This clinical therapeutic process combats mental health issues, life challenges and general wellbeing. I use an integrative approach, combining Clinical Solution Focused Psychotherapy, Medical Hypnotherapy, Acceptance-Based Mindfulness, Life Coaching, CBT and NLP, Neuroscientific Therapy, Energy work (Reiki Spiritual Channeling) and Law of Attraction Philosophy.
This combines the traditional Mindfulness based on the work of Dr Jon Kabat Zinn with the integrative solution focused approach of Alchemy Life Therapy.
