This program is for those who jus need a little added guidance/encouragement to help them get on track. When you have completed the program you will have gained the tools to plan your meals, prepare and cook your food all while maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Together we will create a 4 week plan to get you on the path of wellness. You will Learn to Reclaim, Rebalance and Renew yourself and your vision for the future. The goal of this program is to gain more energy, better focus and a new found sense of self awareness so then you are better able to make clear and confident decisions in your life all while working toward healthy mindful goals. A typical session lasts about an hour. We can meet by Skype or phone. Don’t let the fact that you’re out of town keep you from getting the help you need or want. I use Skype for 1 on 1 phone and video conferencing and it’s fantastic. Each meeting is friendly, relaxed and informal where we will discuss and brainstorm together to work through your current difficulty.
