Hello! I help clients reduce stress and wake-up to their lives using mindfulness meditation! I am a fully qualified Mindfulness teacher. I hold a MSc in Mindfulness-Based Interventions (Psychology). I teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses both 1-to-1 and to diverse groups.
