Past Life Regression
Overview
I am a licensed hypnotherapist with expertise in past life regression therapy. Past life regression is one of the many forms of hypnotherapy and it is specifically designed to heal the root cause of the problem at hand. Usually, and in most cases, the blockage or the problem or even sometimes the health issue, originates from a previous lifetime that has loose ends. This goes for any kind of problem, even health issue although, i must say it is not a replacement for medical treatment, just an alternative.
If you find yourself stuck, or in a repeating pattern, if you feel that your life could be better, your relationships could be better or simply want to integrate more of yourself in your moment to moment experience, a past life regression will do wonders for you.

Session
during the session, you will be guided by my voice in a state of deep relaxation. it is recommended to cover yourself in a blanket and feel super cosy. We will journey into the Subconscious mind and explore a lifetime where the issue you are dealing with was created. After experiencing the events of that lifetime, we will go through an integration and healing process, you will connect with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides and come back refreshed

I have been a practitioner for a very very long time. Studied yoga at the beginning of my journey and then moved on to mastering the art of tarot, energy healing and hypnotherapy.
I am a certified hypnotherapist and i have also come out of a Sufi esoteric school of energy healing in Türkiye.
Travelling has been a major part of my journey as i came across many cultures and experiences along the way. The most profound learning comes from experience and practice. Getting to know people and connecting at a deeper level is what makes a therapist valuable.

Session
We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. We will then follow guidance from your subconscious mind to carry out 3 or 4 healings depending on the length of time each requires. (A full session can run 6 to 16 discrete healings.) We will close by checking how your numbers have improved compared with the baseline we established earlier.

Shamanic Healing is done distantly or face to face.
In a shamanic i do a list of healings in one session. For me it is like looking at each piece of the puzzle to make sure all the piece are in line and ready to go back into place to make the person whole again. i do a video chat with the person and i get them to tell me what is happening and why they feel they need healing.then i get them to send me a pictue and i work on them for about a week

🌙. I want to help hold a safe space for you to go deep into your truth and your shadow to uncover what it is. This emotional clearing session is like shining a flashlight on your stuck emotions causing negative patterns, self sabotage, or fear of success. As we shine a light we create movement so we can let go of what we don’t want.
🌙. If we don’t process our old emotional wounds, when life throws curves at us, it is like having a wound on our body and throwing salt in it. It stings. Instead of ignoring that comment someone made, it brings us back to the time of the wound in the past even if we don’t realize it. Subconscious emotions are stored in our body and brain where they can bubble to the surface.
🌙. We will identify exactly what stuck emotions are getting in the way of you feeling calm and relaxed using the Emotion Code framework and clear those. We will also do a short guided exercise/meditation where I will send reiki to both your nervous system and any past events that need healing as well.
