Hi. Could you please tell me, how can I prepare for a session? How many sessions are necessary to start noticing the results? Thanks.

Life Coaching Services
In my life coaching sessions, no matter what the nature of presenting problem or unwanted life-situation might be, through my guidance with strategic Q &A, guided brainstorming and analysis, and other targeted interventions , client develops a broader and more accurate perspective of the presented situation, identifies more possibilities, and chooses best possible solution or course of actions, to meet the set goal and enhancing his or her life quality. Also, during this process and gradually, the client becomes more insightful and skillful in areas such as: awareness toward self and others and life in general, recognition and control of own patterns of thinking, perceiving, emotions and behavior, as well as the practice of focused analysis and objective decision-making.
While the usual number of necessary sessions lies in the range of 8-12, each session by itself would be at some level beneficial to client.
