-Modifications to practice yoga in a class setting.
-Work with a specific condition or injury (anxiety, chronic pain, sleeplessness, lower back challenges, etc.)
-Design home practice sequences.
-Deepen your understanding of particular aspects of yoga (inversions, balances, alignment, breathing, meditation and relaxation).
