I apply an integrated approach to career counselling, meaning that I combine different but complementary counselling methods that have been taken from different models of therapy. Here is an overview of some of the topics that may be covered, depending on where you are on your career path. Each session is tailored to the individual's needs. Most clients see me 2-4 times, sometimes more, depending on the level of support they are seeking. My clients are always in charge of the number of sessions. I have been a career coach since 2000 and I currently charge $165 for 50 minutes.
The first session is an intake session which includes paperwork you will fill out before our session about your career. We will discuss your paperwork and work on a strategy for the following session which includes homework.
