Tarot / Oracle
I learned Tarot first from Juliet-Sharman Burke (who’s written quite a few books and brought out Tarot decks) at Liz Greene’s Centre of Psychological Astrology. It perfectly suited my Sagittarius wild temperament, intuition and imagination. But most clients preferred astrology readings so for a while I did Tarot just for myself.
But in the last few years I’ve begun to really enjoy Tarot and Oracle decks—Readings feel more fun and surprising at the same time offer profoundly insightful guidance and clarity on specific issues or overall life situations.
E.g Today’s New Moon reading (27 April 2025) along with the current astrology looks quite a bit volatile—yes potentially scary.
The Tower, 10 swords, 2 swords
and Mars Opposite Pluto, square the new moon—etc.(The Tower card always reminds me of 9/11 Twin Towers). An ending and then a choice ot be made.
The way to see it is from time to time the planets and spirits offer us opportunities to change our karmic patterns, freeing us to live the life we want.
So this new moon phase could be disruptive but also help you let go of the clutter, the procrastination, the negative beliefs—hand over what you can’t handle, to Spirit—let THEM manage it.
And also decide that you can take ONE single small step towards what you want.
