That is depending on you and how long you meditate for 15 minutes to 30 minutes the benifits differ and if you do 1 to 2 hours you surly reap quicker benifits the mind is like a muscle and meditation is the minds and spirit's form of exercise id start of with 15 minutes and as you progress you should move to 25 or 30

Yes infact on a physiological and psychological level its been scientifically proven to reduce stress alleviate anxeity in the short term and in the long term completely rid you of it. All awhile improving focus happiness and over all health when included with moderate exercise the benifits are endless

Usually 1 its a scientific method created by wim hof that uses hyperventilation for 30 count then hold your breath for 1 min doing this 3 × then we will go into a body scan meditation allowing relaxation if advance will go into either single point or a mantra meditation
