Hypnosis has a 93% success rate with a licensed professional such as myself. One session is good enough to last forever for most people, but occasionally will need a follow up session. Each session focuses on one change that will make the biggest impact for you. So, sometimes I do multiple sessions for multiple changes with one person.

It is safe and can help with fears, anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, stress, post-trauma anxiety, grief, and habits. Hypnosis might not be appropriate for a person who has psychotic symptoms, such as hallucinations and delusions. Can this session be safe for people with depression? I am not sure if it is considered to be serious mental illness...
