Hello,

My name is Sara and I am a multifaceted spiritual practitioner and author. Additionally I identify as an intuitive life coach, educator, light worker, and advocate. With a Bachelors in social work and a certificate in Shamanistic Theology, I feel confident in my ability to help others navigate seamlessly through life.
My personal struggles with mental illness, stigma, and injustice have provided me with a lens aimed to service those facing the same. I have been on a deep healing and spiritual journey for many years and through trial and error and much research I feel called to share what I have learned.
