When we feel "things are not ok" then worry arises. So often in life, we hold onto this feeling of worry as a way of protecting ourselves.
But actually, in doing so we are only poisoning ourselves. Worry degrades confidence in ourselves and life/God/universe. Instead of worry, we can let go and let things be as they are - however they are. With deep acceptance, we can flow with life and find it much easier to adapt to change.
So actually, in letting go of worry and fearful anticipation, we are more ready for life than ever before. Holding onto worry clouds our mind and makes it difficult to function with grace and wisdom.
Let's dissolve worry together here.
