In the same way, when you enter into a discussion with another person, instead of "You are wrong, you are wrong," you should say "I do not agree with this statement."
Put the emphasis on the error and not the person when you are attempting to resolve a situation where someone else made a mistake.
For example, say 'The attachment didn't come through. Please try sending it again' instead of 'You didn't send the attachment.' It may not seem like a big deal, but blaming someone makes them more likely to react defensively or aggressively.

In the morning I have the highest level of energy, I have repeatedly noticed this. Therefore, I try to start my work in the morning when I am alert and full of energy.
Thanks for the advice. I have noticed how productive my day goes when I make a small plan of duties and things that need to be done. In the evening I always feel satisfied, it's a pleasant feeling!
Keep track of when your energy levels are the highest throughout the day.
Decide how you'll make the most of those opportunities by prioritizing key activities while you're feeling energized and productive.

To add to what Robby said, if you're learning something via YouTube videos, pick at least three of them and watch how they do it.
Practice does not make perfect, nor does it make you any better.
It is said that practice makes perfect.
It will be far more difficult to improve if you practice doing something wrong since you will have to unlearn negative habits.
Prior to committing time to practice, be aware of the proper manner to conduct things.

Really working method! There is even a quote on twitter about this, something like "do it silently so that the result exceeds your expectations." It is much more pleasant to talk to friends about the achievements that we are achieving. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
When trying to get into a good habit, such as working out regularly, don't tell other people that you are about to work out or that you plan to workout regularly.
When you tell other people that you are about to work out or plan on working out often, it triggers the release of dopamine in the 'reward center' of our brain. Because of this, it feels as if we have already been rewarded for the action that we were planning to do, such as working out, and we are less motivated to actually complete the action.
By not telling your friends that you are about to workout, the rewarding feeling is postponed till the workout is completed.
