The Human Design Report will consist of a detailed description of the negative conditioning you are likely to have encountered, your Type - there are 4 different types of human being specified in the Human Design System, the planetary influences, advice, alerts and an accurate description of your unique Life Force and how it moves within you. This session wil help you to understand the system properly based on your own chart.

An Embodiment session is a type of 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 combining talk therapy and body work. ⠀⠀In a session we move past mental identification and into feeling and experiencing the full spectrum of data stored as sensation in the body, which is connected to a certain belief/emotion/thought in order to liberate it from its root.
𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 of this type of coaching may include greater confidence, clarity, motivation, more energetic, reconnection to self and others, deeper pleasure, a better relationship with food and body image, more self-love, and being more magnetic.
