My name is Doug and I'm a holistic lifestyle coach. I got started in coaching because of my own struggles with severe anxiety and panic disorder. After many years of conventional therapy, counseling, and medication I found underwhelming results. Because of this, I decided to take my health into my own hands. I've now been a holistic lifestyle coach certified through the Chek Institute since 2021.
