Hi! I’m a passionate and joyful person with a high level of personal power and sovereignty. I work with people to release blocks (which I can see intuitively), connected to emotions, in order to create a more whole life. I am an author of two books, an artist, designer and life lover.

A treatment feels like a wonderful White Light flowing around you. With an energy healing you will bring balance to your body, your emotions, your mind and spirit, and your feelings of tranquility and inner peace will be amplified. By improving balance in your life, you will improve your focus, well-being, and happiness. When we find the sentimental sources that cause physical pain, we usually eliminate the pain.
You can request a healing for yourself, for a family member, a pet, or a place or object. I can send White Light to negative moments in the past (in this life or past lives), for better results in a present situation or for protection.
The Healing focuses on: * All your living areas. * Your body, mind, spirit. * Past Lifes, and Karma (cord cutting) * Bringing positive past moments to the present.
I will send you the healing when your Guides or your Higher Self consider that you are more receptive, and then we will connect for a few minutes by video and I will explain to you how the healing went, and if your Guides have anything to explain to you.
Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.

You will understand how LIIFT UnTherapy heals so effectively. And you will experience its power as you create 3 or 4 healings in your life under the guidance of your LIIFT UnTherapist.
Session
We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. We will then follow guidance from your subconscious mind to carry out 3 or 4 healings depending on the length of time each requires. (A full session can run 6 to 16 discrete healings.) We will close by checking how your numbers have improved compared with the baseline we established earlier.
Other comments
LIIFT is unusual in that you don't have to remember what happened, you don't have to talk about it, and you don't have to re-experience it. Your conscious, your subconscious and I, your LIIFT UnTherapist will together work to erase the damage and install happier more functional stuff in your life.
Shamanic Healing is done distantly or face to face.
In a shamanic i do a list of healings in one session. For me it is like looking at each piece of the puzzle to make sure all the piece are in line and ready to go back into place to make the person whole again. i do a video chat with the person and i get them to tell me what is happening and why they feel they need healing.then i get them to send me a pictue and i work on them for about a week
