A path search course, based on Mindfulness and Coaching.
I decided to build this course in 2017 after a transition process that I did when I left an internationally renowned banking institution to be an independent Mindfulness professional.
This change was made consciously, so I decided to pass on to others the learning I had, so that I could help others find their way.
The course has four phases, first we work on “where am I”, then “where I go”, then on to the most intense phase where the action is “how to get ther”, and finally, “what now?”
What themes / subjects will I introduce in the course:• Reflection and awareness practices (coaching)• Practices of inner encounter, serenity, mindfulness, mental training and spirituality (Mindfulness)• Wheel of Life, Values, Life Purpose, Beliefs, gifts and Talents, Character Strengths, Self Esteem.• Others that may make sense to include.
Session plan:
1st Phase: “Who am I?”1. Analysis of life: dreams and path taken2. Photography of life in all areas3. Reflections on one’s personality and values4. Astrology - Astral Chart5. Life Purpose - IKIGAI
2nd Phase: “Where I am going?”6. Work in one area of life7. Action plan
3rd Phase: “How do I get there?”8. Action & obstacles plan - beliefs and fears9. Action & obstacles plan - productivity10. Action & Forces Plan - Character Forces11. Action & Strengths Plan - Gifts and Talents
4th Phase: “And now?”1. Structure - Mindfulness
The sessions have a duration between 60 to 75 min, and in all of them we will have Mindfulness.
The course follows a movement against the north with much reflection, taking action until reaching awareness of the movements of any change.
The sessions took place in an environment of security, confidentiality, harmony, compassion, respect, commitment and ethics.
Take care,António
You tell me your dream and I can tell you what they means.
Hypnosis is a form of complementary therapy that produces a hypnotic state that allows a person -that can be best described as: ‘being open to suggestion’. Hypnotherapy can bring about the desired changes to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Throughout our waking day we are either open to or rejecting suggestions, so for example when visiting the supermarket there might be an item that stands out because it is on offer. However, this item was not on your list but because the item was at a reduced rate you add it to your supermarket trolley. Therefore, it is thought that we are all in a light state of hypnosis.
But it requires a trained hypnotherapist that can skillfully use positive suggestions to improve and provide change within our lives. Long gone are the days when the hypnotherapist is seen waving a pendulum and controlling people’s minds. The aim of hypnosis therefore, is to relax the clients conscious mind enough to alter the state of consciousness whilst simultaneously stimulating and focusing the subconscious part. When the client is in a heightened state of awareness, the therapist uses skilled relaxation techniques to then implant the relevant suggestions required to make such change. The general consensus is that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, but it is the hypnotherapist that helps the client to facilitate your experience.
Group Hypnosis sessions are guided mediations that focus on breath and relaxation and are intended to heal different parts from building resilience in tough times, coping with change, boosting self confidence, alignment and harmony, smoking cessation, weight management, etc.
