I can help you learn how to make choices that create an effective, balanced, and fulfilling life. Together we will focus on your strengths (not weaknesses) all while creating a neutral safe space where you can feel comfortable and supported.

Learning to Trust in your inner self creates a sense of self confidence that nature's wisdom supports you, allowing you to quickly release low vibrational energies (sadness, anger, fear, jealousy) are just a few that are keeping you from moving forward and living the life you deserve. Learning to tune into your awareness of your thoughts is like having the lights on while you think – you will still have the same thoughts, but with a continuous awareness of them, You are not totally owned by them because you can see them for what they are - You have more perspective, your thoughts come and go -They’re just thoughts. By repeatedly focusing on the breath, and noticing when our mind wanders, you naturally start to develop awareness of where your mind is and where it’s going. The more you practice, the more you become familiar with being aware of your thoughts, and with self discipline and determination, one day you notice it becomes second nature.

Of course , life will still happen, and things will still distract us, but when we are empowered with the knowledge and understand how to be aware of where our thoughts are, we’re more in balance with our body, mind, and soul , and in turn we feel less dis-ease.

Even in times of distress, it is possible to find your way to self-love, self-trust, and opening up to your own intuition.

My life purpose is to live authentically, passionately and lovingly all while using my gifts and talents in the service of others.

I help to show you ‘ITS OK’ to slow down. In fact it's necessary to slow down in order to be mindful .
