Here at Life Guidance Coaching I provide an online coaching service that is mainly aimed at woman but not exclusively who want help and support to transform their life and set new achievable goals in any of these key areas e.g. Relationships Finances or Health. I offer one- to-one coaching sessions that are solution focused and full of individualised tailored methods and techniques such as NLP, Intuitive Listening, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Colour Therapy and Goal Setting, and all are designed especially with the wants and desires of you the client.
\* 2 x 30 minute face to face (online) session Or
\* 1x 30 minute face to face online and
\* 1 x 30 minute phone session
\* 1 x bullet point summery at the end of each session
Homework and Feedback - Individualised and tailored homework and feedback when necessary.
Please note that other individual and group coaching packages can also be arranged with me, if the above ones do not suit your needs. And if you’re still undecided whether I’m the right coach for you or that coaching is for you. Then I also provide by appointment, a free 15 minute telephone clarity/decider call where we get the opportunity to discover whether we are the right fit for each other.
