Hi Lina, this is a Reiki session. Reiki heals psychological trauma but it takes usually more sessions and it depends on what kind of trauma, how long has it been there, has the person worked on it already, how big emotionally charged the trauma is, is the person ready to integrate it? There are many factors. I offer the Reiki energy to a person's Higher self and it can be accepted but refused as well so it's possible to heal someone without him knowing it but it's always better to have his consent.
