I am World certified Asthanga Vinyasa teacher. I have been teaching yoga for 11+ years now. I have a good knowledge of Traditional Hatha and Iyengar and other forms of Yoga and Breathing exercises. My focus lies on training people with proper alignment and flexibility and the customize Yoga for individual requirement. I have completed my post graduate diploma in yogic education from Kaivalyadham yoga institute and have cleared Level 1 yoga certification board i.e QCI Exam government of ayush. Curremtly pursuing my Masters in yoga shashtra. Yoga is the only form of exercise which not only works on yojr physical health but it also works on your mental and spiritual health. "Yoga is not workout its workin" read the caption again. Pranayama, shavasana, guided meditation is best practice to help you with mental health. You need to be patient as the result of the practice take little longer and it varies from person to person.

In Mysore style Ashtanga vinyasa class we use ujjayi breaths throughtout with bandhas(locks) and dristi(gazing point).

I also offer special pranyama class where we teach correct breathing techniques from basic to expert level.
