Starting solids is a fun and an exciting time for parents! This milestone can also bring a lot of questions, concerns, and anxiety. Karyn Sunohara is a Registered Dietitian, Chef and Auntie to 8 little loves. This course will guide you through each topic below, detailing the most current evidence and best practice.
