EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is also know as EFT tapping. It is a mind-body approach which helps us to improve our physical, emotional and mental well-being. By releasing old patterns, beliefs, and emotions it allows us to experience long-lasting personal transformation.
EFT tapping is a way to take the emotional charge off our memories and experiences. Changing the past is impossible. But we can release the emotions and disruptions in our mind-body system that are connected to past stressful and negative experiences.
As a result, we feel more free and empowered. We are able to look at our past in a more neutral way and can create a life independent from our so called negative stories of the past.
EFT belongs to the field of energy psychology (also known as cognitive somatic practices). It is a gentle, yet powerful approach to regulate our nervous system and our emotions. It releases stuck energy, reduces our overall stress level and releases conscious and unconscious blocks from our mind-body system.
It is a highly effective tool to treat anxieties, fears, trauma and more: a mindful and gentle approach to transform any issues blocking you from creating inner balance and peace.
