A 1:1 Kundalini Yoga session
For beginners or experienced yoga students.
Kundalini Yoga starts with mantra to tune into sacred space, pranayama (breathwork) a kriya (the yoga movements) a meditation usually with mantra chanting and followed by a deep relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga taught correctly is safe and positively transformational.
Excellent for anxiety, stress, mental wellness and spiritual growth.
A distance session is 60-minutes including a 15 call to discuss needs. The session can be done over the phone, over video chat, or at a specified time.
EFT is a mind/body technique with the advantages of accessing the core issues and resolving them in a gentle, quicker and more thorough way. The memory remains but the physical reactions and sensations are "deleted". This technique is effective for addressing stress, anxiousness, trauma, PTSD, phobias, weight issues, relationship issues, excessive emotions, negative and limiting beliefs.
