Together we look into your lifestyle and how to support your spiritual, mental and physical health holistically.
From the information gathered from this session we go on to create a personal programme of 2/3/6 months 1:1 wellness coaching.

Join me for a 30-minute guided meditation personalized to your needs and wants. In order to spend the entire 30 minutes meditating, you will need to answer a few questions before your session. After you book the service, you’ll be sent a link to a form with these questions. If you choose not to answer these questions before your session, please note that your session will still be only 30 minutes and your meditation will be shorter to allow me to find out what your needs are and tailor your meditation to those needs.
