In our two hour online workshop you will learn an EFT tapping technique release your breathing, along with a gentle but powerful Yin Yoga practice focusing on opening up the chest and thoracic area to make space for a deeper, fuller breath. We will learn techniques to align with the energy of the season, boost your immune system and prepare to move into autumn feeling balanced, healthy and centred.
Advanced EFT Practitioner Alice Bradshaw will guide you through a simple EFT tapping sequence to reset the stress response in our body and brain, allowing new, healthier patterns to emerge. We will also learn a powerful EFT technique to help your breathing feel free and open.
Yoga teacher Hayley Fardell will lead you through a 60 minute Yin Yoga practice focusing on the Lung meridian and the element of Metal. We will work with our physical bodies, moving through gentle, passive poses using stillness and mindfulness meditation to explore our mental and emotional landscape. Yin yoga is a practice suitable for all.
