Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and encourages flow and balance in your body, mind and spirit. This approximately 45 min session will also be accompanied by various sound healing modalities to further promote relaxation and healing. You will leave feeling refreshed and more energetically aligned :)
