- I let you know how, together, we can address your goals and challenges
- I take you through my 1:1 Coaching packages
- I answer any questions you have for me

My approach draws from Coaching, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP) to name a few.

A break-through session is a 60 minute session where:
- We address 1 challenge bothering you or 1 goal you are feeling a lot of resistance in achieving
- It is a mix of dialogue, learning, activities (drawing from NLP, Mindfulness, CBT, Coaching and more)
- You will leave with clarity and powerful realization(s) of what is holding you back and/or what needs to be done about it

Hi Joan! Nice to hear from you :) This is a 30 minute Discovery Session where I get a better understanding of your goals and challenges from you & we take it from there. Either I let you know I am the right person to support you on your goals or I at the very least I leave you with some guidance and referrals/tools to reach your goals.
