In Ancient Indian philosophy, your breath is the bridge between your mind and body. In this session we practice deep conscious breathing meditation while expanding self awareness. By becoming more aware of our breathing and our inner energy flow, help our body and mind with its natural healing process rather than working against it.

Viyan Pishro received her certification diploma in hypnotherapy at Hypnosis Motivation Institute. She also has specialty certification in Past life Regression, EFT, and Therapeutic Guided Imagery. Her interests have included work with children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQ2. Viyan uses a broad range of modalities in the hypnotherapy and energy healing modalities and life-coach counseling work.
