Hi Taysha, no. Kundalini Yoga's doesn't involve many postures that require pressure on the wrists. And if one of those come up,there is always a possible modification to take care of the wrists.

Hi Lorena! I have a bad wrist so I try not to put any pressure on it. Does kundalini yoga involve many poses where I’d have trouble with that?
