WHAT IS THE OPTIMUM NUMBER OF SESSIONS?
The traditional number of sessions is four. This tends to give you enough time to evaluate the benefits, if any, you are receiving.

This degree takes you deeper into the wonderful world of Reiki. There is one further attunement to connect you to the 2nd degree energy and to the power of the symbols used in this level. These symbols, intensify the power of Reiki, enabling you to practice healing on others, including animals and plants. They also give you the gift of being able to heal those who are not present (distant healing) and healing on the emotional/mental level.
As well as learning the symbols, you will learn several methods of distant healing, all about the healing response, further Japanese Reiki techniques, symbology, scanning, hands positions for treating others and the various ways of applying Reiki, amongst many other topics.
In your comprehensive manual you will find information the use of crystals in Reiki and homoeopathic first aid. You will also be taught about the practicalities of setting up a professional practice. After the course you will be encouraged to present three cases to show that you have developed a deep understanding of the Reiki process and of working with others. If you wish to actively use Reiki in the lives of others or simply deepen your ability for self healing, then this course is for you.

I totally get it. I used to identify as a clinical mental health clinician and I have all the right qualifications to go with it. I am Harvard trained, I have worked at Massachusetts General Hospital. I have trained at Bessel van der Kolk's Trauma Center, but I became frustrated with how few results I was seeing in my patients.
So in 2021, I left my job and went on a sabbatical with the goal of findiing the healing modalities that would essentially work me out of a job, with everlasting results. Throughout that year, I pilgrimaged to many sacred sites and learned Quantum Alchemy, plant medicine, and soul healing/shamanism.
I am now ready to start offering my own healing offerings that work at the heart, mind, body and soul level to ensure that trauma is released and transmuted for everlasting results.

It’s a very individual process that is created intuitively and specifically for each person during the series of sessions.
We start with a conversation about the things you’d like to heal or move forward where I will truly listen to what you tell me. Then I use my insight, sometimes card readings or other tools to recognise and touch the root of the issue.
Then I dig into my 20 years practice of self healing, shamanism, witchery, ritual dance and voice use and soul searching to find the best tools for you to bring your own self healing energy and conscious focus to the area of your soul that we are working with. I will also share with you my own method of working with your own shadow to heal yourself and approach any life difficulties in a future.
Those meetings will be a soul journey for both you and me, while I will be helping and guiding - you will be doing the work and discovering new lands of your soul. It might be challenging and not always easy but will be definitely deeply rewarding.
The results might be varied - from healing of your body, your mind and soul, big changes in your general mood and life approach, to changes in life circumstances, relationships and occurrence of unexpected life events.
I work with you in a holistic way and big part of the journey is to change perspective on the events in your life, to discover that all the struggles mental and physical but also life events and any other problems are connected to each other and are coming to your life to teach you something very important. Level 1 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Energy Healing Attunement
If you would like to become attuned to be able to heal yourself and others and eventually go on to attune others to Reiki, you can do that here. Each level needs to be taken consecutively and it is advised that at least a 6 month gap is taken between levels in order for you to integrate and develop your sensitivity to the energy and get used to working both on yourself and others.
The following attunements are available:
Level 1 Course (currently selected) (allows the student to practice hands on Reiki on themselves and others)
Level 2 Course (allows the student to practice long distance Reiki)
Level 3 Master Teacher Course (allows the student to become a master and attune others)
During each attunement I will open and expand the main energy channels of the student's body, allowing universal energy (Qi/Chi/Ki) to flow more freely. This can clear blockages in the body and lead to energy changes in the student. Attunements can be catalysts for spiritual self development. They can help you to become more sensitive to energy, more intuitive and more aware of your own energy centres (chakras). Once an attunement has been carried out it is permanent.
Once booked, you will be emailed a manual and some information regarding preparation for your attunement. You will also be asked to provide a photo of the certificates for each level you have already been attuned to if applicable.
Please ensure you book a date that is at least 2 weeks away on the booking calendar. This is to give you enough time to read through the manual.
On the day of your session we will carry out meditations, techniques and transmisions to prepare your energy system and balance the energy centres before you receive the attunement. The session will be 2 hours.
Once you have been attuned to Reiki, it is important that in the first few following weeks you give Reiki as much as possible to yourself and others in order to help the energy flow smoothly through the new channels in your body's energy system. Your commitment will strengthen your sensitivity.
You will receive the energy of Reconnective Healing. If you have a specific issue that you want me to work on I can focus on that. But the energy will go where it is needed most and can continue to work a few days after the session. Since the body does most of its healing during sleep. Pay close attention to how you feel after waking up the morning after a session.
One Remote Energy Healing Session.
Session includes releasing as many emotions as your body allows at time of session.
We are all energetic beings. When energy and emotions are not processed or cleared they build up in our energetic fields and create blockages. Over time these blockages continue to accumulate, which leads to disease and problems in the physical body. Through clearing this stagnant energy, physical aliments and diseases can be treated and cured. I will clear you energy and channel divine healing energy into your vessel for your highest good.
I am merely the vessel that divine healing energy comes through into this realm. My hands are guided by Spirit to transmit this energy into different areas into your body and energetic field. Clients often comment on feeling warmth or heat when the energy enters their space. During your session I will clear the energy in your aura, channel divine healing energy, and add a layer of energetic protection to your aura.
To accomplish this I use a combination of energy healing techniques learned from the three healers I have studied under. I have spent more than three months studying with traditional Balinese healers, in particular Ibu Jero, whom I apprenticed with.
In a time like this, being free from negative energy, overwhelming emotions, and destructive thought patterns is priceless. The first step to getting better is to receive energy healing so your body and soul can begin the process of healing permanently and naturally.
Reiki is an energy healing practice that uses universal source energy to inspire the natural healing of the body, mind, and soul. Reiki healing will balance your energies on a non-physical level and encourage natural holistic healing.
It can help harmful mental patterns, get you through a rough patch, let difficulties go, and strengthen your mind. Physically, Reiki can soothe aches and pains, help you feel lighter and centered, and help manage ongoing illnesses. On an emotional level, it will help you release emotions, remove harmful chords, reprogram the subconscious mind, reduce anxiety and depression, and balance your logic and emotions. On a spiritual level, it will help you meditate better, assist your chakra balancing, and help you experience more intention in your life.
What to expect: For your session, there will be a call where we will discuss your intentions, specific issues you want to address, what you would you like to release, and what you would like to bring in your life. Then the healing session will be a full 30 minutes. After the session I will tell you how it went and the recommendations I have to continue your healing work. Block out around 45 minutes for the session in completion.
This session will be a distance healing session. You will be in your own home, laying comfortably and I will be channeling your healing from my home. I will channel Reiki energy across time and space to naturally balance and heal your body and spirit. Healing like this is possible because Ki, universal source energy, is outside the realm of distance or time.
Because Reiki is a natural healing process, things will not completely change or disappear overnight. For best results, you should have Reiki healing sessions either once a week or once a month on a regular basis.
Everyone’s experience with Reiki is different. Some people feel the healing as it is happening, and some do not. Either way, you can rest assured that every session completed will be successful. :-)
Things to keep in mind:
During the session, you should sit and meditate or be in a still relaxed position. If you cannot do so, that is ok and the session will work just as well.

Tuning Fork Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful modality to treat the body and mind and restore inner balance and health. It works with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits.
A Tibetan singing bowl is a type of bell that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls, Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation practice.
This is a virtual, distance session where a combination of methods are combined to help induce the relaxation response and puts the body in the best condition for healing. It works because it connects the Universal Life Force Energy with the body's innate powers of healing.
