It is designed to show you how to have treats and still live a healthy life, still hit your weight targets.
In the program you will get

This program is designed to show you how to have your cake and eat it too!
I offer a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. In the sessions we work with integrative psychotherapy, which is a short term therapy that takes about 5-15 sessions. It is an integrated approach that combines a number of therapy styles and techniques that allow flexibility and assures you with long term results. In the sessions we focus on your existing inner potentials so that you can find your solutions in yourself. We will combine the therapy with practical coaching to experiment with your new learnt communication skills.
I will provide a 15 minute reading for you, either via video call or messaging, and answer as many questions or concerns you may have. This service does not have a card limit, I will pull as many cards as I need to in order to answer your questions.
Group Hypnosis sessions are guided mediations that focus on breath and relaxation and are intended to heal different parts from building resilience in tough times, coping with change, boosting self confidence, alignment and harmony, smoking cessation, weight management, etc.
