Chris Deavin
About Chris Deavin Let me start by saying I believe I can help anyone improve their health. I have coached many different people over the last 20 years and experienced every type of challenge and difficulty that a client can face. Has every client succeeded? No. But a high number have. The most common trait in the clients who have succeeded is their ability to consistently implement the actions and behaviours they needed to follow. That is it. No secret superpower. No secret recipe. No tricks or gimmicks. Just old-fashioned compliance and perseverance. If you don’t believe me, just ask any successful person how they became successful. It will be the same answer. What you must do to become and stay healthy is simple. Only eat natural foods (foods in their natural state), perform challenging exercise daily, get 7-8 hours of sleep every night, not become chronically stressed and have a supportive and loving social circle. The hard bit is consistently implementing these actions. If you are someone who is highly consistent and performs the above actions without fail, then I am not the coach for you. But I am guessing if you have read this far down, then you are someone who hasn’t achieved the health you want and needs help, advice and support in doing so. And that’s ok. You are the same as 99% of people. If you are someone who struggles to consistently do what you say you are going to do over the long term, then I can first coach you on what it takes to become the 1% and then provide you with the support, accountability and plan on how to become someone who identifies as a physically and mentally healthy person for the rest of your life. And stop identifying as someone who gets healthy for a short while and then reverts back to their old self. The longer you leave it, the harder it will be to build that new identity. You have to make the decision now on who you want to be identified as. Someone who does what they say they will do and sticks to it, or someone who finds a reason why it didn’t work, can’t change and gives up. Someone who sees themselves as a healthy, fit and strong person physically and mentally, or someone who struggles with their health, experiences discomfort daily and will age quickly. It comes down to choice. You can choose the person that people identify as healthy and strong. Or not. How do you want the world to see you?
