✨ Our body is comprised of energy vibrating at different speeds. Our physical body, our thoughts, emotions, and our spiritual center, all vibrate at a particular frequency or speed. Reiki is a form of alternative energy healing, which taps in to the Universal Life Force Energy, and can be done across time and space. It comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). We use Reiki by setting a clear intention to support the movement of stagnant energy, which can over time cause emotional and physical burdens. Since it improves the flow of energy, after receiving Reiki healing you will feel energetically lighter, have increased mental clarity and be generally more relaxed.
