In this FOUR WEEKS OF REIKI ONE CLASS you will receive the Usui reiki first dagree attunement, learn how to ground and protect yourself so that you don't take on other people's emotions or illnesses also you will learn the fundamental of Reiki as well as the Reiki history. you will also do extensive work learning about the chakar energy centers in the body ( A hindu term used), of which you can never learn too much of. And lastly you will also lean to self heal yourself. Reiki first dagree is all about self healing. We can not help others if we haven't help ourself. so on this note i would like to advise you on getting the book by PENELOPE QUEST CALLED THE REIKI MANUAL IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THAT IS THE BOOK AND TEACHING MATERIAL I WILL BE USING TO TEACH YOU AND GO OVER SO MUCH that is your complete manual to take you up to teaching level and i would advise you to complete the exercies and home work in each section as well as the practise work i give you SO ALL THAT REMAINS TO BE SAID IS THAT THIS SHOLD BE ENJOYABLE AND FULFILLING AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT VERY MUCH.

Here I offer a one hour full body reiki healing session. I will complete a full reiki session with you distantly,Ten minutes before your session I would like you to be in a relaxing state to receive. Some of the tools I’ll be using are natural stones with healing Properties and essential oils, also A reiki corresponding distance doll A representation of the recipient as a point of contact.

In this session I’ll be doing A chakra opening and cleansing. Due to the fact that the Chakras will be open A cleansing is required to balance. These main seven chakras runs up the center line of the nervous system,up your spine line probably about 2 inches inside your body. They have a front and back and it is as follows first Chakra is the root at the bottom of your spin the foundation of you. This chakra relates to your survival your bills, your house, your job etc. second chakra is the sacral chakra it’s associated with the emotional body, sensuality and Creativity. This chakra forms your deepest connections with sensitivity and passion. The Third chakra is your solar plexus at the bottom of your rib cage. now your fourth chakra your heart chakra, and fifth chakra Throat chakra , the sixth chakra third eye, and lastly the seventh chakra crown chakra. I’ll be using natural healing Stones And a Reiki Corresponded doll to connect with you. everything will be done distantly All I ask is that you get in a relax spot as I begin your chakra opening and cleansing .

Here I offer A full half hour reiki treatment. I will complete A half hour session with you Distantly Ten minutes before your treatment I would like you to be In A relaxing state to receive.
