I am a spiritual coach, NLP practitioner, psychic medium, LCF Life coach, Earth angel hybrid.
I am a highly sensitive person and an empath myself and I coach and guide other highly sensitive people and empaths to thrive in their lives.
I used to be depressed in my life because I was emotionally abused since I was a child but I found my way through and now I teach and guide others to do the same.

This is an angel healing session with healing energy (reiki) from the angels sent out to you.
We work with Archangel Raphael and other angels and heal and cleanse your chakras and your energies. We can work on parts of your body which need healing .
There is a short reading included at the end of the session for you on the topic of your choice.
We will chat about your situation a bit where you would like this healing to go and then we will do a 30-minute healing session and a 10 minute reading. The reading topic can be love life, your health, your career and finances or a general reading.

Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.

Most people do not have the time or money to schedule a weekly 30-minute reiki session. I offer Reiki by the day. Sign up and go about your life knowing that this reiki master is sending 5 minutes of reiki a day around sunrise or sunset.
