I offer standard consultations with follow-up appointments for those of you who prefer to work through the plan on your own. Our inner ability to change our lives knows no bounds, so start your healing journey today!
Please contact me through the booking system to arrange an initial consultation, prior to which I will ask you to complete a food diary and a detailed health questionnaire. The consultation lasts from 60-90 minutes, during which we'll discuss your health issues in detail, and I'll talk to you about the recommendations I feel would be best for you to start with. These include not only nutrition recommendations but also genergal lifestyle suggestions as well. Nutrition is amazing, but it works much better withing a holistic approach.
Following your consultation I will send you a personal support plan that will have a number of key things for you to start working on, as well as education handouts, recipe ideas and supplement recommendations that will have been discussed beforehand.
Follow-up appointments are usually best around 6 weeks after the initial consultation. We'll discuss your progress and I'll update your support plan with additional recommendations. Of course, for some conditions one follow up may not be enough, but it will at least get you a good way down the road to changing your health! If you feel you need more support, particularly at the start, then please do think about the 3 Month Coaching that I do - this can be really beneficial for people with complex health problems and for those that know they need that daily support to keep on track!
Nutritional Therapy is beneficial for all conditions, or simply for cleaning up your diet - but I've put a few examples below to give an idea:
Gut Health: e.g. IBS, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, food intolerances
Autoimmune conditions: e.g. MS, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia
Hormone health: e.g. menopause, PMS, fertility issues, endometriosis, prostate health
Skin health: e.g. eczema, acne, psoriasis, rosacea
Neurological health: e.g. Headaches/migraines, Parkinson’s, Bell’s Palsy, vertigo
Energy levels & adrenal function/stress management
Mental health: anxiety, depression, generally feeling a bit below par
Cardiovascular health: Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol
Weight Management and Binge Eating
Gentle Liver Detox & General MOT!
Hi there, I love nutrition! It’s my passion. I believe the role of food goes far beyond providing us with nutrients to maintain a healthy body. Humans are energetic beings, and the foods we eat also hold frequencies that support or deplete us. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition, London, and work with a wide range of health conditions - nutrition is something that will benefit all!
