present, we will give you anything you can take with you, but we cannot give you the land."
In this way, Somhlolo conveyed a powerful message about the value of the land and the folly of valuing material wealth over the natural world. His words still resonate today, reminding us of the importance of cherishing and protecting the environment, for it is a gift that has been entrusted to us by the Great Spirit, Mvelinchanti.

Unlearning

To truly learn, we must first unlearn. We must let go of the assumptions and beliefs that we have been taught and embrace a state of openness and receptivity to new knowledge and ideas. It is only through unlearning that we can achieve a true state of enlightenment.
And yet, unlearning is not easy. It requires us to question the very foundations of our understanding and to confront the uncomfortable truths that we have been avoiding. It requires us to be humble and to acknowledge that we do not know everything, and that there is always room for growth and development.
But the rewards of unlearning are great. By letting go of our preconceived notions, we open ourselves up to new perspectives and possibilities. We become more creative and adaptable, better able to navigate the complexities of the world around us. And most importantly, we become more compassionate and empathetic, able to see the humanity in those around us and to connect with them on a deeper level.
It is no coincidence that Jesus spoke so often of the need to become like little children. Children have not yet been burdened with the assumptions and beliefs that limit our thinking as adults. They are open to new experiences and ideas, and are unafraid to ask questions and explore the world around them.
The key to knowledge is success in unlearning. We must be willing to let go of what we think we know in order to learn what we ought to know. As Saint Paul once said, "I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do." We must be willing to challenge ourselves and push beyond our limitations if we want to truly grow and evolve
To truly learn, we must embrace this childlike state of mind. We must approach the world with a sense of curiosity and wonder, and be willing to question everything that we have been taught. We must be open to new ideas and perspectives, and be willing to change our minds when new evidence emerges.
So let us embrace the process of unlearning, and let go of the beliefs and assumptions that hold us back. Let us approach the world with open minds and open hearts, and be willing to learn and grow with each passing day. For it is only through unlearning that we can truly learn, and it is only through learning that we can truly grow and evolve as individuals and as a society.
In the beginning, we are like children,
With curious minds, open and wild,
Learning with wonder, uninhibited and free,
Living in a state of limitlessness.
But as we grow, we become burdened,
By the weight of knowledge and experience,
We forget the freedom we once had,
And lose ourselves in the details.
To unlearn is to return to that state,
To shed the weight of what we know,
To become like a child again,
And live in the mystery of the unknown.
It is not easy, this unlearning,
For it requires endurance and inner strength,
But when we achieve it, we find peace,
And we become capable of seeing the unseen.
The ocean is a symbol of this state,
A vast expanse with no end in sight,
Where the spirit of God hovers,
And the mystery of life is revealed.
Jesus spoke in this state of limitlessness,
In words that confounded the learned,
For he saw what others could not,
And he called us to unlearn, to be reborn.
So let us unlearn what we think we know,
And be open to the possibility,
That there is more to life than what we see,
And that the mystery is the key to our humanity.

The Seven Stages of the Soul
  1. New Born Soul

The first of the seven ages of the soul, is the one that has just left the Original Source, shows lack of experience and struggles to survive. It's primitive, rude, simple, innocent, childish, mystical. Their learning is through suffering.

  1. Child Soul

It works like clockwork. You need routine to feel comfortable, meaning work with a schedule. Likes rules and kills for standing up for his beliefs. Their learning is through pain.

  1. Young Soul

He seeks to be a publicly known person, is afraid of aging and death. She's ready to be independent, she fights for her positions and she's shallow. He likes power, fame and money. Their learning is through loss.
They could be located in politicians, artists, religious leaders.

  1. Mature Soul

He has achieved survival, recognition and prestige, but the person feels empty. In this stage you seek peace, spirituality and being well with yourself. Her artistic ability is developed to the max. His learning is through anguish.
I would be present at the people who defend human rights, animal rights, care for nature and the environment.

  1. Old Soul

This is the fifth of the seven ages of the soul, its goal is to achieve satisfaction without creating more karma. He is very spiritual and strives with love in everything he sets out to. She likes to paint, teach, write and appreciate the beauty around them. Believe in living and letting live and treat others as you would like to be treated.
Makes more developed sense to know what's true. Their mantra is to win for their own good and everyone else's.

6 / 7. Luminous Souls

These souls are on a higher plane. They are the result of experience of the previous five ages. They are self-aware, have superhuman powers, spiritual abilities, and maximum connection to the Original Source. They're already on their way home.

Embrace your soul. Celebrate your path, whoever you find yourself today. Be the best of yourself, don't hurt others and love yourself above all things.

The beautiful story

In a soccer stadium, with 94 000 in attendance, there are Over 94 000 stories to be told, for each one in attendance, has a unique special point of view, that is shared with himself alone.
The game may be played just for 90 minutes, but the story of the day is eternal, with so many words,It could fill a library. I like to think myself as a writer who tells about the least of them all, the one not considered in the event, like the janitor, the security guard, the kid who didn’t even know the sport existed.
Those are the special kind of stories, because these guys are in the event for a totally different reason compared to those who for them, is a leisurely event. For these guys it is something more, they have to be there, and most interesting, it is the story behind, the background, the reason why they had to be there.
The kid is there simply because his parents love soccer, he could have been any kid in the world, but he is one with soccer loving parents who have taken him to a soccer match, probably for the first time, and he can not help but be overwhelmed with mystery and wonders at the spectacle that has everyone in ewe.
The janitor, half asleep from finishing his shift at his first job just an hour ago. Tired and a bit hungry, but he has to be there. With a wife and three children in the deteriorating structure they call home,he needs the money.
The only thing on the security guard’s mind is his daughter, it’s her birthday and he had promised to be there, but, ‘when duty calls’. Caught in a battle for custody between his ex wife and himself, his absence echoes volumes to endeavours, his redemption is securing enough savings to ensure the best education his daughter could have.
The most beautiful part of a story about such people, it is when the most unlikely to happen, happens. When over 9400 thousand eyes turn to see the least of the least. This normal happens when the star of the show takes notice of this person, and because everyone’s eyes are all on the star of the show, they also fall on our guy, the janitor or security guard, or the kid.
That’s the beauty of the story, it is the, the impossibility of something as amazing as a dream. It is a story about chance, when odds are at the edge of unlikelihood. Such a story awakens something in each and everyone of us, and it is the one thing that every writer relies on, it’s what makes writing worthwhile, for the ability to arouse such a feeling on man is second best to creation.

An ancestor in the making

As we stand at the precipice of a great change in the course of our history, (what many of us hope is a course-correction) vital and exciting conversations are happening — what kind of world do we want to recreate? What do we care about? And for who?
Recently, I’ve found myself coming back to he question — how can I be a better ancestor? And I’ve found some answers.
8 ways you can start being a better ancestor, today.

  • Remember that you are a link in the great chain, not the chain

Good ancestors have the wisdom to accept that they probably won’t solve the world’s greatest challenges in their lifetime — inequality, racism, greed, disease. These are multi-generational journeys. But if I can’t solve it, does that mean I wont get the personal glory? Exactly. As a link in the great chain, you sacrifice personal reward for long term progress. And that’s beautiful.
  1. If you can’t re-use it, don’t use it
Of course this isn’t a catch-all — toilet paper for example, or one-night stands are best left as a one time only thing. But as a general rule, good ancestors know that if we can’t re-use it, we lose it.
  2. Work on our trauma
Intergenerational trauma is a thing. What we don’t heal we pass on. Through our parenting, our politics, even our DNA. When we sort out our own shit, and own it rather than handing it down, we give the next generation a clean slate.
  3. Treat your elders with respect
The recent Brexit generational divide, revealed great swathes of contempt for older people. Too stuffy. Out of touch. Selfish. But another way to look at it is this, maybe they know something we don’t know and maybe we know something they don’t. Good ancestors respect the wisdom of elders when they are young, and become the wise when they are old.
  4. And your youngers
Every generation looks at the one below with some distrust — but good ancestors know that everything is evolution. They see the beauty in youth, the passion, the idealism, the energy. Too naive, too entitled, too individualistic? Maybe. But so were they.
  5. Speak of love, not war
The war on climate change. The war on drugs. The war on coronavirus. But more war never ended violence, just as more hate never ends pain. Good ancestors, know that if we want peace and progress, how we get there is just as important as where we’re going.
  6. Be a custodian of the earth
We are borrowers of the earth, for a moment of time. Good ancestors act like they are guarding something very precious for someone they love very much. They tread lightly. They use less. Harm less. They leave it, as they found it. And if possible better.
  7. And a steward of the future
Too many of us see our role here on earth as to “achieve” the perfect life. To live our best life. Yes — and, what if we shifted from I to We. What if we saw our role here as stewards not only of our beautiful life, but of a more beautiful world. If we woke up every morning and thought, what can I do today to make the future better. In the knowing and acceptance that we may never see that future. Good ancestors, don’t care. They create that world because they know it’s what they came here to do.

The spirit of the Owl

Do you always see an owl spirit animal in your dreams, daydreams, and even just your random thoughts? When you keep encountering the owl symbolism and you’re not sure what it means, just remember that the owl meaning can have a very positive impact in your life, if you will just take it seriously!
The owl spirit animal presenting itself in your life is ripe with meaning. Its meaning can positively or negatively impact your life, so make sure that you’re paying attention.
Common Owl Spirit Animal Meanings
The owl spirit animal represents the deep connection that you share with wisdom, good judgment, and knowledge. Like the owl, which is known for its sharp vision and keen observation, you also possess insight and intuition.
The meaning of the owl also has something to do with change or transition. It denotes an approaching event that will affect life as you know it.
This change may not be that huge, but it can push you to leave old habits behind and grab the opportunity to create new and healthy ones. This can also usher in newer and better things that can improve your life and take it to a new direction.
The owl totem also means that you can see beyond the masks that people wear. You can crack through the façade and determine which people have the best and most noble intentions from those who have not.
Unlike the Butterfly Spirit Animal, the owl spirit animal indicates that you find life’s mysteries completely fascinating. You like exploring uncharted territories and knowing the unknown.
You seek to make sense of things that you do not understand, and you try to come up with the best solutions for every problem or situation. Because of this, you are wiser, stronger, and more intuitive than your years.
The meaning of the owl allows you to appreciate all that life can offer, because you have taught yourself to believe that life itself is a gift to be grateful for. No matter how easy or difficult you have it, you don’t take a single day for granted.
Do Owls Symbolise Good Luck?
When the owl totem starts showing up in your life, it’s time to start paying attention to the little things. Especially for those people, things places, and events that go below your radar.
You will now see their significance which can help you take on bigger challenges and complete more important tasks. The owl spirit animal can also help you unlock your full potential and discover new abilities.
Does seeing an Owl mean Love is coming?
Seeing an owl means that there is a message that you must listen to, or a warning that you must be cautious about. You need to rely on your inner guidance if you want to always be one step ahead.
This also applies when it comes to love, because not all prospects of love can end in a happy ever after. As much as you want to make it work, there are just some things in this world that are beyond your control.
It’s so easy to get lost in the thrills of a new love that can make you lose track of time and your whole focus. The owl symbolism wants you to be open to receive love, but to also be wise and not lose yourself in it.
Positive Traits of the Owl Spirit Animal
With the owl spirit animal, you possess the ability to observe the people and the situations taking place around you. You know when to open your mouth to say something, and you know when it’s the best time to stay silent.
You are deep and sensitive, but you do not act based on emotions. When you can, you choose to be very calculated in your actions.
Negative Traits of the Owl Spirit Animal
For some people, seeing the owl spirit animal can be considered a bad omen. If it’s not common for you to see an owl because of where you are located, seeing one can give you a start!
The good thing about it is that the owl spirit animals also serves as a wake-up call. This is your cue to try harder, be kinder, and get more serious with your life.
The owl symbolism has been traditionally linked with death. However, you should know that this is not to be taken in a literal sense.
The owl spirit animal represents a symbolic death, like your life suddenly changing because of a significant life event. You are being called to be aware of the winds of change and look at changes in a positive way.
It’s time to let go of the bad so that you can have more room for something new and something better. Your owl spirit animal is reassuring you that you only need to take that big and brave step, because everything else will follow.
Call on your Owl Spirit Animal when:

  • You are going through tough or confusing times.
  • The owl spirit animal will give you the clarity and the direction that you need to make sense of things. Life can be happy and beautiful one moment, and devastating and dark the next.
  • But the message that you should always carry with you is that life is beautiful. You should always be ready to move where life takes you.
  • You need discernment and good judgment.
  • As long as you’re living, you will be making tough choices and huge decisions. The owl spirit animal wants you turn to the lessons that it brings to guide you accordingly.
  • You need guidance and support.
Everybody needs help and guidance, no matter how strong you think you may be. But you are discerning and wise, and this will help you make the best decisions that will satisfy you and the people around you.
My final thoughts on the Owl Spirit Animal and its Symbolism
The owl spirit animal symbolizes your wisdom and intelligence, and how you use these gifts to uplift your life and the life of others. You have the gift of foresight which also allows you to make the best decisions at any given moment.
You are wise with your time, with your affection, with your love, and with your relationships. You can make people feel safe and secure because of the sense of security and stability that you provide.
Be like your owl spirit animal. Trust in what your intuition is telling you and weed out the bad from the good!

Mind your mind’s nature / keep it Simple

Imagine a million year before today, how everything was where it Is supposed to be. The water fell as it pleases, ran freely and carelessly. It moved to where it pleased, and settled where it wanted. Imagine the minerals under neath us, how they laid in the deep dark earth. Gold and diamond was where is was supposed to be,and oftentimes, the Earth would share with its Surface..yes, believe it or not, back in the day, gold was found in rivers, cushioned by small river stones. Trees flourish, they grew at ease, to be tall as the Earth permitted to carry their weight, flowers of a kind could blossom and cover an entire landscape. Wildlife was life,as wild as we have perceived it to have been,Nature knew when to give and take and yet maintain the necessary balance to keep things SIMPLE! Then human beings came by,Lord knows from where, things changed to accommodate our existence. We started moving and shifting the “resources”(as we call them, personally, I think the problem started when we started calling Nature a resource) that Nature was kind enough to share. We redirected rivers, we extracted the Gold and the Diamond and started calling them “minerals”(that’s another problem right there,we cannot acknowledge that everything has a belonging, yet fail to understand why these minerals are under the ground to begin with, surely they are there for a reason, they BELONG there!!) We started to rearrange! Ignorantly,we’ve been rearranging how things are supposed to be, oblivious of the repercussions. I believe A mountain is Nature’s noise,it’s where it breathes, that’s why rivers start the, that’s why volcano erupt there. While moving and rearranging,we seem to have forgotten the fundamentals of Life. That’s why today people build houses on mountains top, paving roads along the way ignoring environmental issues and how our actions affect the Earth. We have been taking from Nature inconsiderately, and giving nothing in return, against Nature’s way of doing things. We are failing to keep the necessary balance, and as things are, nothing is where it is supposed to be. A good example of that is how multiracial we’ve become as a society, as good as that my seem,in reality, Nature doesn’t operate that way. Looking at all we have done to the Earth,We shouldn’t do the same to our minds! “ be like children, keep your minds pure”! Do not shift anything there, no nerve shall go extinct. Let the trees grow as they please, let the water run wherever ever it wants. Do not capture any of the animals in your mind, let them run free. Last but not least, the gold and diamonds in your mind are not to be touched. Treat your mind the way Nature is supposed to be,Nature knows when to give and take, maintaining the necessary balance to keep things simple!

Why do we exist? Tell the children the truth

“There is so much to live for in this world”.someone may take this statement lightly, but indeed,if you may pay close attention to the words, you’d realize that their meaning can only be comprehended by the ‘drunk’. I’ll explain later about what I mean when I say ‘drunk’,but now let me put this sentence into perspective for you,”there is so much to live for in this world”.
Rather than our careers and making children, there is a reason why we exist, and it is impossible to find such a reason in one life time. I’ll take a second to help you take that in,you can even go back and read it again just to get it into your thick human skull.

You can never realize your reason for ‘being’ in one lifetime. That’s how big this life game is.we are here for a reason and it’s too big a reason for our limited human minds with limited human capabilities to even imagine.
If you find this hard to comprehend ,think about ants, how small they are. Think about how they can just set up a colony in the corner of your bedroom..and because you don’t sweep everyday, they keep on multiplying and gathering more and more food, they start feeling at home, oblivious of the fact that they are intruders. The moment you learn that you’re going to have a guest, you try to tidy up a bit,you sweep your floor, wipe the spider webs on the ceiling and see this small pile of dust and ants in the corner, you eagerly shove your broom towards that direction, scattering a whole colony of ants. Now the last thing in your mind is how those poor ants feel, that’s the reality of things, but to the ants, their whole world has collapsed right in front of them. They are drove in to a state of panic, scrambling all over the floor, probably looking for their immediate loved ones or the food they have been gathering all the while you weren’t sweeping your room. For many of those ants,it’s the very first experience of a tragedy like that, but for some, they have seen it before, that’s probably the reason they moved out of your kitchen. They know that there are bigger threats out there besides the spiders and cockroaches they fight everyday. And because your sweeping has become consistent, there is a pattern the surviving ants will follow when setting up their next colony. The next generation of ants will inherit certain tendencies from the ones you’ve swept away, they will improve a certain aspect of their lives in preparation for your next sweep, probably when you get a visitor again, they will develop a certain resistance towards your rather clean room and probably move to settle in the corner of the bathroom because it is less often swept. Of coarse you do not know any of this, not that you should any ways, your personal hygiene is the least of there ant-problems.The only thing you’re reminded of whenever you sweep your room and discover a colony of ants is that you keep forgetting to buy an insecticide every time you do your groceries.
By now,the ants living rent free in your house have figured something out about their surroundings ;

  1. The ants know that the kitchen may be the wealthiest room, but it is also the most unsafe room in the house as the big giant (broom)stays there.
  2. When ever this ‘big giant’ comes to attack them, they encounter a lot of casualties, and the survivors have a responsibility to move the colony to a safer place.
  3. The ‘big giant ‘is indestructible. Even spiders and cockroaches, two of their fearsome predators, fall to this giant.

And by now,you are also aware of certain aspects about your living environment;

  1. The house has ants!
  2. They strategically nest where you don’t sweep everyday.
  3. There are so many of them, they’ve even invaded your bedroom now..You probably should get that insecticide ASAP!
“There is so much to live for in this world”. The ant story was nice and interesting, but let me get to the moral of it so that you see the relationship between it and the above sentence. The ants do not know why you sweep! As much as it affects them, they do not know the reason behind the ‘attacks’! An ant has a lifespan of a few days,it’s understanding of human events is as limited as our understanding of our reason for existence!
The ants came from outside attracted by the crumbs in the kitchen. Soon after settling there, they realized it wasn’t a safe place as the kitchen is swept everyday. Many of them died during these sweeps, and so they moved to settle in the living room. It seemed safer for them there at first and they were able to bring up their young and gather food in preparation for winter. Getting food was tough since the sweeps appeared random to them, but luckily for them, the living room wasn’t very far from the kitchen. And so they had mapped out a trail to ferry their food from the kitchen to their colony in the living room,Your living room. Seeing these ants while watching TV in the living room, you took your broom and swept them away. Some managed to escape, but at least you swept off their colony. The ants searched for another safe place in the house, and they discovered your bedroom. It is a bit further away from the kitchen, but non the less, safe as you did not sweep everyday. They began to feel safe in your bedroom and by then,it’s only a handful of the original ones from outside that are still alive. Days pass without any sweeps, they multiply, some die and in no time, a new generation of ants lives in your bedroom,of whom ,non has ever lived in the kitchen nor the living room. As they can not risk living the bedroom to gather for food,They set up some sort of civilization there, forming regiments and battalion amongst themselves, responsible for satisfying certain aspects of their lives socially, economically and politically. Their living arrangements as they are many, gathering food and leadership, not only amongst their respective regiments and battalions, but also, leadership of the whole colony as it can not survive without a leader to guide them and give them direction as they face different challenges in their everyday lives.
As human beings,we have preoccupied ourselves with such priorities. Our social, political and economical aspects of life greatly influence our everyday living so much that it is easy to mistaken these for our reason for existence. We have cushioned ourselves comfortably into careers that narrowly focus on how we coexist more than why we exist in the first place.Just like the ants in the bedroom ,we have forgotten why and how we came in the house to begin with. We are too small,we don’t even realize that there is life outside the house.
As human beings,we only have a short term on earth, each and everyone of us is a temporal resident. From the day that we’re born to the last breath we take, our value of existence is measured by how we lived our lives for others rather than how we lived for ourselves! It is when you live for others that you begin to see, that you only have a small part to play in this great game. Our lives are building blocks,it is how we live that determines whether the builder uses us or not. Some blocks the builder refuses because they do not fit ,or are not in line with his house plans. But the blocks he does use are those that will forever be admired and appreciated. For every block that follows will have the blocks that the builder has already used as reference on how to shape itself so as to be part of the Beautiful Temple . No one knows the builder and his plans, but it would be ignorant of us to assume that there is no builder, there is no plan.

“There is so much to live for in this world,we must tell the children the truth"!
