Hello, my name is Lara and I’m a certified life coach. I hold 1:1 and group sessions in English and Italian.

I work with mindset and manifestation to help you remove all the limiting beliefs and negative conditioning that might be holding you back from realizing your dreams.

I use tools such as creative visualization, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro linguistic programming, and breathing and meditation techniques.

Personally, I have overcome countless difficulties in my life, and I can help you do the same.

I am also a filmmaker and entrepreneur so I can assist you if you are facing problems at work with your colleagues or with your own business, or if you are a creative person and you are feeling stuck or unfulfilled.

I can suggest simple tools and processes that you can use in your own time, as well as books and resources that can help you move forward.

Whatever your goal is, whatever it is that you really want, I will create a safe space for you - nothing is off limits and there is no judgement here. We will focus on removing the blocks and creating solutions together.
