What is Courage

*Courage (From Latin word cor meaning heart): Original definition when it first came into the English language was to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart. *

To be ourselves is probably one of the hardest things we can do. We have a fear of judgement that forms the underlay of our existence and seems to have a great deal of power.

We think about what other people will say about us. We worry if they will approve or if they will accept us. We slowly start to forget ourselves. We slowly start to forget our story. We are the directors and the actors of our own stories. We should remember that.

Amazing that the story of essence can only ever be told by yourself because your vibrations emanating from your mouth synchronizes with your story and creates a harmonious flow that is felt by those around you and understood by every fibre in your being.

I think it is also understood by the people that we interact with. They feel and resonate with people who have the courage to share from the heart and not from the mind and ego all the time. All of these are necessary of course, but most of the time we are afraid to open ourselves to the judgments of other people.

So take a minute, breathe deep, let go of judgement and start opening up your story and share it!

For the Abused, Betrayed and the Fallen

Futile faith that someday this dirt will wash away.
Wishing, hoping that just maybe today will be the day.

The day that the winds of change blow us to peace and joy,
unfortunately the objective of this feeling is to destroy.

Destroy the well-being of our inner sanctum, our essence and life,
we fight against this merciless enemy manifesting this superpower called strife.

Breath by suffocating breath, we fade into the darkness closing in,
no light in sight we succumb to the helplessness that this memory brings.

We ask it to go away, leave us alone, don’t bother us in any way.
This fruitless effort makes the feeling seem stronger and from the bliss path, lead us astray.

Defeated, pulverized, no energy left,
who can assist, who can justify this theft?

This theft of a part of us that was pure and true.
This part of us that was strong, vibrant and knew exactly what to do.

This essence now seems lost.
How will we find it again and what will be the cost?

We start with our thoughts and take back those that were stolen,
we are still here, so that means that we were not completely broken.

We are still breathing, thinking, moving human beings,
our pro-life attitude will evaporate all those negative feelings.

When this dark power comes back and wants to let our spark die,
we will face it with wisdom, knowledge and grace, so that we can strengthen our “claiming our power” phase.

We will greet this feeling with gracious gratitude and then let it be,
for the part of us that cannot ever be touched by anything that exists in humanity, will bless us eternally.

So, for now let this feeling be there, making sure you just observe it without a care.

When awakening sets in and all of your parts start to converge,
you will again start to find yourself and let the beautiful part of you emerge.

Running from our senses

When we meditate, pray or even just ponder deeply, do we try and disconnect from our senses to reach a part of us that lies hidden from them?

After reading a very interesting book called Siddharta, written by Hermann Hesse, it made sense that we should incorporate our senses as allies and not try and silence them as troublemakers.

I resonated deeply with the main character in the book with the same name as the book title.

Basically, he comes to the conclusion that we should live every moment in this world and stop seeing it as an illusion or an obstacle to spiritual growth. It is giving us spiritual growth at every single moment.

Through controlling the senses and walking in silence, we can observe every moment as divine! This is not an easy task but glimpsing at the magnificence in each moment, feeling the awareness that arises from being totally present with all our senses and emotions intact, makes achieving this state of mind, very worthwhile.

Allowing the presence of our Universal source to enter through our senses and then letting the eternal love that flows from the internal part of us connect to eternity and engage with this outer reality, is indescribable! There are so many beings that wanted to spread this message through various teachings, only one word comes to mind when I read through their works, Namaste!

May we all strive to walk along these truths. As the great teacher Kahlil Gibran said: Say not, ‘I have found the truth’ – rather say, ‘I found a truth’

Can I betray another to be true to Myself?

If I had to choose between intellectual knowledge and felt wisdom, I would choose the latter.

This dawned on me a short time ago and I was wondering where I have forsaken wisdom because I was being true to others. The only thing that comes to mind is religion.

I have always felt that something was missing in religion, especially the one that I was brought up in. Christianity. Standing in the awe of the eternal, never-ending presence that I am a part of, I cannot now or ever believe again that God had just one son. If that is true, then I know of mere mortal men that have more power than God:)

My beliefs morphed into something amazing with all the teachers that have crossed my path. There will be many more, I am sure, but the ones that influenced me, I am truly grateful for.

My new belief does not require that I have to defend it or force it down on others, nor does it mean that I have to judge other beliefs and criticize them for not accepting mine. Instead of becoming the fish in the water, going with the school, following the flow of the water, I have become the rock at the bottom, firm in its place and experiencing the water flowing all around and through it.

Through this observation a new lesson has entered, the rock and the fish and the water, are all one. What a nice feeling and what a freedom that underlies our very existence.

May I learn to love and resonate love out to this world, so that others can experience the timelessness and unity of this river of life.

Letting go - A story of Death...

The hairy male baboon’s eyes darted around the area, looking for threats. He knew this was a dangerous place and his life could end immediately. Exposed in the open like he was, was never a good shield against predators. He just could not help himself…

He cautiously approached the dead, dried-out thorn tree and sniffed around the bark. He was definitely smelling something he needed. The growl of his stomach confirmed the smell. It was food, the type that he just could not resist. These were man-made treats, and he knew it.

Whether or not it was bad for him, he could not tell, he just had to get his hairy hands on them. Frantically moving around the weathered bark, he suddenly stopped. He found the hole. This hole was his way to the lovely meal that was waiting for him. The hole was not very big, but with funneled fingers he could just barely scrape his hand through. He looked around attentively while his arm, all the way up to his elbow, was supporting his scratching hand to find what it was he was looking for. He grabbed a fist full of the tasty treats and quickly started moving away from the tree. With a violent jerk he slammed into the tree and recoiled a little.

His fist could not fit back through the hole. Panic set in and he jumped up and down as if he was standing on a burning surface. He let out a high pitched gurgling scream that echoed over the grasslands. He pulled back and forth so many times in short succession, that his flesh was starting to rub off onto the sides of the hole. He repeated his terrified screams three times when he suddenly fell silent.

Something was wrong…

It was at that exact moment that the leopard pounced. With precision, the leopard sank its canines into the throat of the contorting baboon. The powerful leopard waited patiently as the baboon was still trying hard to escape. Even as the blood started mixing with the dry sand surrounding the grayish bark, draining the life out of the baboon, it still struggled for its last hope of freedom.

As the last ember of life extinguished from the baboon’s eyes, his hand went slack. The lifeless hand slipped comfortably out of the hole that kept it imprisoned. The leopard walked away with its prize, dragging the lifeless form of the baboon effortlessly into the bush…

What do you hold onto that you should just let go?

I think there are a lot of things that come across our path that has the ability to entice us and when we get trapped by them, we are sometimes so overwhelmed that we cannot let go. We literally get stuck, even if we know that this negative emotion, drug, toxic relationship or any venomous circumstance, person or thing, can kill us.

Letting go can sometimes be scary, but as is clear within this story, it more often than not, is a necessity. It becomes almost impossible to let go if we are in a state of fear.

May you break through fear to let go of that which you need to.

Living your truth, is there such a thing?

“In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest where no-one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art.”

This quote by Rumi, a Sufi mystic and poet, perfectly depicts the power of poignant words. I think that those of us who are still breathing life force, will have felt something similar in our lives. But how do we express it?

Not everyone can play with words the way that great poets do. Words are not necessary, even the understanding from the most common words turned into action, will suffice. We all see people who express themselves every day, but are we ready to listen?

When we practice sincere listening, we are not necessarily doing it for the sake of others, but for the sake of our own soul, so that we may be able to listen to our higher selves with sincerity. In these moments of clarity, we can also experience this light that teaches us love. When this Divine dance embraces us, we do not need the music of other people to make us move.

We move independently from the fears and judgements of others and in so doing, move independently from our own. To be ourselves is the most difficult thing to do, because we were not taught how to listen to who we really are. May we find the courage to break through to the core of our own being. We are not all the same, but essentially, we are one…

When more of us open to the enigmatic purity of our inner beings, we will naturally raise the awareness of the rest of planet earth. There is just one catch, it is useless if it is not shared!

Imagine chocolate was never shared and kept a secret! Even sweeter than chocolate is the warm embrace of the unfathomable peace.

Live your truth and share its fruits…

Strangers that walk among us, also known as children.

“Your children are not your children” – Kahlil Gibran

This sentence means so many different things to me but the one pertinent question that I pondered over, the one thing that led me to so many interesting facts and that also made me realize that we are all a little crazy, starts with this idea – If we are not the children of our parents, who are we?

I have realized that we are all children playing in an unending eternity, weaving our way through time and clinging to this life as if it is the only thing that counts. Always adding to our puzzle as we interact with other pieces to complete our picture. This awakening can bring peace and stability, but can also lead to confusion and frustration if we get lost in the myriads of paths in life. If this realization can be so heavy to carry for adults who seek truth after truth, because we have to face the fact that there are many, then how much heavier is it for our children and how do we explain these concepts that would make sense in their frame of reference?

The key here is to use their frame of reference. If identical twins do not share the same fingerprints, then it stands to reason that everyone of us is highly individualized. The abundance of this planet clearly demonstrates that variety is the fabric that holds this reality together.

When dealing with children, then we are assured of one thing, they are definitely strangers, even if you think they are your own. Have you noticed that the days of just telling children what to do are gone? You have to reason with them. They need the information as to why they have to do what they do.

This new generation will teach us all a lot and if we just open up our hearts and minds and walk with them in their world to bring them to their truth, we will catch the overflow of acceptance that can result from allowing our children to walk among us as strangers.

Here is a reminder of what you really are...

Diving into the desolate depths of despair without a care is what the world seems to think of as wreaking wasteful havoc when we can choose not to.

How will we appreciate the warmth if we have never experienced the cold or the light if we have never experienced the darkness.

So, to the ones who have ventured through hell and back and are still standing, gratefully greet yourself with grace. You are not your experiences, failures, successes or even your pain.

You are the ones that tasted life’s bitterness and can still put a sugary smile on your face. How much more of an understanding human being does that make you?

The timid souls that like to lay themselves down in the lukewarm water of wasted ignorance can never gain understanding that way.

Welcome your pain with pensiveness and seal your suffering with serenity so that you know and awaken the part of you that was just forgotten, never lost. Look eternity directly in the eyes and acknowledge your partnership to promote perfect peace.

May your eternal spark ignite and engulf your whole being with gratitude.

What is Failure?

“The only failure in life is not to be true to the best one knows”

This statement is as profound as it is confusing. Like any good investigator we will have to ask certain questions to find what it is we are looking for. Let us attempt to analyse this statement using a few basic questions.

What is this “failure” that this statement is referring to? To understand something we need to look at its purpose. What is the purpose of failure? Who knows?

People have different viewpoints when it comes to failure. Some people can fail a test and not be bothered, others will want to commit suicide if they do not pass it. Some people will see failure as a challenge to better themselves and others will use it as an excuse to give up on a certain path. People may view themselves as a failure if they cannot make money while others will see themselves as a failure if they cannot let go of material things. Nobody can really define failure, that means that nobody can really define the opposite of failure either.

Success must also then be a point of view. So, now that we understand that this “failure” and “success” thing is really only a point of view…

What point of view is this statement trying to bring across to us? To be true to the best one knows, seems to be so vague, but it is so simple. We all have a right to be here and that means we all have some or other purpose on this planet. Even if we do not find it, it does not matter.

We need to be true to the best we know. How do we know what that is? There are many different ways that people are teaching other people to find stillness and travel within themselves. This means what? It means that we need to explore our own internal universe with all the facets pertaining to a universe. What? That sounds crazy!!!

Yup, it does, but nonetheless, we have a universe inside of each and every single one of us, that is connected to the universe on the outside of us. Only by exploring our own universal nature can we be true to that part of us that knows best. If your heart speaks to you through your stillness and this heart of yours convey a truth that you cannot deny, then listen to it the best you can and be true to that. That is the best that any of us can know. See “failures” and “successes” for the viewpoints that they are and embrace both of them with a graceful indifference.

May we all be true to the best that we know!

Dark Side of Hypnosis

I asked her if she had ever experienced hypnosis before. She said it made her feel uncomfortable. I asked her why it made her feel uncomfortable and she explained what the ‘therapist’ told her:

“He told me to take off my top and cover myself with a towel before lying down on a massage bed. He proceeded to massage me, he said that this will help induce a deeper state of trance. It made me feel very uncomfortable”

There it was right there, the dark side of our industry. Taking advantage of the uninformed…

Now, some would argue that she could have said no and that she is a grown woman who should know better, but who really knows better when it comes to a hypnotherapy session? Definitely not the first time client who may already be a bit apprehensive toward the use of hypnosis. It think it can be analogous to a child killing someone with a gun because the child did not have any info on how a gun works and what it actually can do. To say that the child should have known better, is ludicrous. From what I could gather from the info she provided, it seems like this ‘therapist’ gained her trust in the first session and then this incident took place in the second session. Of course the third never happened. From the stories I have heard from leaders in the field, this is not uncommon abuse of an authoritative figure’s power. It happens in the industry. This occurrence does not just stain the Hypnotherapeutic world, but across all disciplines we will find those with less than good intentions. It is important to acknowledge this without judgement.

Hypnosis works! There are many studies that one can Google that sides with the use of hypnosis. There are also many that says hypnosis is ineffective and one study even claims that hypnosis does not exist. If you are reading this then I have enough faith that you have sufficient computer literacy skills to search for these studies yourself. Hypnosis does not work for everyone. Neither is hypnosis the magical epitome of a therapeutic process. It requires a bigger understanding of life and the interaction of life to apply tools.

Hypnosis is no different.

There seems to be a misconception that, because we are in a therapeutic modality, it means that only this therapeutic modality is valid. It is a necessity for anyone who uses hypnosis as a therapeutic tool, to be absolutely 100% committed to their craft. This does not mean that we should negate or even belittle other therapists and their methods. The ego can be a tricky companion to have and makes a terrible master, but we need this ego to promote ourselves and our belief in hypnosis. Without our absolute conviction in what we do, we are already planting a seed of doubt in the ability or our amazing tool to grow and flourish amongst the thousands of people who need it.

So what do we say to ‘therapists’ who abuse their position? Do we give them the cold shoulder? Do we name and shame them?

Do we go on a vendetta against all who may bring the modality into disrepute?

No, we inform the public and hone our skills to perfection. We apply these skills with empathy and professionalism. These ingredients should negate the dark side of the industry and eventually give very little breathing space to those that would think to use their skills for ominous purposes.

Are we really loved without judgment?

“The Comforter will not enforce change onto me, if I have not decided on such change, due to the Comforter’s unconditional Love and respect for my choice of being” – Marcel Lottering

Free will. We have heard it before, we may have glimpsed at it from a distance or we may have experienced it first hand. Does it exist? Do we have it? When we look at the fleshy cage that surrounds our true being, it seems that we are really trapped by these bones, muscles, ligaments and skin. Who has not had an injury or illness that prohibited freedom of movement, let alone will?

I read the quote above from my uncle which was a part of a reply to a post on Facebook and it was put so perfectly that I did not want to change a thing. Can we accept the fact that we are loved no matter what we do or who we do it to? Can the unconditional love that flows through this creation really encapsulate the murderers, rapists, animal abusers, molesters, thieves, betrayers and everyone else that society deems ‘evil’?

We can if we take a close look at the statement above. If a thief wants to steal and keeps on pursuing the path of a thief, then there will always be plenty of things to steal. The same for the rest, as controversial as it may sound, there will always be another animal to abuse, another person to rape or murder. No matter how far back we go or which culture we look at, these things do happen.

We unfortunately get so stuck in our aversion to these that we fill our minds with it and let the emotional attachment become like superglue when we hear or see these things. This aversion makes us forget the flip side of this dual reality. If there is a person who only chooses the path of peace, goodwill, compassion and love, then what is the point if there is no one to share it with? Who will read the books, blogs, messages and watch the motivational videos when all of us are walking in the light?

I believe that if every being on this planet really opened themselves to introspection, eliminating the thoughts generated by the ego and found our truest selves in the depths of our being, then we would realize that the choices we make, whether labelled as ‘bad’ or ‘good’, has the backing of the Creator that creates through us. Just like the left and right leg has to move independently to make us go where we want to get to, so we have to move unattached between our light and dark selves to get to the place that we yearn to be.

May we all take these unconditional steps.

Angry Lately?

“To be wronged is nothing unless you choose to remember it”

– Confucius

We all experience anger, some people might have a fleeting sensation and then it is gone, others can carry it with them for a lifetime.

So, why do we get angry?

The best explanation and one that makes sense to me is: we get angry because someone else is not moving around on this planet according to our value system.

Makes sense…

Whenever we feel anger, it is because some person or situation does not resonate with our belief system. If there are those of us that value life more than anything and along comes somebody with no respect for it, and kills something, we get angry. If someone challenges our beliefs and pushes our boundaries, then we feel like we could annihilate them. What would happen if we detached ourselves from this type of situation by saying, this body is experiencing anger? What would happen then?

Is it possible to see anger as a sort of teacher? Can the person (who we perceived as causing the anger) be a teacher in some way?

Not as easy as it sounds, but possible. The biggest challenge lies with those we love, strangely enough. We expect them to know and understand our boundaries immediately and of course always support our belief system, right?

Only in a fantastical illusion!

Everyone that passes by us on every occasion lives in this duality, and being a part of it, they must have both positive and negative traits. The people close to us are no exception.

How many of us are willing to face our anger and have a discussion with it? Surely if we have to learn something from it, we need to communicate with it?

This can be a very rewarding experience if we find the time to play with it. Some will say that these are just silly fantasy games and that our imagination cannot possibly do that. Without the imagination of people with a vision, I would not be able to type this and you would not be able to read it…simple as that.

Top sports people use visualization for increasing focus and performance, business people need it to apply it to their vision, children are experts at it and people have used it to heal!

So, why can we not use it with our emotions and what they are trying to tell us?

We can, and we should. Living life oblivious to the entities of magnificence that we are, is no longer appropriate.

May life start to unfold the realization of what we can achieve and may our anger find its resting place in an unconditional heart.

Aiden Lottering
Taunting the Divine?

In a recent conversation about religion and from a Christian prophecy point of view, someone mentioned that they could clearly see that people are taunting God and that they do not know what they are doing for they will be punished…

Really?

This person thinks that an almighty, endless, divine and unconditionally loving being is out there to punish us and that we are able to taunt this energy?

That will definitely make sense if we view God in an anthropomorphic kind of way. That is to say, if we give God human characteristics. And the source of their argument – The Bible says so.

Okay, so I am being told that this infinite being, of endless wisdom, only had one son and only one book in which “he”(using this in inverted commas because of a lack of expression for this entity) outlined the laws for us to live by? I know of mere mortal men who has more power than that!

If all the ants on this planet were to suddenly decide that they want to march on the ocean and go and taunt it, what would happen?

They would arrive on the beaches, surrounding this vast ocean and then be swept away with each passing wave. The ocean will not even know what they were planning. An ant cannot possibly understand the ocean, for it is an alien environment for an ant. I equate this to taunting God. It is impossible for us with our limited understanding of this amazing being to ever do something that will offend our source. Can the birds offend the skies that it flies through?

Impossible.

The only way in which we can possibly start to get the sense that we are taunting God, is to move away from the laws of this Universe. They were created by the longing of life itself and we are as much a part of them as they are of us. If you do not believe in these laws, then stop breathing and see how far you get. We showed up on this earthly realm as humans and as humans we are capable of resonating with our source, if we would just move the ego out of the way for a while.

The next time we think that God wants to judge us and wants to punish us, let us stop and talk to this ego of ours and find out why we have chosen to view God in this light and not in the sublime magnificence that “He” shows up in, in every moment.

The 3 Most Difficult things to do in Relationships

In a talk by Dr Wayne Dyer he mentions that there are three things that is very difficult to do:

1. Responding with love to hate.

This one seems to go deeper than I originally thought. It should be simple… When someone is moving away form their source of divine love and peace and they feel the need to share with us in a negative way, then is it possible to respond with love? What a difficult thing to do! Not impossible though. When we practice this and constantly remind ourselves that the laws of the Universe are designed by a very intelligent being, with infinite wisdom, and we only need to acknowledge and surrender, then responding with love can be accomplished with very little effort. If we refuse the gift of anger, hatred or animosity towards us, then the gift will always belong to the giver.

So, what about people who do not fulfill duties that we expect from them? Is this seen as an opportunity to complain or as an opportunity to learn to apply one of the fundamental laws of this earthly game. What we think about we manifest. So, if someone does not live up to our expectations, can we respond with love and send thoughts of love to this person, so that in this process, we can communicate our values to them in a loving way? When we judge them and send negative energy all around and then try to communicate, it feels like our words are travelling through quicksand. Our message does not reach the recipient in a way that we would like to. The more we try and explain from a basis of dissatisfaction, the less result.

The reason for this is simple – When we are constantly complaining about someone who does not do what we expect, then we send energy to that person and this energy sources itself from a negative thought. We are bathing ourselves and the other person in a poison bath.

Let us practice responding with love in the face of hatred, fear, anger and animosity!

2. Including the excluded.

Wow! This one we do exactly the opposite of all the time. Let us think about it! How many of our conversations evolve around the actions of other people, when they are not even there? We exclude them from our conversation, but they are the main feature. Simple gossip is rife. What about on a physical plane?

There is a part in the film about Gandhi’s life that resonated with me quite nicely. He had a journalist visit him at his ashram and the journalist had a driver. When Gandhi told the journalist that they had to eat first, he requested that his wife set another plate for the journalist’s driver. He included the excluded. In so many ways this rings true today. Can we offer something to eat to those of us who have servants? Do we just accept the food that they make for us and eat it without offering them the same, or even worse, leftovers?

Whether they appreciate it or not, in the end it is not between us and them, but between us and our infinite loving soul.

3. Admitting on an emotional level when we are wrong.

This one is a huge obstacle. Not intellectually admitting that we are wrong, but emotionally! Can we admit when we hurt someone else’s feelings, or even worse, betray our own? When we find conflict with what we are told and what we are feeling, can we accept the latter and if it was erroneous, can we admit it?

I believe that if we can do this, then we can grow our God given intuition that guides us. It is not merely a privilege to be in communion with our eternal source, but a right! We were made by this governing law of the Universe, whether we call it God, Allah, Jehova, Dao or simply Universal Design. Names are irrelevant, only importance is feeling.

As Wayne Dyer said in his talk – “If prayer is us talking to God, then intuition is God talking to us”

May we choose the road less traveled and meet our soul on these travels!

Divine protection: 40 day Blueprint and opening of 12 timelines

During the session, you will receive the blueprint for 40 days and I will open 12 timelines for you.

Blueprint with Oronos® according to Natara®:

  • The blueprint protects you against 3G, 4G, 5G, WIFI, Bluebeam, MK Ultra, mind control, attack from lower frequency beings, and atomatic energies.

  • It speeds up your personal development. Part of your soulbook is opened with the blueprint. It brings divine order into your life.

  • With being reconnected to your blueprint in the quantum field clarity and peace start becoming more and more reality in your life.

  • The blueprint is divine love energy.

Timelines:

A timeline is like an energy portal. When a timeline of the future is opened then old timelines (like suffering, death, war, and destruction) are closed. A timeline is like an energy portal, an opening of a new consciousness. They are also accelerators and amplifiers for your life. The timelines will stay open in your life as long as they are needed. With the opened timelines of the future you can start living a life filled with joy, laughter, happiness and abundance.

Introductory LIIFT UnTherapy Session

Overview

This is your opportunity to discover how LIIFT UnTherapy works. You'll learn a bit about the theory. And you'll see the theory turned into healings in your own life.

Target audience

Teens and adults seeking to improve their happiness, success and love life. Caregivers, parents and grandparents of troubled youth.

Benefits

You will understand how LIIFT UnTherapy heals so effectively. And you will experience its power as you create 3 or 4 healings in your life under the guidance of your LIIFT UnTherapist.

Session

We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. We will then follow guidance from your subconscious mind to carry out 3 or 4 healings depending on the length of time each requires. (A full session can run 6 to 16 discrete healings.) We will close by checking how your numbers have improved compared with the baseline we established earlier.

Other comments

LIIFT is unusual in that you don't have to remember what happened, you don't have to talk about it, and you don't have to re-experience it. Your conscious, your subconscious and I, your LIIFT UnTherapist will together work to erase the damage and install happier more functional stuff in your life.

Writer's Block Shamanic Healing Session

Before the Session

I do my pre-meditation to find out the main reasons for your writer's block. (This happens psychically, where I generally just need your name, but a picture can help, too.)

It may be as simple as a deep rooted belief that once you write from your heart and really put your honest thoughts and fantacies out there, you will be harshly judged, not understood, criticised, unappreciated, ridiculed, laughed at, so on and so forth. It may have its origin in a trauma you have experienced in this life time or more than one lifetime. It could be a karmic cycle you're going through and maybe it's not the first life, where you struggle to be your true self and to express yourself freely.

Perhaps, it could be a belief that no matter how hard you try, you can never create a really good piece of writing. Perhaps, it's an issue of completing something. Perhaps, concerns over money and writing what sells (and not what is close to heart) that's the problem.

The above are just examples. I would need to meditate to see what your unique situation is.

Reading Part of the Session

In this part, I will let you know what I saw in my visions when I pre-meditated on your writer's block.

Healing Part of the Session

We will discuss the reading part of the session and wil find what traumas / reasons / habits / beliefs / etc. are available for healing. We may find the specific events, decisions or promises you made in the past that need to be revisited and changes made. With your permission, I will perform shamanic healing for those particular birth places of the limiting beliefs, fears and hurts that lie at the heart of why you are experiencing your writer's block.

This kind of healing is not only good for critical instances, where help is needed. If you are not experiencing writer's block at this time, this kind of healing can reveal issues you would benefit from healing and clearing to become even better at what you do, do release any fears, judgements, beliefs, limitation that may be hindering your writing at this time.

The goal of this healing session is to get you to feel safe and comfortable being your true authentic self, making your authentic decisions and taking bold steps in the persuit of freely and openly expressing your true self in a unique way, and doing it with pleasure, joy and peace.

Please write your questions, concerns and anything else you would like to know about this session in the comments below.

  • Please book your session a few days in advance because I need some time to meditate on your particular situation and understand for myself, what action steps can be taken for healing.

Light Language Personalised Tracks

Light language is the most ancient language of the cosmos. It is the language of our soul. It is not words as such, but it a series of aural vibrations that affect our energy when we listen to them.
The beauty of light language in healing is that we do not need to understand it in order for it to work. As the vibrations reach us, the sounds are translated into light by the pineal gland, and then gently break down the blockages in the body to bring healing.
As a light language channel I can record a personal track for you to help you on your journey towards health and wholeness. You may have a particular intention that you would like me to work with, or perhaps you put your trust in the universe and just let them decide what you need.

Each track will be emailed to you for you to listen to as often as you feel directed.
Many people say they find listening to light language much easier than meditation as there is no conscious effort required, you just lie back and relax.

If you would like more information please do not hesitate to ask me.
