In the first session, a 90 minute intake, we look into your story, history, desires, needs and abilities, Ayurveda reveals the underlying patterns causing imbalance. Together we’ll create a simple and specific practice suited to you. Each following week, a 45 minute session, honing into what has surfaced, what has shifted, what needed to move forward, we adapt the practice. I’m so sorry- I didn’t see your comment earlier. Please forgive me.

Yes anxiety, brainfog and general restlessness are my expertise. I myself have struggled with them in the past, so I also know from experience what it’s like and the many factors that contribute to this.
