In this single 90-minute educational/coaching sessions, we'll use the analogy of a mug to represent your ability to cope with stress in daily life. We'll get clear on how to notice when you have a "32 ounce" or a thimble?
From there, you'll learn to choose strategies that will help you recognize and manage the flow of stress into your life and help you build a larger "mug" to cope with stress on a day-to-day basis. You'll leave with a customized plan to implement immediately.
As a parent educator, coach and parent myself, I have learned the value of helping parents learn how to understand what their children need from them.
